1. Pork ribs with potatoes in the sleeve
It will take no more than 5 minutes to prepare the ingredients!
You will need: 600 g pork ribs, 5 potatoes, 1 onion, spices.
Cooking: Divide the ribs into pieces, cut the potatoes into slices, and the onion into large rings. Put everything in a sleeve, add spices to taste and mix well. Make a couple of punctures with a toothpick and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
2. Pork ribs with potatoes in foil
And to make the ribs bake even faster, immediately divide the dish into portions and wrap in separate foil envelopes.
You will need: 700 g pork ribs, 7 potatoes, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 45 ml soy sauce, herbs, spices, garlic.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce with spices, and marinate the ribs for a couple of hours. Cut the vegetables into cubes and mix with mayonnaise, garlic and herbs. Put the potatoes on the foil first, then the meat, and close. Bake for 1-1.5 hours in the oven at 180 degrees.
3. Pork ribs with potatoes and cheese
The cheese crust makes this dish even more appetizing!
You will need: 1 kg pork ribs, 5 potatoes, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 150 g cheese, 100 g mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Cut the ribs, lightly fry and put in a mold. Put the onion rings on top, then the tomato rings and at the end the potato slices. Lubricate with mayonnaise, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
4. Baked pork ribs with potatoes and mushrooms
Mushrooms can be taken fresh or frozen.
You will need: 900 g pork ribs, 750 g potatoes, 600 g mushrooms, 3 tbsp. tomato paste, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 2 onions, garlic, spices.
Cooking: Cut the ribs into portions and mix with onion rings, garlic, spices, sour cream and tomato paste. Leave the meat to marinate for a couple of hours.
Boil the potatoes until half cooked and cut into slices, and lightly fry the mushrooms separately. Put potatoes, mushrooms and ribs on top of the foil, form envelopes and bake for 40-50 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
5. Pork ribs with potatoes in tomato
Spicy tomato sauce goes well with meat and potatoes.
You will need: 800 g pork ribs, 500 g potatoes, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tbsp. honey, ginger, smoked paprika, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger, mix them with honey, soy sauce and tomato paste, and boil until the onions are soft. Then grind the tomato sauce with a blender.
Brush the disassembled ribs with the sauce and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Put the chopped potatoes with spices in the form, and the ribs on top. Bake for 1-1.5 hours at 160 degrees, periodically brushing the meat with sauce.
6. Pork ribs with potatoes and vegetables in the oven
A universal recipe for all occasions.
You will need: 800 g pork ribs, 800 g potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 zucchini, 150 g cauliflower, 2 garlic cloves, 60 ml ketchup, 2 tbsp. honey, 60 ml soy sauce, 150 ml water, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Cut the ribs into pieces, marinate in spices for an hour and lightly fry with onions. Coarsely chop all the vegetables, season to taste and put in a roasting sleeve.
Send the ribs, garlic, some more spices and chopped greens to the vegetables. Mix the marinade of soy sauce, honey, ketchup and water, and pour inside too. Mix the contents and bake for an hour at 190 degrees.
7. Pork ribs with potatoes in honey glaze
To make the icing grab a beautiful crust, bake the ribs on a baking sheet in one layer.
You will need: 500 g pork ribs, 500 g potatoes, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. granular mustard, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Mix honey, mustard and spices and marinate the ribs for an hour. Cut the potatoes into slices, salt, put on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Gently spread the ribs on top and put in the oven for 1.5 hours at 160 degrees.
8. Pork ribs with potatoes in pots
For this recipe, you need to break the ribs into smaller pieces.
You will need: 250 g pork ribs, 3 potatoes, 2 onions, 0.5 carrots, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 bay leaf, spices.
Cooking: Cut the ribs, rub them with spices and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Fry them until golden brown in a little oil, and then add onion, a couple of tablespoons of water, and a little stew.
Cut potatoes and carrots into cubes, put in a pot, season and put a bay leaf. Send the meat with onions on top, cover with a lid and bake in the oven for an hour at 160 degrees.
9. Pork ribs with potatoes in beer
Choose regular dark or light beer to taste, but without additives.
You will need: 1 kg of pork ribs, 1 kg of potatoes, 50 ml of vegetable oil, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 50 g of tomato paste, 500 ml of beer, 4 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Divide the ribs, roll in spices and lightly fry, and boil the potatoes until half cooked and cut into slices. Cut the onion and tomatoes into rings, put everything in a mold and fill it with a marinade of beer, tomato paste, spices and crushed garlic.
Bake under foil for 50-60 minutes at 190 degrees. Baste the ribs with juice occasionally, if desired.
10. Pork ribs with potatoes and herbs in the oven
We recommend taking half a bunch of cilantro, green onions, basil and dill.
You will need: 1 kg of pork ribs, 1 kg of potatoes, 1 onion, 2 bunches of herbs, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. tomato sauce, garlic, spices and herbs, 30 ml of water.
Cooking: Separate the ribs and marinate in tomato sauce, oil, garlic and spices for a couple of hours. Coarsely chop the potatoes and onions, mix with meat and transfer to a baking bag.
Finely chop all the greens, and also add to the bag. Add water, tie the edges and mix everything well, and then bake in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
11. Pork ribs with potatoes and cabbage
By the way, according to the same principle, you can cook ribs in a cauldron.
You will need: 400 g pork ribs, 400 g potatoes, 300 g cabbage, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp wine vinegar, spices.
Cooking: Take the ribs apart, roll in spices and lightly fry. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and chop the cabbage with carrots and onions.
Lightly mash the cabbage with vinegar and oil with your hands and put all the vegetables in a sleeve or dish. Put the ribs there, season a little more, add bay leaf, and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
12. Baked pork ribs with potatoes in sour cream
Instead of sour cream, you can take kefir, yogurt, cream or even just milk.
You will need: 800 g pork ribs, 800 g potatoes, 1 onion, 100 ml sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Coarsely chop the potatoes and mix with sour cream and spices. Take apart the ribs, mix with spices and chopped onions, and put everything in a mold. Bake under foil for 35 minutes at 190 degrees and another 15 minutes without foil.
