
Prunes can be combined in salads with absolutely any ingredients: meat, vegetables, fruits and all kinds of sauces. We have collected for you a large selection of salad recipes with a taste of the holiday!
1. Meat salad with prunes

For this layered salad, boiled turkey breast is ideal, but for a change, it can be replaced with chicken or pork.
You will need: 300 g turkey fillet, 170 g hard cheese, 160 g pitted prunes, 2 fresh cucumbers, 3-4 eggs, 1 tsp. honey, 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the meat into cubes, pour soy sauce, add your favorite seasonings, honey, fry in oil until tender, put the first layer on a dish, brush with mayonnaise. Cut the prunes into strips, evenly distribute the second layer, fields with mayonnaise. Prepare 2-3 thin pancakes from beaten eggs with salt and pepper, cut into noodles, lay out the third layer, mayonnaise. Sprinkle with finely chopped cucumbers, spread with mayonnaise, cover the top and sides of the salad with grated cheese.
2. Salad with prunes and apple

The composition of this salad is very simple, but few people can guess what is included in it.
You will need: 300 g white cabbage, 200 g pitted prunes, 2 sweet and sour apples, 55 ml mayonnaise, 0.5 tsp. sea salt, 40 ml sour cream, 1 tsp. sugar, pink pepper for decoration.
Cooking: Mix shredded cabbage with thinly sliced apples and prunes. Sprinkle the salad with sugar and salt, season with sour cream sauce with mayonnaise, transfer to a salad bowl and garnish with ground pink pepper.
3. Salad of prunes and chicken fillet

The most ordinary chicken breast salad takes on completely new flavors if you add a little prunes to it.
You will need: 250 g baked chicken fillet, 90 g prunes, 1 cucumber, 2 boiled eggs, 60 g walnuts, 5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.
Cooking: The first layer consists of chicken fillet mixed with mayonnaise, the second – of chopped prunes with mayonnaise, the third – of nuts. Put the grated egg whites in the fourth layer, brush with mayonnaise, then cucumbers with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with grated yolks, prunes strips and egg slices.
4. Salad with prunes “Venice”

To make the Venice salad as tasty as possible, prepare homemade mayonnaise with milk or fresh premium chicken eggs.
You will need: 250 g of quality prunes, 400 g of boiled chicken breast, 250 g of cheese, 350 g of fresh champignons, 120 g of walnut kernels, 4 boiled eggs, 1 boiled carrot, 1 onion, homemade mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces, disassemble into fibers and put in a salad bowl, cover with a mixture of grated egg yolks, carrots and mayonnaise. Cut the prunes into small cubes, mix with mayonnaise and grated cheese, transfer to a salad bowl and level, sprinkle with crushed nuts. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in butter, mix with grated protein, spread over the nuts, brush with mayonnaise.
5. Salad “Ruby” with nuts and prunes

The most ideal combination is boiled beets, prunes and walnuts. Salad “Ruby” will surprise you with the harmony of tastes and spectacular view.
You will need:
For salad: 400 g boiled beets, 120 g pitted prunes, 80 g roasted walnuts, 2 cloves of garlic.
For refueling: 3 art. l. mayonnaise, 2.5 tbsp. l. sour cream, salt and pepper, fresh mint leaves.
Cooking: Combine in a bowl grated beets, crushed nuts and chopped prunes into strips. Pour sauce of mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and spices. Transfer the salad to a beautiful dish, garnish with mint and roses from boiled beet strips.
6. Beef salad with prunes

Boil beef for salad in advance in broth with bay leaves, assorted peppercorns and roots. Cool the finished meat and keep it overnight in the refrigerator, then it will turn out to be much tastier, and it will be easier to cut it.
You will need: 180 g of boiled beef, 3 boiled eggs, 180 g of hard cheese, 100 g of prunes, 3 pickled cucumbers, 1 onion, 90 g of pine nuts, homemade mayonnaise, 0.5 cans of green peas.
Cooking: Lightly coat the inner walls and bottom of a deep bowl with vegetable oil, cover with sheets of cling film. Mix grated eggs and cheese, put a few tablespoons of the mixture into a prepared bowl, brush with mayonnaise. Next, collect the salad, laying out the layers in the center, and on the sides, closer to the walls of the bowl,pour a side of the egg-cheese mixture, smearing the “floors” of the salad with mayonnaise.
The sequence of layers: finely chopped prunes, beef cut into thin fibers, cucumbers cut into strips, pickled onion half rings, green peas. Cover the bowl with another piece of cling film, tucking in the hanging edges first. Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then remove the top sheet of film and unfold the edges, cover with a suitable plate and turn over. Remove the bowl with the film, sprinkle the salad with pine nuts.
7. Salad “Birch” with prunes and mushrooms

