
A hearty breakfast gives energy for the whole day, invigorates and simply pleases, but often in the morning there is no desire to spend time cooking. I would like to devote every free minute to myself and loved ones, and not to the stove. You no longer have to choose, because we have already collected 20 quick and delicious recipes for what you can cook for breakfast!
1. Frittata

You can add your favorite vegetables, herbs or mushrooms to a classic Italian omelette.
You will need: 4 eggs, 1 leek, 1.5 tbsp. olive oil, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Saute sliced leeks in olive oil until soft. Whisk eggs vigorously with spices and grated parmesan. Pour the omelette to the onion, mix and fry for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
2. Omelet with mushrooms

Oyster mushrooms, champignons or any other mushrooms are perfect for such a breakfast!
You will need: 2 eggs, 100 g mushrooms, 70 ml cream, 30 ml white wine, 10 ml soy sauce.
Cooking: Fry chopped mushrooms until half cooked, add wine and evaporate. After that, add half the cream with soy sauce and simmer for another 6 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the remaining cream, pour into the pan with the butter. Once the omelet has set, add the mushrooms and wrap it with a spatula.
3. Lush omelette

The lightest and most airy thing you can cook for breakfast from eggs!
You will need: 3 eggs, 8 tbsp. milk, butter, salt.
Cooking: Beat the eggs and salt with a whisk on high speed, add the milk and mix again. Lubricate the baking dish with butter, pour in the omelet and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. When serving, place another piece of butter on top.
4. Oyakodon

Behind the fancy name is another variation of the omelette for breakfast. Japanese this time!
You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 0.5 cup rice, 6 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sugar, green onions.
Cooking: Cut the onion into half rings and add to the pan with boiling soy sauce. Sprinkle sugar on top and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring. In the sauce, stew the chopped chicken fillet, and at the end – pour in the beaten egg mixture and cook for a couple more minutes. Serve with rice and chopped green onions.
5. Shakshuka

A traditional Israeli dish – a hearty breakfast before a busy day!
You will need: 4 eggs, half an onion and chili pepper, garlic, 200 g chopped tomatoes, 2.5 tbsp. tomato juice, 40 g feta, oregano, parsley, cilantro, cumin, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Chop the onion, garlic and chili, sauté in olive oil with a pinch of sugar. Add pureed tomatoes and tomato juice, and after a couple of minutes – herbs and spices. Beat eggs with a whole yolk into the liquid sauce, put the pieces of feta on top, cover with a lid and put in the oven for 3 minutes. Make sure the yolks remain quite liquid, and sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.
6. Cottage cheese casserole

There are dozens of recipes for casseroles, but we chose the one that will definitely work the first time!
You will need: 450 g cottage cheese, 150 g fat sour cream, 5 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs.
Cooking: Add sour cream and beaten eggs with sugar to grated cottage cheese. Pound the dough, pour into a greased form, bake for 40 minutes and serve with berries.
7. Stuffed tomatoes

Another easy and healthy recipe for what to cook for breakfast, which will give you a boost of energy for the whole day!
You will need: 4 tomatoes, 4 eggs, 4 mozzarella balls, 2 tbsp. olive oil, sea salt and Provence herbs.
Cooking: Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and take out the pulp, and pour the beaten eggs inside. Season, put a ball of mozzarella on top and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Lazy dumplings

It is difficult to imagine a simpler and faster breakfast!
You will need: 200 g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 30 g flour, sugar and salt.
Cooking: Of all the ingredients, rub the dough, adjusting the amount of flour so that it is not too sticky. Sprinkle the table with flour, roll up the sausages, cut them into balls and boil them in boiling water until all the pieces float.
9. Berry Crumble

This recipe is for those who love muesli and light berry breakfasts!
You will need: 1 cup frozen berries, 6 tbsp. muesli, 3 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Mix strawberries, cranberries or other berries of your choice with sugar and place in a baking dish. Put the muesli on top and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Banosh

A hearty and hearty breakfast is ideal with cracklings, fried bacon or cottage cheese.
You will need: 1 cup cornmeal, 1 cup heavy cream, 8 tablespoons water, salt.
Cooking: Bring the cream to a boil, add water and slowly stir in the cornmeal. Boil banosh, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula, for about 25 minutes at the lowest temperature.
11. Bramboraki

