Sandwiches are a quick and versatile snack for all occasions. But, of course, the usual piece of bread with sausage quickly gets bored. But it is enough just to connect a little imagination. And for starters, try our original and delicious recipes!
1. Sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese
You won’t find a better homemade breakfast sandwich than this!
You will need: 2 slices of loaf, 10 g bacon, 20 g cheese, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 10 g butter, 1 egg, 3 lettuce leaves.
Cooking: Fry the bread until golden brown, and grease half with mayonnaise. Put the cheese, tomato slices, bacon and lettuce leaves on the second part. Fry a small scrambled egg in butter, put it on the salad and cover with the other half of the sandwich.
2. Sandwich with tuna and cheese
We recommend taking tuna in its own juice, because it will be too fatty in oil.
You will need: 8 slices of toast bread, 1 can of tuna, 200 g of cheese, 20 g of butter, half a cucumber.
Cooking: Mash the tuna with a fork and add spices and herbs to taste. Add grated cheese there and mix. Fry the bread, grease all the pieces with butter and put a few slices of cucumber and tuna with cheese on half. Cover the sandwich.
3. Club sandwich with bacon
The most classic sandwich recipe in our selection!
You will need: 300 g bacon, toast bread, 8 slices of ham, 4 slices of cheese, 1 red onion, 100 g of mayonnaise, 4 tomatoes, lettuce leaves.
Cooking: Fry the bread on one side, and brush with mayonnaise on the other. Top with cheese, bacon, and meat, then top with tomato slices, onion rings, and lettuce. Top with second piece of bread.
4. Sandwich with herring
A minimum of ingredients and nothing more!
You will need: 300 g herring fillet, bread or buns, half a red onion, 3 pickled cucumbers.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, cut the cucumbers into thin slices, and the herring into small pieces. Put everything on the bread and cover with the second slice. And cut the bun with a book, but not completely, and fill it with stuffing.
5. Sandwich with red fish and cream cheese
Choose lightly salted or smoked fish.
You will need: 8 slices of bread, 100 g Philadelphia or other cream cheese, 2 tsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. balsamic, dill, 4 pieces of red fish, 4 lettuce leaves, pepper.
Cooking: Mix cheese with olive oil, balsamic, pepper and chopped dill. Put lettuce leaves on 4 slices of bread, brush with cheese mass and put red fish. Brush the rest of the bread with cheese and cover the sandwiches.
6. Chicken and tomato sandwich
We recommend taking several different types of cheese for richness of taste.
You will need: 2 slices of bread, 1 chicken fillet, 1 slice of hard cheese, 30 g of soft cream cheese, 1 tomato, herbs, lettuce.
Cooking: Boil the chicken and cut into slices. Spread cream cheese with herbs on one piece of bread, and put hard cheese and chicken on the second. Add tomato slices and lettuce, and put the sandwich together.
7. Tuna Apple Cucumber Sandwich
An original and almost diet recipe for a homemade sandwich.
You will need: 1 can of tuna, toast bread, 1 tbsp. yogurt and Dijon mustard, half a red onion, 1 celery stalk, 1 green apple, 1 green onion bunch, 1 cucumber, 1 egg.
Cooking: Boil an egg and dry or toast bread for toast. Mash the tuna with a fork, chop the rest of the ingredients and mix everything with yogurt and mustard. Put the filling on a piece of bread and cover with a second.
8. Banana sandwich
Here is such an unexpected sandwich instead of dessert!
You will need: 4 slices of bread, 2 bananas, 1 egg, 0.5 cups of milk, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. butter, salt and sugar.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with milk and spices, dip slices of bread into it and fry. Put half a banana on one piece, cover with a second one, press down and hold on fire a little more. Drizzle with honey or syrup to taste.
9. Sandwich with turkey and arugula
Chicken is fine too, but turkey is much more tender and juicy.
You will need: 2 slices of bread, 50 g turkey fillet, 2 cherry tomatoes, arugula, 20 g cheese.
Cooking: Cut off a slice of boiled or baked turkey fillet and place it on a piece of bread. Lay arugula on top halves of tomatoes, cheese, tomatoes again, and cover with a second piece of bread. Send the sandwich to the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Avocado and Tomato Sandwich
Light vegetable sandwich without meat and eggs.
You will need: 1 tomato, half an avocado, toast bread, 1 green onion, 20 g cream cheese, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Mix cream cheese with spices and herbs, and grease one piece of bread. Mash the avocado with spices with a fork, and grease the second piece. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, lay out tomato slices and assemble a sandwich.
11. Sandwich with sausage and pickles
Boiled, smoked or salami – it doesn’t matter which sausage you take.
