Fragrant champignons on the grill remain juicy, tasty and tender. This is a great addition to a vegetable side dish or kebabs. We tell the best recipes on how to cook them correctly so as not to overdry and emphasize all their benefits!
1. Mushrooms in sour cream mustard marinade
Add some basil or oregano if you like.
You will need: 500 g champignons, 50 g sour cream, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp mustard, spices.
Cooking: Mix all the ingredients for the marinade until smooth. Wash and dry the mushrooms, and then transfer them to an airtight bag.
Pour the marinade into the bag, mix everything well, close it and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or overnight. Fry the mushrooms on the grill for about 12 minutes.
2. Mushrooms in mayonnaise on the grill
Marinade with mayonnaise and garlic always turns out very thick.
You will need: 500 g champignons, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic, soy sauce and spices, and marinate mushrooms for a couple of hours or overnight. Put them on skewers and fry over hot coals for 10-15 minutes.
3. Mushrooms with bacon on the grill
Beautiful and ruddy mushroom skewers on coals.
You will need: 600 g champignons, 2 red onions, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, spices, 50 g bacon.
Cooking: Mix sour cream, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and spices. Clean the mushrooms with a dense sponge and marinate in this mixture. Add chopped onion there, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Cut the bacon into small strips. Assemble the marinated mushrooms onto skewers, alternating them with onion rings and bacon slices. Grill on the grill for about 15 minutes.
4. Mushrooms with potatoes on the grill
A hearty side dish for any meat.
You will need: 300 g champignons, 700 g potatoes, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 20 g of herbs, spices.
Cooking: The potatoes will not have time to bake so quickly, so boil them in advance until tender. But make sure that it remains dense and does not crumble.
Rinse and clean the mushrooms, cut the potatoes into fairly thick washers and marinate in oil with chopped herbs and spices for half an hour. Put potatoes and mushrooms on skewers, cook on the grill for 15 minutes.
5. Mushrooms with lemon juice and herbs
Very fresh and fragrant marinade, which is impossible to resist!
You will need: 500 g mushrooms, 50 ml olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp. herbs, 1 sprig of thyme, 0.5 lemon.
Cooking: Mix oil, salt, herbs, finely chopped thyme leaves, a little lemon juice and zest. Marinate the washed champignons in this mixture for a couple of hours. Put the mushrooms on a skewer and fry on coals for 10-15 minutes.
6. Mushrooms with herbs and garlic on the grill
Take 1-2 sprigs of different types of greens.
You will need: 500 g of mushrooms, 100 ml of olive oil, 5 cloves of garlic, spices, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, dill.
Cooking: Chop all the greens as finely as possible, squeeze out the garlic, and mix with oil and spices. Marinate the mushrooms for an hour, collect them on a skewer and fry on the grill for about 15 minutes. You can also sprinkle the finished mushroom kebab with chopped herbs.
7. Mushrooms in soy sauce on the grill
Turn the skewers often so that the mushrooms soaked in soy sauce do not start to burn!
You will need: 500 g champignons, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, spices, 3 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Rinse all the mushrooms, put them in a bag and sprinkle with spices to taste. Pour soy sauce there - classic, dark or with additives, and mix well.
Release the air from the bag, tie it up, shake well and leave the mushrooms to marinate for an hour. Collect them on skewers and fry on coals for about 12 minutes on all sides.
8. Champignons with cheese
These mushrooms need to be cooked on the grill!
You will need: 8 mushrooms, 150 g cream cheese, 8 slices of bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, herbs.
Cooking: Carefully separate the caps from the legs and rinse all the mushrooms. Mix cream cheese with herbs and crushed garlic, and spread the filling into hats.
Wrap each hat tightly with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Lay out the shampinyons on the grill and fry on the grill until golden brown for 7-10 minutes, turning with tongs or a fork.
9. Mushrooms in tomato sauce on the grill
You can use ready-made sauce or boil grated tomatoes with spices.
You will need: 800 g of mushrooms, 300 g of tomato sauce, 150 g of mayonnaise, 5 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 30 ml vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the garlic into slices and mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Mix the washed mushrooms with it well, and leave for 30 minutes. Put the mushrooms on skewers and fry on the grill for another 15 minutes.
10. Mushrooms with vegetables on the grill
It turns out just a full-fledged vegetable kebab!
You will need: 700 g of champignons, 160 g of cherry tomatoes, 120 g of zucchini, 100 g of bacon, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Cut the zucchini into slices, and the bacon into plates. Mix oil, soy sauce and spices to taste, and marinate everything in this mixture in a bag while you light the grill.
Thread champignons, vegetables and lard on skewers and fry. The cooking time depends on the temperature and the amount of coals. On average, this is about 10-15 minutes.
