An interesting combination of beef with pickles is impossible to ignore.
You will need: 500 g beef, 5 onions, 3 pickles, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 glass of broth, 1 kg of potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Cut the meat into strips, lightly fry and add onion half rings to it. Add tomato paste and grated cucumbers there, pour in the broth and simmer under the lid until tender. Separately, fry the potatoes, transfer to the meat, season, add the garlic and simmer together for another 5 minutes.
2. Chicken rolls with cheese
Serve them with any side dish or even separately.
You will need: 2 chicken fillets, 100 g cheese, 1 bunch of herbs, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g flour, 100 ml vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into thin slices, beat, sprinkle with spices and brush with crushed garlic. Put grated cheese with chopped herbs on the edge of each piece and form a roll, tucking all the edges and securing with toothpicks. Roll each roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil, and before serving, remove the toothpicks.
3. Pasta with broccoli and cheese
Olives and smoked paprika add piquancy to this dish.
You will need: 1 pack of frozen broccoli florets, 300 g canned pitted olives, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, 300 g pasta, 40 g cheese, olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Fry the broccoli in olive oil, add chopped olives and smoked paprika, and heat everything together for a minute. Boil the pasta until half cooked, transfer to broccoli, add a little boiling water, season and warm until tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
4. Juicy chicken wings

You will need: 1 kg chicken wings, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. tomato paste, 4 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp oregano.
Cooking: Mix tomato paste with soy sauce, olive oil, honey, oregano and minced garlic. Coat the wings with sauce and bake for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
5. Carrot cutlets
To keep their shape better, roll the cutlets in sesame seeds or breadcrumbs.
You will need: 1 kg of carrots, half a glass of milk and semolina, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. sugar, spices.
Cooking: Cut the carrots into strips, put in a saucepan, pour milk, add 1 tbsp. oils, sugar and spices, and simmer over medium heat until the carrots soften. Add semolina, mix the mixture and simmer for another 7 minutes. Add yolks to the mass, mix, cool and form cutlets. If you want to bread them, dip them in beaten egg white first. Fry on both sides.
6. Tortillas with minced meat and tomatoes
And if you like it, try to cook the same cakes, but with cheese and herbs.
You will need: 400 g flour, 240 ml water, a pinch of salt, 600 g minced meat, green onions, garlic, 100 g tomatoes, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Mix the sifted flour with warm water and salt, and knead an elastic dough. Chop the greens, green onions and garlic, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, and mix it all with minced meat, spices and soy sauce.
Divide the dough and filling into 8 parts, roll out the dough, lay out the minced meat and wrap it like a flatbread or cheburek. Grill over moderate heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
7. Meatballs with pumpkin
An interesting recipe when ordinary meatballs and cutlets are tired.
You will need: 400 g pumpkin, 400 g minced meat, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 2 onions, 50 g of cheese, herbs, spices, 1 can of canned tomatoes.
Cooking: Grate pumpkin and cheese, chop 1 onion and garlic, chop greens and mix it with minced meat. Add eggs, breadcrumbs and spices to taste there, form meatballs and put in a mold. Chop the second onion fry, add tomatoes and seasonings, stew for a couple of minutes and pour meatballs with sauce. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Behind the unusual name lies a simple and inexpensive second course for every day, originally from Greece.
You will need: 600 g of cabbage, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 100 ml of tomato juice, 100 g of rice, 100 ml of olive oil, a bunch of herbs, green onions, coriander, chili, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Cut the onion and carrot into large pieces, fry them in olive oil and add green onions there. Then add finely chopped cabbage and fry over high heat until golden. Pour in the tomato juice and spices, add the washed rice and a little water, lower the heat and simmer until the rice is ready. At the end, sprinkle with herbs.
9. Lavash envelopes with cottage cheese, corn and cucumber
It turns out very fresh and interesting!
You will need: 3 thin pita bread, 100 g cottage cheese, 1 cucumber, 30 g canned corn, herbs, green onions, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. milk, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Cut the cucumber into strips, chop the greens and onions, and mix them with cottage cheese and corn. Cut the pita bread into wide strips, lay out the filling and form envelopes. Dip each envelope in a beaten egg with milk and spices, and fry.
