1. Salad with rice, chicken and prunes

The secret to the success of this salad is in its simplicity!
You will need: 200 g chicken, 100 g rice, 1 cucumber, 100 g cheese, 2 eggs, 100 g prunes, 70 g mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil rice with chicken, finely chop all the ingredients, and grate the cheese. Lay out the salad in layers, each spreading a little with mayonnaise: rice, chicken, prunes, cucumber, eggs, cheese.
2. Salad with crab sticks and beans

Add croutons to make even more expressive texture difference.
You will need: 80 g crab sticks, 80 g canned beans, 40 g rye bread, 1 egg, 1 garlic clove, 40 g vegetable oil, 70 g mayonnaise, green onions.
Cooking: Grind crab sticks and boiled eggs, mix them with beans. Mix the oil with crushed garlic and dip the croutons dried in a frying pan into it. Add them to a salad with finely chopped onions and season with mayonnaise.
3. Olivier with salmon

An amazing holiday recipe for this mayonnaise salad is just right for the New Year 2021!
You will need: 200 g of potatoes, 90 g of canned peas, 30 g of red onion, 90 g of fresh and pickled cucumbers, 60 g of carrots, 250 g of slightly salted salmon, herbs and spices, 80 g of mayonnaise, 10 g of pickled ginger, lemon juice.
Cooking: Boil carrots and potatoes and cut all vegetables with fish into small cubes. Add peas and chopped greens. Add a few drops of lemon juice and chopped ginger to the mayonnaise, and season the salad.
4. Salad with tuna and corn

French salad recipe, very simple and delicious.
You will need: 100 g tuna in its own juice, 80 g canned corn, half an onion, 2 eggs, 20 g butter, 70 g yogurt, 50 g mayonnaise, 1 tsp. french mustard.
Cooking: Beat eggs and fry in butter with spices, stirring constantly. When they are cool, add the tuna, corn and finely chopped onion. Dress the salad with mayonnaise with yogurt and mustard.
5. Salad with pork and mustard

A great alternative to Olivier on the New Year’s table, if you are tired of it for a long time!
You will need: 200 g boiled smoked pork, 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 Chinese cabbage, half a red onion, herbs, 1 tsp. mustard, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt and spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the Beijing cabbage, chop the onion, cucumber, pork and boiled eggs into small cubes. Add chopped greens there and season with mayonnaise with mustard and spices.
6. Green squid salad

This very light and tasty salad will perfectly decorate your New Year’s table.
You will need: 1 squid carcass, 1 cucumber, 1 tbsp. canned corn, 2 eggs, green onions, dill, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, spices.
Cooking: Boil eggs and squid, chop them with cucumber and herbs, and mix. Add corn and spices, dress the salad with mayonnaise and arrange beautifully on lettuce leaves.
7. Salad with chicken and vegetables

Serve it on lettuce leaves, sprinkled with crackers.
You will need: 500 g Chinese cabbage, 250 g canned corn, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 200 g chicken, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Boil, fry or bake chicken, and cut into strips. Randomly chop all vegetables, add corn and season with sour cream with mayonnaise and spices.
8. Salad with chicken and sausage

Here you can safely use the ingredients that are left over from cooking other dishes.
You pshe will need: 1 chicken breast, 2 chicken thighs, 100 g smoked sausage, 5 cucumbers, 3 peppers, 1 onion, 3 carrots, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the breast and thighs, peel and chop into a small cube. Similarly, cut all the other ingredients, mix and season with mayonnaise.
9. Salad with chicken and apple

An easy and almost dietary recipe for a New Year’s salad, despite mayonnaise.
You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 1 sour apple, 200 g cheese, 3 eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper.
Cooking: Boil chicken, cut and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and pepper. Peel and grate apples, cheese, whites and yolks. Lay out in layers: chicken, apples, yolks, cheese and proteins, spreading with dressing.
10. Salad with smoked chicken and frozen peas

The dish is very fresh and elegant.
You will need: 280 g smoked chicken, 100 g frozen peas, 120 g cucumbers, 3 eggs, 25 g green onions, 70 g mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and dip the peas in boiling water for 3 minutes. Dice the chicken, eggs and cucumbers, chop the green onions and mix all the ingredients. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
11. Apple salad with dried cherries

For a subtlety of flavor fields it with maple syrup.
You will need: 2 apples, 140 g salad greens, 80 g dried cherries, 65 g chopped nuts, cheese, 2 tsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Cooking: Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar until dissolved, and add spices to taste. Thinly slice the apples, mix the ingredients and dress the salad with dressing. Sprinkle some more nuts and cheese on top.
12. Salad with celery and grapes

This salad is often called Waldorf or American.
You will need: 200 g grapes, 200 g celery stalks, 200 g Beijing cabbage, 1 apple, 60 g nuts, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, juice of 1 lemon, 200 g yogurt, 50 g mayonnaise, 1 tsp. mustard.
Cooking: Pour the grapes with half the lemon juice and oil, season and send for 7 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Add nuts to it and send back for another 10 minutes. Chop the cabbage, celery and apples into strips, and season with yogurt, mayonnaise, the rest of the lemon juice and oil. Top with grapes and nuts.
13. Garlic salad with tangerines

Extraordinary New Year’s variation of garlic and cheese salad.
You will need: 5 tangerines, 100 g cheese, garlic, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Peel the tangerines, disassemble into slices and cut each one into a couple more pieces. Cut the cheese into cubes, add crushed garlic and season the salad with mayonnaise and spices.
14. Potato salad with caramelized onions

A very satisfying salad for the New Year’s table in case guests get hungry.
You will need: 500 g potatoes, 2 eggs, 200 g bacon, 3 red onions, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 125 g mayonnaise, half a lemon, 2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. sour cream.
Cooking: Heat the oil and fry the onion over low heat for about half an hour until caramelized. Separately, fry the bacon, boil the potatoes with eggs, chop everything and mix. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and lemon juice and dress salad.
15. Salad with chicken liver and peas

Another alternative to Olivier for lovers of unexpected taste!
You will need: 250 g chicken liver, 2 potatoes, 3 eggs, 100 g hard cheese, 4 tbsp. canned peas, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, herbs and green onions.
Cooking: Boil, and then bake the liver for 10-15 minutes, boil potatoes and eggs. Cut all this into a small cube along with cheese, add chopped greens and peas there. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and season to taste.
