
What could be better than tasty and fragrant potatoes baked in foil in the oven? Did you know that even such a simple dish can be prepared in completely different ways? We have collected 15 recipes that the whole family will love!
1. Potatoes with lard baked in foil

Thanks to the pieces of bacon, the potatoes are even softer.
You will need: 5 potatoes, 150 g bacon, spices, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Rinse the potatoes and make slits like an accordion, not cutting a little to the edge. Cut the salo into thin slices and put into these cuts. Sprinkle everything on top with spices and crushed garlic, sprinkle with oil, wrap the potatoes in foil and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, and then another 20 at 170.
2. Potato baked with cheese

Be sure to serve it with herbs and fresh vegetables.
You will need: 600 g potatoes, 150 g cheese, 40 g butter, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, garlic and spices.
Cooking: Rinse potatoes, roll in spices, wrap in foil and bake for 40-60 minutes at 200 degrees. During this time, finely chop and fry the onion. Cut the potatoes, crush the flesh with a spoon and put butter, onion, garlic and grated cheese inside. Put in the oven for another 7 minutes.
3. Potato baked with sausage

A regular boiled-smoked sausage is best suited.
You will need: 2 potatoes, 50 g sausage, 25 g cheese, 2 garlic cloves, 25 ml vegetable oil, 1 onion, spices.
Cooking: Peel the potatoes, make cuts with an accordion and roll them in spices and oil. Put slices of sausage into the cuts, sprinkle everything with onion rings on top, wrap in foil and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Unwrap, sprinkle with crushed garlic and grated cheese, and bake until golden.
4. Baked potatoes with meat

This casserole makes a perfect main course.
You will need: 500 g pork, 400 g potatoes, 100 g cheese, spices, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. grainy mustard.
Cooking: Coarsely chop the meat and marinate it in vegetable oil with garlic, mayonnaise, mustard and spices for a couple of hours. Cut the potatoes into slices and put on the bottom of the foil boats. Spread the meat along with the marinade, sprinkle with grated cheese and wrap it in foil on top. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, and then another 15 minutes without the top layer of foil.
5. Potatoes with chicken baked in foil

Chicken legs are ideal here – a little more fatty than fillet.
You will need: 1 chicken leg, 4 potatoes, 30 g onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar, 1 tsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Fold a piece of foil in half and lay large potato wedges and onion rings on top. Drizzle with oil and spices, and in the rest of the oil with the bite, soy sauce and garlic, roll the chicken. Put it on the potatoes, wrap the foil and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Oven baked potatoes with mushrooms

Very tasty potatoes are obtained with chanterelles or porcini mushrooms.
You will need: 700 g potatoes, 300 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. butter, 60 g cheese, olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Fry the onion with mushrooms in olive oil, and cut the potatoes into circles. Spread the potatoes on the foil, put the mushrooms, pieces of butter and grated cheese on top. Wrap the foil and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes like this, and then 10 minutes in the open form.
7. Baked potatoes with herbs

A very aromatic dish instead of a side dish for meat.
You will need: 6 potatoes, spices, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, green onions and herbs, garlic, 40 g butter.
Cooking: Lightly boil the potatoes in their skins until soft and make a cross cut. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped herbs, garlic and spices to taste. Press the pulp of the potato with a spoon, add a piece of butter, lay out the filling and wrap in foil. Send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Potato baked with herbs in foil

A great alternative to rustic potatoes!
You will need: 200 g potatoes, 3 garlic cloves, salt and pepper, 1 tsp. dry garlic and Italian herbs, 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the potatoes into wedges, and the garlic into wedges, and put on foil. Drizzle everything with oil, roll in spices and wrap. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
9. Potato baked with cheese in foil

We offer another option for filling for baked potatoes.
You will need: 6 potatoes, 100 g cheese, 60 g butter, 2 tbsp. yogurt, spices, herbs, 60 g parmesan, 2 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Wrap the potatoes in several layers of foil and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees. Mash the cheese with a fork with crushed garlic, yogurt, spices and chopped herbs. Cut the potatoes in half almost to the end, mash the pulp with butter, sprinkle with parmesan and lay out the cheese.
10. Young potatoes baked in the oven

Young potatoes bake faster, and they are also very good even without additives.
You will need: 10 potatoes, 10 sage leaves, 20 g butter, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Make slits on the potatoes with a net and brush each with melted butter. Sprinkle with spices, put on a sage leaf, wrap tightly in foil and bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
11. Potatoes in beer, baked in foil

An original recipe for those who are not afraid of experiments.
You will need: 2 potatoes, 10 g butter, 20 ml beer, rosemary and spices.
Cooking: Cut potatoes into cubes and place on foil. Rub butter on top, sprinkle with spices and fresh rosemary. Fill everything with beer, wrap in foil and bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
12. Baked potatoes with pickles

One of the best flavor combinations!
You will need: 3 potatoes, 100 g pickles, 100 g canned peas, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Wrap potatoes in foil and bake for 60-70 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out about half of the pulp with a spoon and pour the butter inside. Grind the pulp and mix with peas and finely chopped cucumbers. Spread the filling over the potatoes.
13. Potato baked with crab sticks

A very interesting filling option for lovers of original combinations.
You will need: 2 potatoes, 100 g crab sticks, 30 g cheese, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Wrap the potatoes tightly in foil and bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees. Finely chop the crab sticks and mix with mayonnaise. Cut the potatoes in half, but not completely, crush the pulp with a spoon, lay out the filling, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
14. Potatoes with tomatoes baked in foil

When serving, sprinkle potatoes with herbs or grated cheese to taste.
You will need: 3 potatoes, 3 tomatoes, spices, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into circles, and then roll the potatoes in oil with spices. Fold 1 potato and 1 accordion tomato, sprinkle with minced garlic and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Baked potatoes with vegetables

You can experiment with curly cuts, but make sure that the pieces are approximately the same!
You will need: 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 1 onion, 1 bunch of herbs, spices, vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut all the vegetables into medium-thick cubes and mix with oil, spices and chopped herbs. Wrap in a foil envelope and bake for 50-60 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