10. Chicken breast in sour cream sauce
This way, the baked chicken is very soft and not dry at all.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, half bell pepper, 50 g cheese, spices, 200 g sour cream, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Rinse the fillet, make a few cuts and roll the chicken in spices. Put strips of pepper into the cuts and send the chicken into the form. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, chopped garlic and spices to taste, pour over the chicken, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Baked pumpkin with Adyghe cheese
You can use any other soft cheese you like.
You will need: 300 g pumpkin, 120 g Adyghe cheese, 2 eggs, salt, herbs, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the pumpkin into cubes and lightly fry, and in the meantime chop the cheese and beat the eggs. Put the pumpkin in a mold, sprinkle with fragrant herbs, spread the pieces of cheese, pour over the egg mixture and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Cauliflower and suluguni casserole
Cauliflower is suitable for both fresh and frozen. But fresh first lightly boil.
You will need: 500 g cauliflower, 100 g suluguni, 8 cherry tomatoes, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat eggs with sour cream, minced garlic, spices and remaining breadcrumbs. Pour the cabbage and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Top with tomato halves, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
13. The most delicious potato with vegetables
After this recipe, you will never fry potatoes the old way again!
You will need: 1 kg potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, garlic, herbs, olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, the onion into half rings, and grate the tomato. Put everything in a bowl, add spices, and pour in about 1 tbsp. oils. Put the vegetables in the sleeve and bake for about an hour and a half at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with herbs and crushed garlic before serving.
14. Beef stroganoff
A classic meat dish recipe for every day!
You will need: 400 g beef, 2 onions, 200 g sour cream, 50 g butter, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Beat the meat thinly and cut into strips across the grain. Chop the onion and fry it in half the butter and vegetable oil with spices. Add flour, sour cream and tomato paste there, bring to a boil and add a little water for consistency. Fry the meat in the remaining oil, put it in the sauce and stew everything together until soft.
15. Quick Jambalaya
Another simple but interesting rice dishor bulgur, now – based on Creole cuisine.
You will need: 400 g smoked sausages, 350 g rice or bulgur, 1 onion, 200 g bell peppers, 300 g tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 60 ml vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, a bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Chop sausages, onions, peppers and peeled tomatoes. Fry everything together, add tomato paste, garlic, spices and rice, simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour boiling water 1.5 cm above the contents, cover and simmer until the rice is ready. At the very end, add chopped greens.
16. Cod with tomatoes
By the same principle, bake the fillet of any other fish in the sleeve.
You will need: 600 g cod fillet, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 lemon, 60 g greens, 250 g cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Cut the fillet into pieces, salt and pepper, and fold into the sleeve (or sleeves). Add chopped greens, olive oil, tomato halves and lemon juice there. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
17. Buckwheat with chicken hearts
The most simple and inexpensive, but very tasty recipe for the second dish for every day!
You will need: 500 g chicken hearts, 1 cup buckwheat, 1 onion, a bunch of herbs, 100 g butter, vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Boil the buckwheat according to the instructions until cooked, and during this time fry the hearts with onions and spices for about 15 minutes. Add cereals, butter and herbs to the hearts, and simmer everything under the lid for 10 minutes.
18. Sausage and cheese cutlets
Take ham instead of sausages – and you will get almost cordon bleu cutlets.
You will need: 2 eggs, 8 tsp flour, 4 sausages, 200 g cheese, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 200 g corn flakes.
Cooking: Cut the sausages into cubes, grate the cheese and mix them with sour cream, 1 egg and half the flour. Form cutlets from the mass, lightly roll them in flour, and then in crushed flakes. Fry in a pan or bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
19. Baked cabbage cutlets
Be sure to try this recipe – very tasty and easy!
You will need: 400 g cabbage, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs, 100 ml of milk, 3 tbsp. oatmeal, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage and simmer for about 15 minutes with a little water. Add flakes with spices, simmer for another 10 minutes and cool. Add eggs to the cabbage, put the mixture into muffin molds and bake for half an hour at 200 degrees.
20. Beans with bacon and vegetables
Any canned beans will do: white, red, or both.
You will need: 2 cans of canned beans, 4 tomatoes, 8 slices of bacon, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs, spices, olive oil.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic and fry them until soft in olive oil. Add chopped greens there and simmer for another 4 minutes. Add the beans, chopped tomatoes, spices and a little water, and cook everything together for another 10 minutes. Separately fry the bacon and put on the beans.
