You will need: 5 medium potatoes, 350 g of any minced meat, 1 large onion, 50 ml of odorless vegetable oil, salt and seasonings.
Cooking: Fry the potatoes cut into cubes over medium heat until golden brown. Add minced meat and chopped onion. Cook with the lid on until done, then remove the lid and turn up the heat slightly to brown the dish.
2. Potato pie with minced meat
A very simple and hearty jellied pie with potatoes and minced meat. Great option for dinner with a large group.
You will need: 4 potatoes, 750 g minced meat, 1 onion, 4 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 cups flour.
Cooking: Pour vegetable oil into beaten eggs with milk, add salt and soda, add flour in portions, you should get a semi-liquid dough. Pour a little more than half of the dough into a baking dish, spread the filling from minced meat fried with onions and grated boiled potatoes on top. Pour the remaining dough, bake in the oven.
3. Potato sorcerers with minced meat
Potato sorcerers with minced meat is a universal dish that is not a shame to put on the festive table.
You will need: 1 kg of potatoes cooked in uniform, 250 g of minced meat (pork and beef), 1 large onion, 5 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 100 g Dutch cheese, 50 ml vegetable oil, sifted flour.
Cooking: Chop the onion and fry together with breadcrumbs in vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour the minced meat to the onion with breadcrumbs, season to taste, fry until tender. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, mix with eggs, salt and pepper, stir in flour until the mass stops sticking to your fingers.
Divide the potato dough into 12 parts, roll each into a cake, put the filling and pinch the edges, boil in salted water for 10 minutes. When serving fields with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Yeast cake “Merchant”
Soft, fluffy and incredibly tasty yeast pie with potatoes and minced meat. You can cook it instead of whites and take it with you to work or on a picnic to eat hearty and with pleasure.
You will need:
For test: 420 g flour, 100 ml warm milk, 1 chicken egg, 2 tbsp. l. butter, 10 g yeast, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 tsp. salt.
For filling: 400 g each of potatoes and minced meat, 1 onion.
For greasing baking: 1 yolk.
Cooking: From the indicated ingredients, knead the sourdough yeast dough. Mix minced meat with grated onion, diced potatoes, season with oil and spices.
Roll out the dough into a round layer, distribute most of the filling in the form of a ring along the edge of the circle, carefully wrap it into a roll in the direction of the center of the cake. Fill the cavity formed in the middle with the remaining potato and minced meat. After 20 minutes, brush with beaten yolk and put in the oven to bake.
5. Potato casserole with minced meat
Fans of casseroles will appreciate this dish: juicy, fragrant, satisfying and very tasty.
You will need: 6 potatoes, 350 g minced pork, 200 g fresh oyster mushrooms, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 medium onion, 70 g hard cheese, 4 tbsp. l. sour cream, 3 cloves of garlic, herbs.
Cooking: Mix in a bowl fried minced pork, separately fried with onions and mushrooms, add finely chopped tomato, chopped herbs and garlic. At the bottom of a deep form, lay out the potatoes, cut into thin circles, brush with sour cream on top, evenly distribute the minced meat, cover with tomato slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
6. Potato-meat pancakes
Just knead the batter, add a vegetable to itand ground meat – and you get delicious potato-meat pancakes.
You will need: 2 medium potatoes, 1 medium zucchini, 400 g minced meat, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. l. sifted flour, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley or cilantro.
Cooking: Grate zucchini, salt and wait until the juice stands out, squeeze and put in a bowl. Spasser finely chopped onion in oil, add grated potatoes, fry for a few minutes. Transfer to zucchini, add eggs, chopped garlic and herbs, season to taste. Fry the pancakes in a preheated pan until golden brown on both sides.
7. Potatoes with minced meat “Monastyrsky”

Cooking: Mix chopped vegetables with minced meat, season to taste with salt and ground pepper, transfer to a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry for 15 minutes. Make deep holes in the stew with a spoon, beat one egg into each, salt and pepper again, simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.
9. Potato with minced meat in the sleeve

