You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 1 can of pineapple in syrup and corn, 3 boiled eggs, 135 g of hard cheese, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Pour boiling water over the chicken, add spices, bay leaf, a whole onion. Put on medium heat and cook until tender. Let the meat cool completely right in the broth, then transfer it to a plate, pat dry with napkins and cut into smaller pieces. Boiled eggs, pineapple and hard cheese cut into cubes. Pour all this into a deep bowl, add corn, season with mayonnaise. You can lightly add salt and season with a pinch of all-ground black pepper.
2. Salad with chicken and pineapple “Juicy”

You will need: 350 g chicken breast, 0.5 cans of pineapple in sweet syrup, 1 can of marinated champignons, 2 onions, mayonnaise with mustard for dressing.
Cooking: Boil chicken breast until tender in salted water with spices. Cool the meat, separate from the bone. Cut finely. Pickle the onion in advance and put it in a colander. Mushrooms cut into slices. Mix all prepared foods, add pineapple cubes and season with mayonnaise. Transfer to a salad bowl, lightly tamp with a spoon, garnish with whole champignons.

Cooking: Place the diced pineapple, meat and hard cheese, finely shredded cabbage, chopped green onion and chicken protein in a deep bowl. Throw in the corn. Season with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well. Transfer the salad to a beautiful salad bowl, smooth the top and evenly cover with a layer of grated yolks on a fine grater. You will need: 280 g smoked chicken meat, 3 boiled potatoes, 150 g ham, 1 large sour apple, 1 can of pineapples, 4 boiled eggs, 1 onion, a handful of halves of walnuts, a little green onion, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper mixture, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Prepare a large oval or rectangular dish, grease it with a little mayonnaise. In the Exotic Pineapple salad, each layer will be repeated twice, so the products are divided into two equal parts.
So, put the grated boiled potatoes in the first layer, salt and pepper and brush with mayonnaise. The second layer is onion half rings, it is advisable to pre-marinate and squeeze them.
