1. Breaded chicken liver

If you are looking for what to cook from chicken liver easier and faster – this recipe is for you!
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 200 ml milk, 4 tbsp. flour, 5 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 3 eggs.
Cooking: Soak the washed liver for a couple of hours in milk. Roll each piece in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry in hot oil.
2. Omelette with chicken liver and tomatoes

Do you think that it is unrealistic to cook chicken liver breakfast? This recipe dispels the myths!
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 0.5 cup chicken broth, 5 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 3 tbsp. butter, a bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Rinse, peel and lightly beat the chicken liver, fry it in butter with spices until half cooked. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes, add to the liver, cover with broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to a mold, fill with beaten eggs, bake in the oven at 180 degrees and serve with herbs.
3. Warm salad with chicken liver and mushrooms

A simple and quick recipe for delicious chicken liver if you are planning guests!
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 300 g cherry tomatoes, 200 g champignons, 1 avocado, 6 tbsp. pine nuts, 6 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 bunches of lettuce, 8 quail eggs, 2 tsp. balsamic, olives.
Cooking: Tear lettuce, chop vegetables, mix oil and lemon juice dressing. Fry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan and boil the eggs. Cut the liver and quickly fry, add mushrooms to it. Arrange the ingredients beautifully on a plate and garnish with olives and balsamic.
4. Pancakes with chicken liver and mushrooms

If empanadas have not surprised anyone for a long time, then why not cook them with chicken liver?
You will need: 300 g chicken liver, 2 cups flour, 4 cups milk, 1 tbsp. sugar, 3 eggs, 0.5 tsp. soda, salt, 5 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, 150 g mushrooms, pepper.
Cooking: Beat eggs with milk, slowly add sugar, flour and soda, and fry pancakes. Cut the liver, salt, pepper and fry it with onions and mushrooms. Put the filling in pancakes and put them in bags or envelopes.
5. Warm salad with chicken liver and cheese

We have found the perfect chicken liver recipe for healthy food lovers!
You will need: 300 g chicken liver, 70 g lettuce, 300 g cherry tomatoes, 250 g cream cheese, half a red onion, 8 tbsp. olive oil, 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Peel, cut and fry the liver in half the oil for about 10 minutes to keep it tender. Tear lettuce, cut cherry tomatoes and onions into half rings. Arrange the ingredients nicely, then drizzle with the remaining oil and balsamic vinegar.
6. Rice with chicken liver and celery

Perhaps the most unusual combination of products with chicken liver, which we offer you to try!
You will need: 100 g of chicken liver, 230 g of any minced meat, 1.5 cups of long-grain rice, 2 cups of water, 2 cups of broth, half an onion, 2 stalks of celery, 1 sweet green pepper, green onion, spices.
Cooking: Boil rice in a mixture of water and broth according to the instructions until cooked, and at the end add a spoonful of olive oil to it. Fry the minced meat until golden brown, add chopped onion, pepper and celery to it.
After a minute, add chopped liver and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the remaining broth, season and let the liquid evaporate. Stir mixture with vegetables, add green onions and serve.
7. Chicken liver pate with cheese

The classic pâté recipe is too easy if you want. eat something interesting to cook from chicken liver. Therefore, we have chosen a more original version!
You will need: 1 kg of chicken liver, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 200 ml of cream, 200 g of butter, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g of cheese, spices.
Cooking: Fry the liver until tender in vegetable oil, and at the same time separately sauté onions with carrots and spices. Combine ingredients, add cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
Grind the liver in a blender with melted butter, garlic and grated cheese. Bake the pâté in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
8. Chicken liver in cheese sauce

Cheese sauce adorns almost any recipe, so you can safely cook chicken liver with it!
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 150 g sour cream, 150 g cheese, 50 g butter, spices.
Cooking: Fry the liver with onions until half cooked, pour sour cream, add spices and simmer for 7 minutes over low heat. Turn off the stove, add grated cheese to the liver and leave covered for another 7 minutes.
9. Vegetable stew with chicken liver

There are dozens of recipes for chicken stew, but we found a more original version that can be cooked with chicken liver!
You will need: 300 g chicken liver, 300 g cabbage, 2 eggplants, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 4 tomatoes, 4 potatoes, 2 sweet peppers, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Pour oil into the cauldron and add chopped cabbage, close the lid. After 2 minutes, add chopped eggplant without peel, and after another 2 – the rest of the vegetables, except for potatoes. Season the stew and at the very end add the potatoes with the liver, mix well and simmer until the potatoes are ready.
10. Chicken liver soufflé

Pate is far from the most tender dish that can be made from chicken liver, so catch the recipe for airy soufflé!
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 100 ml cream, 2 tbsp. semolina, spices.
Cooking: Whip the liver with onion and cream in a blender. Separately, beat eggs with salt and spices until foamy. Combine both masses, add semolina, mix well, pour into a mold and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
11. Chicken liver baskets

According to this recipe, you can make an excellent chicken liver filling for tartlets and baskets!
You will need: 450 g chicken liver, 450 g onion, 3 eggs, 6 tbsp. chicken fat, spices.
Cooking: Fry the liver on a hot frying pan on both sides and finely chop, and during this time boil the eggs. Pass the onion in chicken fat until golden brown, add the liver and remove from the stove after a minute. Mix everything with chopped boiled eggs and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
12. Chicken liver in sour cream

The best recipe if you are looking for the easiest homemade chicken liver dish to make!
You will need: 600 g chicken liver, 500 g sour cream, 1 onion, 20 g butter, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Fry onions in butter until golden brown. Add the liver and fry for another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season, pour sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
13. Shish kebab from chicken liver and hearts

For this easy skewers appetizer recipe, all you need is chicken livers, hearts, and a marinade.
You will need: 300 g chicken liver, 500 g chicken hearts, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. honey, 2 cloves of garlic, pepper.
Cooking: Cleanse hearts with liver and marinate for an hour in soy sauce, honey, pepper and minced garlic. String everything on skewers and fry in a hot pan, periodically pouring the rest of the marinade.
14. Chicken liver pate with port wine

A little alcohol in the recipe gives the chicken liver pate a special and spicy taste!
You will need: 1.5 kg of chicken liver, 200 g of onions, 200 g of carrots, 200 ml of heavy cream, 200 ml of port wine, 300 g of butter, 100 g of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Add spices to browned onions with carrots and pour in port wine. When the alcohol has evaporated, add chopped liver and fry until tender.
At the end, pour in the cream, simmer a little, cool and grind with a blender with softened butter scrap. Bake the pâté in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees, and keep overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
15. Chicken liver in marinade

Do you want something unusual and tasty? Then this recipe will definitely surprise you!
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 1.5 cups of water, 3 tbsp. cognac, 1 tbsp. starch, 6 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, salt, 1 sweet pepper, 1 red onion, ginger, pepper, garlic, spices.
Cooking: Mix half of the soy sauce with cognac, sugar and salt and marinate the liver in it for 2 hours. Grind the ginger and garlic and fry them over high heat.
Add chopped onion and pepper, and after 2 minutes – the liver. Dissolve the starch in the water, stir in the remaining soy sauce, pour into the pan, season and fry all together for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