You will need: 7 medium potatoes, 350 g minced chicken, 1 carrot and 1 onion, 200 g broccoli, 150 g Brussels sprouts, 1 head of garlic, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce.
Cooking: In a deep bowl, put the broccoli, Brussels sprouts, garlic cloves, coarsely chopped potatoes and carrots, chopped onion into thin half rings, sorted into florets, Brussels sprouts. Salt and pepper the minced meat, roll walnut-sized balls with wet hands. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and your favorite spices, pour in the sauce and olive oil. Mix thoroughly, put in a sleeve, add minced meat balls and bake in the oven.
10. Potato with meat rolls

11. Potato stuffed with minced meat
A festive dish that is prepared in Israel, Africa and the entire Middle East.
You will need:
For the main course: 10 large potatoes.
For filling: 650 g ground beef, 3 large onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, 4 slices of yesterday’s bread, 100 ml of water, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, sea salt.
For batter: 100 ml water, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste.
For sauce: 500 ml of tomato juice, 1 large onion, 5 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Grind the ingredients for the filling (except meat) in a blender until smooth. Transfer the resulting mass to a bowl with ground beef, mix and beat well. Cut the potatoes across into thick washers, in each with a sharp knife, make an incision on the side, without cutting a little to the end. In the resulting simple put the stuffing, dip in batter and breaded in flour. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Separately, in oil, save the onion with garlic for the sauce, pour in the tomato juice, season to taste. Pour the fried stuffed potatoes with sauce, simmer under the lid for half an hour.
12. Potato casserole with minced meat and eggplant
A wonderful dish will help diversify the usual menu. Potato with meat and eggplant in sour cream is a great combination of flavors.
You will need: 450 g minced meat, 5 potatoes, 2 onions, 1 medium eggplant, 220 ml sour cream, 80 g hard cheese, salt and spices.
Cooking: Cut the eggplant into slices, sprinkle with salt and leave for half an hour, then squeeze, this will remove the bitterness. Fry minced meat with onion in vegetable oil, season to taste.
Put thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish, spread the minced meat, cover the meat with eggplant slices. Pour the casserole with sour cream mixed with salt and seasonings, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
13. Baked potatoes with minced meat for the holiday
This is not just a baked potato with minced meat, it is a whole kaleidoscope of bright flavor combinations. Fragrant, tasty and hearty dish for the festive table!
You will need: 8 potatoes, 400 g minced meat, 1 tomato, 0.5 cans of canned corn, 1 clove of garlic, 0.3 bunches of green onions, 120 g of hard cheese.
Cooking: Wrap well-washed potatoes in their skins in foil and bake in the oven until tender. Cool, make an incision on one side and scoop out part of the pulp with a teaspoon. Spasser on the oil onion and garlic, add the minced meat. In a bowl, pour the tomato, corn, fried minced meat with onion and garlic into small cubes, season to taste. Cooking: In flour mixed with baking powder and salt, add grated butter. Grind everything together well with your hands to get a small crumb, pour in the beaten eggs with sour cream. Knead the dough quickly, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, mix with minced meat, season to taste. Separate most of the dough and roll into a cake (5 mm thick). Spread the filling so that the edges of the dough remain clean. Cover with the remaining dough rolled into a cake, pinch the edges, brush with whipped yolk or milk, bake in the oven.
15. Potato lasagna
You can easily make a dish very similar to Italian lasagna by simply replacing the dough sheets with potatoes. It will turn out delicious and unusual!
You will need: 1 kg potatoes, 500 g minced turkey meat, 200 g mozzarella cheese, 2 small tomatoes, 1 carrot and onion each, 1 celery stalk, 1 cup fresh milk, 1 tbsp. l. butter, 1.5 tbsp. l. flour, nutmeg on the tip of a knife, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Fry onions with carrots and minced meat in vegetable oil until tender, add grated tomatoes, season with spices. In a deep frying pan, fry the flour, pour in the milk, cook until thickened, salt, add nutmeg and black pepper. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Pour a little bechamel sauce into a baking dish, lay a layer of potatoes, then a thin layer of minced meat, sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Repeat until you run out of food. The last layer is potato, sprinkle with cheese, fields with milk sauce. Bake in the oven covered with foil or covered.