This salad is usually collected on a large rectangular dish in the form of an oblong log.
You will need: 350 g of boiled chicken fillet, 300 g of pickled champignons, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 250 g of pitted prunes, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 0.3 bunches of green onions, mayonnaise, 0.3 bunches of parsley.
Cooking: Mix finely chopped prunes with mayonnaise and put the first layer on a plate, cover with chopped meat and mayonnaise. Spread sliced mushrooms, pickled onions, apply a mesh of mayonnaise. Grate the egg whites, put them in an even layer in a salad bowl, brush with mayonnaise and cover with grated cucumbers and grated yolk. Spread mayonnaise on all sides, draw branches from parsley, lay out strips of prunes in a chaotic manner so that the “log” looks like birch as much as possible. Garnish with whole mushrooms and green onion blades.
8. Salad with prunes and pineapples

One of the most delicious holiday salads, which is the first to fly off the table.
You will need: 0.5 kg of chicken breast baked in foil, 1 can of canned pineapple, 5 boiled eggs, 200 g of prunes, 120 g of walnuts, 180 ml of mayonnaise.
Cooking: Combine diced pineapple and chicken fillet, pour in grated egg whites, walnut crumbs, prunes cut into strips and mayonnaise. Transfer the salad to a plate, forming a hill, sprinkle with grated boiled yolk.
9. Avocado salad with prunes

Sprinkling chopped avocado pulp with freshly squeezed lemon juice will retain its brightness and improve taste in a salad.
You will need: 2 ripe large avocados, 1 lemon, 200 g of hard cheese, 4-5 tbsp. l. walnuts, 15-20 pcs. pitted prunes, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Peel the avocado and grate it on a coarse grater, plentifully fields with lemon juice. In a bowl, mix grated cheese, chopped garlic, chopped prunes, add avocado, nuts and mayonnaise.
10. Salad with mackerel and prunes

You can take smoked or dried fish for this salad, hazelnuts are ideal for nuts, but peanuts are also no less tasty.
You will need: 1 mackerel fillet, 3 processed cheeses, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 3 cucumbers, 120 g prunes, 60 g nuts, 1 large onion. 1 can of pitted black olives, 1 large green apple, 1 tsp. lemon vinegar, 1 clove of garlic, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Since the basis of the salad is fish, it is advisable to lay out this layered salad on a large flat dish in the form of a dolphin or whale, you can depict a shark or starfish. Alternate the layers with a thick mayonnaise net, for this, place the sauce in a tight bag and cut off a small corner.
Lay out the layers in the following order: grated processed cheese, pickled onions, finely chopped mackerel fillet, chopped prunes with nuts, grated cucumber, yolks, apple. Cover the belly of the “fish” with grated squirrels, and the back, head and fins with halves of olives.
11. Salad with prunes and smoked pork

A delicious meat appetizer with just a few ingredients is perfect for any occasion.
You will need: 300 g smoked pork, 200 g pitted prunes, 110 g walnuts, 4 boiled eggs, mayonnaise, 100 g hard cheese.
Cooking: Send finely chopped meat, grated apple, cheese and boiled eggs, chopped nuts and prunes to the salad bowl. Dressing a salad is most delicious with homemade mayonnaise, but sour cream with mustard will also work.
12. Salad of carrots with prunes

For greater nutritional value, boiled veal or chicken fillet can be added to this salad.
You will need: 1 large carrot, 180 g of boiled chicken (optional), 3 hard-boiled eggs, 100 g of prunes and walnuts, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Grate carrots, fry in oil, and then pour in a couple of tablespoons of water and mascara under the lid. Mix with grated cheese and eggs, chopped nuts and chopped prunes, add diced meat, season with mayonnaise.
13. Salad with prunes and pomegranate seeds

