Yes, yes, we know: the fight against cellulite is a marketing ploy that the owner of a New York beauty salon came up with in the 70s to sell skin care products. And it worked – in a few years she became a millionaire (read more wrote about it here). However, this does not prevent us from dreaming about the ideal shape without the “orange peel”. For this, everything is used: vacuum massage (catch detailed instructionyu, how to do it right), electrolipolysis, cupping massage (the doctor assured – already after 5 procedures, the effect is noticeable) and much more.
However, all these efforts are in vain if you do not improve nutrition. What to leave in the diet, and what to say goodbye to in order to proudly try on a bikini by spring?
And now about what will help get rid of cellulite. The palm goes to fermented products. They are formed in the process of lacto-fermentation: beneficial bacteria contained in vegetables and fruits eat sugar and starch, instead forming lactic acid. This substance, on the one hand, protects the product from spoilage, and on the other hand, enriches it with enzymes, B, K, C vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids, digestive enzymes and various types of probiotics necessary to maintain health and youth. Over the past 50 years, their amount in human food has declined sharply. So even a small portion of sauerkraut or other fermented product will be a good support for the immune system: it will help slow down inflammation and aging of the body.
My Favorite Fermented Foods:
Kombucha drink or kombucha. If you add fruits and herbs, it will be similar to carbonated tea with a spicy flavor. Also on its basis it is worth making smoothies and cocktails.
kimchi – spicy Korean “cousin” of our sauerkraut. Quickly cures excessive love for sweets. Try making sandwiches and rye bread sandwiches with it, and you will soon notice that thoughts of treacherous Napoleons and chocolates disappear from your head.
Tempederived from fermented soybeans. A staple of vegan nutrition, a reliable source of probiotics and amino acids with a delicious nutty flavor. The most common and quick way to prepare tempeh is to grill the slices with salt and spices. Add to a salad of fresh tomatoes, herbs and nuts.
Miso – a fermented paste made from barley, rice or soybeans, a favorite dish of the Japanese. Miso is easy to get hooked on because of the umami taste that glutamates create, but it’s best to be careful because of the high sodium content.
Also, greens, vegetables rich in fiber, fatty sea fish, and cold-pressed vegetable oils are responsible for the quality of the skin. Proper drinking regimen is also important.
You should not drink 2-3 liters of water through I can’t
Doctors have long recommended focusing on the feeling of thirst. But at least every hour. If you take breaks for six hours, the blood will become thicker and microcirculation will slow down.
In addition, it is worth helping the body – observe the drinking regimen and introduce regular workouts into the routine.
If you want to not only lose weight, but also remove swelling and give your body relief (and make cellulite invisible), follow a few rules:
1. Reduce calories. But not abruptly – so as not to lose muscle along with fat. It is enough to reduce the daily intake by 400-500 kcal, for example from 2500 to 2000, or from 2200 to 1800.
2. Increase the amount of protein. It is the building block for muscles. If you play sports, then you need 1.5 g per 1 kg of weight. In ordinary life – 1-1.2 g. Protein food should be easily digestible and not greasy. Better leave room for the right fats like olive oil, nuts, avocados, salmon. This is very important for the quality of the skin, since we are talking about the fight against cellulite. Moisturized, tightened, nourished skin eliminates the visible signs of “orange peel”. Dairy products, in particular cottage cheese, should contain no more than 4% fat, this is considered sufficient to provide fuel to the muscles. There is an opinion that milk and dairy products in general give puffiness, which means that it is better to exclude them with an anti-cellulite diet. But here everything is very individual, you need to listen and hear yourself.
At one time, it is not recommended to eat more than 30 g of protein (in its pure form), since it is not absorbed quickly
Protein foods are best distributed between breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. For an afternoon snack, for example, eat at least low-fat yogurt – it is also suitable to nourish the muscles a little.
3. Replace simple carbohydrates with complex ones. And take them 40% of your diet. Brown rice, buckwheat, spelled pasta and other similar products provide long-term energy and promote better digestion of protein foods.
4. Practice! Those who exercise regularly are less likely to worry about cellulite. Of course, if you jam your workouts with eclairs, the muscles will be faintly visible under a layer of fat. But even in this case, cellulite will be less pronounced, as training accelerates blood circulation. Motivation to show off your toned body at the beach or spa really helps in the fight against cellulite.
