You will need: 150 g of sausage, 4 potatoes, 3 pickled cucumbers, 1 red onion, 50 g of cheese, 1 can of peas, mayonnaise, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Boil potatoes and let them cool. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add peas, dress the salad with mayonnaise, season to taste and garnish with herbs.
2. Salad with sausage, greens and egg
A soft-boiled or poached egg works well here.
You will need: 200 g of any sausage, 2 pickled cucumbers, 8 olives, 1 egg per serving, croutons, salad mix, olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, spices.

You will need: 150 g sausage, 2 red peppers, 2 green peppers, 2 red onions, spices, herbs, 6 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar.
Cooking: Cut the onion into half rings, and the sausage with pepper into strips, and mix everything. Dress the salad with sour cream with wine vinegar and paprika, and sprinkle with herbs on top.
4. Salad with chicken, sausage and pickled onions
Boiled, baked or smoked chicken – at your discretion.
You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 2 chicken thighs, 150 g sausage, 5 cucumbers, 3 peppers, 3 carrots, 1 onion, mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar.
Cooking: Chop the onion and marinate it in sugar, salt and vinegar for 20 minutes. Cut all the ingredients into equal cubes, add onions to the salad and season with mayonnaise with spices.
5. Salad with sausage and goat cheese
You can replace goat cheese with mozzarella, suluguni or even feta.
You will need: 150 g boiled sausage, 125 g frozen peas, 3 potatoes, 2 shallots or green onions, 2 slices of goat cheese, 3 tbsp. mustard and honey, 2 tbsp. wine vinegar, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Boil and chop the potatoes into large slices, add scalded peas and greens to it. Add chopped onion and randomly chopped sausage there, dress the salad with mustard-honey dressing with wine vinegar and put cheese on top.

You will need: 450 g sausage, 1/3 cup rice, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 2 eggs, 1 red onion, 1 bunch of herbs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the rice and rinse it with cold water, cut the sausage into cubes and fry. Separately, boil the eggs and also cut into cubes along with the vegetables. Dress the salad with mayonnaise with chopped herbs.

Cooking: Boil the potatoes and cut all the ingredients into large pieces. Season the salad with mayonnaise with spices to taste.
9. Salad with sausage and nectarine
This is best suited boiled sausage in thin slices.
You will need: 180 g sausage, 4 nectarines, 140 g salad mix, 3 tbsp. seeds, 30 g basil, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, juice lemon ovine, 5 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the nectarines into slices, brush with a little oil and lightly fry. Put them with sausage on the salad mixture. Whisk the chopped basil, honey, mustard, lemon juice, and remaining oil, and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle all the seeds on top.

Cooking: Mash cheese with spices or mix several types of cheese, roll it into balls and roll them in a mixture of nuts and green onions.