Another variant of an exquisitely delicious salad made from simple and most ordinary products.
You will need: 500 g of mushrooms and chicken meat, 200 g of hard cheese, 150 g of prunes, 110 g of nuts, 2 onions, mayonnaise, 1 pomegranate.
Cooking: Collect the salad in layers in the following order: small pieces of boiled chicken, prunes, grated cheese, fried mushrooms with onions, chopped nuts in a blender. Grease each layer of salad evenly with mayonnaise, cover the finished dish with pomegranate seeds.
14. Beet salad with prunes and dried apricots

It is best to fill such a salad with homemade yogurt or sour cream, a delicate creamy taste will only emphasize the sophistication of the snack.
You will need: 1 beetroot baked in a peel, 80 g of prunes and dried apricots, 100 g of walnut kernels, sour cream.
Cooking: While the beets are baking, soak dried fruits in boiling water, wash and dry. Finely chop the dried apricots with prunes, grate the beets, roll the nuts several times with a rolling pin. Season with mayonnaise, adjust the taste with spices.
15. Salad with prunes stuffed with nuts

A very unusual and difficult to prepare dish that has been very popular for several decades. In many homes, such a salad is prepared on major holidays.
You will need: 250 g crab sticks, 2 boiled eggs, 220 g hard cheese, 20 pcs. pitted prunes, 60 g chilled butter, 5 walnuts, 7-8 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.
Cooking: Remove the nuts from the shell, trying to keep the kernels intact, cut them into four parts lengthwise. Place the walnut quarters inside the steamed prunes, replacing the seeds with them. Divide the grated eggs, crab sticks, oil into two equal halves in separate containers, collect the salad in layers, laying out the products in this order: eggs, crab sticks, hard cheese, butter, prunes, butter, cheese, crab sticks. Spread each layer of lettuce with mayonnaise, cover the top and sides with the remaining half of the grated eggs.
16. Salad of baked veal with prunes

Veal fillets should be baked in advance so that by the time the salad is prepared, the meat is already chilled and dense.
You will need: 300 g baked veal pulp, 160 g prunes, 50 g hazelnuts, 1 apple, 2 boiled eggs, 100 g hard cheese, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Set the culinary ring on the plate, lay the products in layers, smearing with mayonnaise. First, tamp the pieces of meat, then coarsely grated apple, diced boiled eggs, chopped prunes, grated cheese mixed with chopped hazelnuts.
17. Salad with rice and prunes

Rice for this salad should be cooked so that it is crumbly and slightly undercooked. Sticky porridge is absolutely not good!
You will need: 250 g of boiled chicken breast, 300 g of crumbly rice porridge, 2 cucumbers, 150 g of hard cheese, 120 g of prunes, 2 hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Prepare six large glass goblets, pour layers of crushed products, pour over with mayonnaise. No need to tamp! Arrange rice, chicken breast, prunes, cucumbers, eggs in glasses. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, leave the last (cheese) layer without mayonnaise.
18. Salad with prunes “Piquant”

If you take lean mayonnaise for salad dressing, then the dish can be called dietary.
You will need: 2 small beets, 1 carrot, 90 g of prunes, 100 g of raisins and dried apricots, 150 g of hard cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 g of walnuts, lean mayonnaise.
Cooking: Grate boiled beets and carrots for Korean carrots, mix with chopped nuts, dried apricots and prunes, add raisins. Season the salad with garlic mayonnaise, sprinkle with a thick layer of grated cheese on top.
19. Salad with fried chicken and prunes

Very tasty and appetizing salad of fried chicken vein and boiled potatoes with prunes.
You will need: 400 g chicken fillet, 2 tbsp. l. butter, 3 potatoes, 3 pickled cucumbers, 160 g prunes, 4 boiled eggs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into cubes, season with spices, fry until golden brown in butter. Combine in a salad bowl with diced prunes, boiled potatoes, cucumbers and eggs. Fill with mayonnaise.
20. Salad of slightly salted salmon with prunes

This salad will appeal to those who love fish and unusual snacks with a sweetish-spicy taste.
You will need: 180 g lightly salted salmon fillet, 1 can of pineapples, 3 tangerines, 100 g of prunes, 50 g of cashew nuts, 1 bunch of arugula lettuce, 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the fish into cubes, marinate for half an hour in soy sauce and put on a sieve. Mix pieces of salmon with chopped prunes, pineapple cubes, peeled tangerine slices, mayonnaise. Transfer the mixture to a plate lined with arugula and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