If we are talking about national cuisines, then Czech potato pancakes are ideal for the role of what you can eat for breakfast!
You will need: 600 g potatoes, garlic, 2 eggs, 30 ml milk, marjoram, 20 g flour, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Grate potatoes, salt and squeeze well. Add the rest of the ingredients, season, mix and put the bamboraki into the hot oil, like ordinary potato pancakes. Fry until golden, and remove excess fat with paper towels.
12. Zucchini waffles

If you have a waffle iron, then such a breakfast will definitely amaze all family members!
You will need: 400 g zucchini, 2 eggs, 80 g flour.
Cooking: Grate the zucchini, salt and after 5 minutes squeeze well from the juice. With a fork, mix them with egg and flour, grease the waffle iron with oil and fry the squash dough for 5-6 minutes. Serve with sour cream, cheese or salmon.
13. Milk semolina

We are convinced that semolina porridge is not loved by those whose family members cooked it incorrectly!
You will need: 2.5 tbsp semolina, a glass of milk and water, 40 g butter, sugar and salt.
Cooking: Boil milk with water, season and add semolina in a thin stream, stirring immediately. Cook for about 5 minutes, constantly stirring with a spatula so that there are no clots. When serving, add butter, jam, honey, berries or any other fillers.
14. Muffins with ham and cheese

Original and very satisfying cupcakes – what else do you need for a good start to the day?
You will need: 200 ml of milk, 4 eggs, 400 g of flour, 125 g of butter, cheese and ham, 1 tbsp. sugar, 10 g baking powder, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Beat melted butter with sugar and milk, add eggs, flour and baking powder, knead the dough. Stir in the diced ham and cheese. Put in molds and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
15. Rice porridge with condensed milk

Rice is not only a crumbly side dish, but also the most delicate porridge for breakfast!
You will need: 60 g of rice, 350 ml of milk, 150 ml of cream, 40 g of butter, 120 g of condensed milk, vanillin, zest, fruit.
Cooking: Mix cream with milk, add a little vanilla and zest, bring to a boil. Add the rice, lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the rice from burning. Stir in the condensed milk, let the porridge cool down a bit and serve with fruit.
16. Cheesecake from hard cheese

More precisely, it is something between a casserole and a cheesecake – but certainly very tasty!
You will need: 300 g wheat flour, 400 g cheese, 3 eggs, 75 ml milk, 200 g butter, garlic, salt.
Cooking: Sift the flour and rub it with cold butter into crumbs. Add milk, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, and then roll it into a thin layer on a baking sheet. Mix grated cheese with garlic and eggs, spread evenly on top and put in the oven for 25 minutes.
17. Banana Pancakes

What breakfast would be complete without soft and fluffy pancakes?
You will need: 150 ml milk, 1 banana, 90 g flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 0.5 tsp soda, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, and in another bowl, mash the banana and beat it with the yolk, milk and ghee. Stir the mixture, beat the whites separately until foamy and slowly add to the rest. Fry pancakes only in a dry frying pan!
18. Classic cheesecakes

Finally, we got to such a beloved breakfast and share a proven recipe!
You will need: 500 g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 6 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 5 tbsp. oils.
Cooking: Thoroughly knead the cottage cheese with a fork and rub it with eggs and sugar. Pour in 5 tablespoons of flour, mix and form balls. Flatten each ball a little, roll in the remaining flour and fry on both sides.
19. Hearty breakfast with beef steak

The most brutal recipe of what to cook for breakfast in our selection!
You will need: 300 g steak, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 2 avocados, 1 can of lecho, 2 tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper, oil.
Cooking: Slices of peeled avocado fry on the grill or in a small amount of oil. Fry the steak and send it to the oven, and in the meantime, put out all the vegetables. Pour eggs with whole yolks into the vegetable mixture, season and cook over low heat. Serve all together right in the pan, sprinkled with herbs!
20. Potato cutlets with ham

You can’t surprise anyone with ordinary potato pancakes, but what about breaded potato cutlets?
You will need: 6 potatoes, 200 g ham, 125 g cheese, 2 eggs, 1.5 tbsp. flour, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Grate potatoes, ham and cheese on the same grater, add eggs and spices to them. If the mixture is too soft, then add a little flour and form patties. Dip each one in flour for a crust and fry.