You will need: 4 slices of toast bread, 100 g sausage, 100 g pickles, 1 tbsp. ketchup, greens, 100 g of cheese.
Cooking: Dry the bread and grease half with ketchup. Lay out sausage, pickle slices, chopped greens and a slice of cheese, and cover with bread on top. If desired, bake sandwiches in the oven for a bit.
12. Eggplant Sandwich
Unusual, but very satisfying snack for lunch!
You will need: 2 eggplants, 2 tomatoes, toast bread, 1 egg, 200 g mozzarella, spices, cilantro.
Cooking: Cut the eggplant into rings, salt and leave to release bitterness, then rinse and fry on both sides until tender. Finely chop the cilantro and cut the tomatoes into slices. On one side, dip the bread in a beaten egg and fry, and on the other hand, sprinkle it with spices and lay out the eggplant. Put cheese and tomatoes on top, and then again bread fried in an egg.
13. Chicken Strawberry Basil Sandwich
A bold combination of products that taste amazing.
You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 100 g cream cheese, 120 g strawberries, basil, bread, lettuce, spices.
Cooking: Dredge the chicken in salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Finely chop the basil and mix it with cheese and spices. Cut the strawberries into thin slices, and cut the cooled chicken in the same way. Brush the bread with cheese, then lay out the strawberries, chicken and lettuce leaves, and combine two such blanks.
14. Sandwich with boiled pork and mustard
We recommend baking the sandwich in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
You will need: 8 slices of bread, 30 g butter, 30 g grainy mustard, 200 g ham, 200 g cheese, 200 g boiled pork, 8 pickled cucumbers.
Cooking: Cut the ham, boiled pork, cheese and cucumbers into thin slices. Grease 4 slices of bread with butter, and the rest with mustard. Put the ham, cheese, boiled pork and cucumbers on the butter, and cover with mustard toast.
15. Cheese Pear Sandwich
If you want to spice up your sandwich, goat or sheep cheese is the way to go!
You will need: 8 slices of bread, 75 g peanuts, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 3 pears, 2 tsp. lemon juice and honey, 150 g of cheese, spices.
Cooking: Blend the peanuts, garlic and spiced olive oil in a blender and spread the paste on half of the bread. Cut the pears into thin slices, arrange on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and honey. Sprinkle them with grated cheese and cover with the remaining bread.
16. Sardine Cream Cheese Sandwich
Regular canned sardines in oil will do.
You will need: 125 g sardines, toast bread, 125 g cream cheese, lemon, 0.5 tbsp. Dijon mustard, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Mix cheese with mustard, spices, herbs and lemon juice to taste. Add the sardines there and mash well with a fork or beat with a blender. Dry the bread, grease with fish mass and cover with another piece on top.
17. Homemade Seafood Sandwich
To make it faster, take ready-made seafood in oil. Or you can fry in spices frozen!
You will need: 150 g shrimp, 100 g mussels, 200 g cream cheese, 3 green onion stalks, 3 tbsp. capelin caviar, 1 tomato, toast bread, lettuce leaves, spices.
Cooking: Coarsely chop seafood, and mix cream cheese with spices, capelin caviar and chopped green onions. Lubricate half the slices of bread with cheese mass, lay out seafood, and on top – circles of tomato and lettuce. Top with remaining slices of bread.
18. Sandwich with red fish, cottage cheese and kiwi
You will definitely try this sandwich for the first time!
You will need: 6 slices of toast bread, 6 pieces of red fish, 3 kiwi, 1 cucumber, 400 g cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 bunch of dill.
Cooking: Grate cucumber on coarse grater, squeeze out excess juice and mix with cottage cheese, mayonnaise and chopped dill. Lubricate pieces of bread with this mass, put red fish on top, and thin slices of kiwi on it. Assemble the sandwich halves.
19. Sandwich with crab sticks
It is more convenient to take not even bread, but a cut bun or ciabatta.
You will need: 500 g crab sticks, bread, half a head of iceberg, 1 stalk of celery, 80 g butter, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop crab sticks and mix with chopped celery, mayonnaise and spices. Lubricate the bread with butter, fry and put the chopped salad inside. And then – crab stuffing.
20. Pork Apple Sandwich
Take a few pieces of baked pork or cooked pork.
You will need: 300 g pork, 8 slices of bread, 4 pickled cucumbers, 4 lettuce leaves, 1 green apple, 300 ml mayonnaise, 1 tsp. sugar, salt and curry, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard.
Cooking: Beat an apple in a blender and add mayonnaise, mustard and spices to it. Dry the bread in the oven or microwave and brush it with this sauce. Top with pork, lettuce and cucumbers. It remains only to connect the sandwiches.
