We advise you to take ready-made tartlets – it’s fast and convenient.
You will need: 8 tartlets, 250 g hard cheese, 500 g shrimp, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 50 g of red caviar.
Cooking: Boil the shrimp, peel and set aside a handful, and finely chop the rest. Mix them with grated cheese, crushed garlic and mayonnaise, put the mass into tartlets. Decorate the appetizer with the remaining shrimp and red caviar.
Carrot snack for the New Year
It turns out a kind of spread for bread and sandwiches.
You will need: 2 carrots, 70 g hard cheese, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp. mayonnaise, 3 tsp sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Grate the carrots and cheese on the smallest grater, squeeze out the garlic and season everything to taste. Mix the mass with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Cheese rolls with Korean carrots
Everything ingenious is simple, as is this recipe! For greater beauty – spread the rolls on lettuce leaves.
You will need: 6 slices of cheese, 2 eggs, 150 g Korean carrots, 2 tbsp. heavy cream, 2 tsp granular mustard, spices, 2 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Hard boil the eggs and let cool. Place the carrots, boiled eggs, cream, mustard, spices and garlic in a blender and beat lightly. Put the filling on the cheese slices and wrap neat rolls out of them.
Vegetable canapés with canned fish
Choose canned food to your taste – from saury and sardines to tuna.
You will need: 1 can of canned fish, 400 g small tomatoes, 100 g carrots, 150 g apples, 30 g onions, 15 g dill, 60 g mayonnaise, 7 g parsley, spices.
Cooking: Peel and grate the carrot and apple. Mash the fish with a fork, finely chop all the onions and greens, and mix everything together with mayonnaise. Cut the tomatoes into slices about 10 mm thick and put this spread on top of them.
Stuffed champignons with rice
For a change – a hot appetizer especially for the New Year’s table!
You will need: 4 large champignons, 2 tbsp. boiled rice, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley root, 30 g parmesan, spices, breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Separate the caps from the stems of the mushrooms, finely chop the stems and fry until tender in oil with parsley root. Mix with rice and spices, put the filling in hats and sprinkle with grated parmesan and breadcrumbs. Send the stuffed mushrooms to the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Salads for the New Year 2023
In the same way as with appetizers, freshness and lightness are in the first place in salads. And this is a huge plus, because there will definitely be enough strength and enthusiasm for a hot dish!
Royal fur coat
An original alternative to the usual fur coat for the New Year.
You will need: 200 g salmon, 200 g crab sticks, 150 g shrimp, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 3 eggs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs. Separate the squirrels and yolks, and grate them all separately. Cut salmon and crab sticks into small cubes. Boil the shrimp until cooked and also cut. Lay out in layers: potatoes, salmon, yolks, crab sticks, carrots, shrimp and proteins. Coat the layers with mayonnaise.
Salad with red caviar and fresh cucumbers
Light, simple and at the same time very festive salad.
You will need: 4 eggs, 2 potatoes, 2 fresh cucumbers, 100 g of red caviar, mayonnaise and greens.
Cooking: Boil eggs and potatoes, cut all the ingredients into small cubes, chop the greens and mix with mayonnaise. Lay out in layers: potatoes, mayonnaise, red caviar, cucumbers, mayonnaise, eggs and mayonnaise. Decorate the finished salad with caviar and grated protein.
Salad with Korean carrots for the New Year
On this New Year’s Eve, carrots are good in any form!
You will need: 1 smoked chicken breast, 200 g marinated champignons, 200 g Korean carrots, 100 g hard cheese, 1 bunch of parsley, 1/2 onion, 1 handful of olives, mayonnaise.
Cookinge: Finely chop the chicken and mushrooms, grate the cheese, chop the onion, herbs and olives. Lay out in layers: chicken, onions, olives and herbs, mushrooms, grated cheese and Korean carrots. Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
Quick cabbage salad
A recipe for when guests are already on their way, but something is still missing on the table.
You will need: 400 g cabbage, 200 g smoked sausage, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 cucumbers, half a bunch of herbs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage and mash it a little. Cut sausage and cucumbers into small strips. Add chopped garlic and herbs, and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
New Year’s salad with Chinese cabbage and corn
Amazing crispy salad, also dietary!
You will need: 700 g Chinese cabbage, 300 g corn, 1 chicken fillet, 1 bunch of herbs, olive oil.
Cooking: Boil or bake the chicken until tender and disassemble it into fibers. Finely chop the Beijing cabbage, chop the greens, add the corn and sprinkle the salad with oil. Season as desired.
Hot dishes for the New Year 2023
With hot dishes on the New Year’s table in 2023, everything is simple – no rabbit. It is best to cook fish or poultry. And if you still prefer full-fledged meat – then beef or veal.
Chicken with carrots in the oven
The perfect dish just in time for 2023 is with a carrot garnish.
You will need: 1.5 kg of chicken, 10-12 carrots, 1 lemon, 12 prunes, spices to taste.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into portions and rub with spices. Leave for half an hour. Cut the carrot into cubes, and the lemon into slices. Put them in a mold along with prunes. Put the chicken on top and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees, with the first 40 minutes bake under the foil.
Mackerel in soy sauce in the oven
Fatty and fragrant mackerel is especially good with a vegetable side dish.
You will need: 1 mackerel, 70 ml soy sauce, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices for fish.
Cooking: Mix oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and spices. Rub the gutted mackerel with marinade and leave for 20 minutes. Bake the fish in the form with the rest of the marinade for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
Duck with apples for the New Year
Choose apples of sour varieties – they make the bird more tender.
You will need: 1 duck, 6 apples, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. mustard, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp paprika, 50 g lemon, 4 garlic cloves, salt and spices to taste, 40 ml olive oil.
Cooking: Mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, zest, oil, crushed garlic and spices to taste. Coat the duck inside and out with this marinade and leave it overnight in a bag in the refrigerator. Cut the apples into slices and put some into the belly of the bird. Sew up the hole or fasten it with a toothpick.
Put the remaining apples on the foil, put the duck on them, and pour the rest of the marinade over. Wrap everything in this foil and bake for 2-3 hours in the oven at 180 degrees, about an hour per kilogram of duck. Unfold the foil and bake the duck for another half an hour until a beautiful crust.
New Year’s beef with prunes
Sweet prunes with their spicy taste are amazingly combined with meat.
You will need: 700 g beef, spices to taste, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, 30 g prunes.
Cooking: Rub the beef with spices, make small cuts and stuff with garlic slices. Soak prunes for 10 minutes in hot water and dry. Put the beef in the sleeve, cover with prunes and bake for 2 hours in the oven at 180 degrees. Turn off the oven and leave the meat in the bag for another half an hour.

Pumpkin with vegetables
You can add some more small mushrooms here.
You will need: 500 g pumpkin, 500 g potatoes, 1 eggplant, 3 garlic cloves, 2 carrots, spices, herbs, herbs, 4 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Cut all vegetables into medium pieces and mix with spices, herbs and oil. Leave for half an hour and then put the vegetables in the form. Bake them in the oven under foil for 45 minutes at 190 degrees and then sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Zucchini with vegetables in a pan
This side dish is good because it does not require an oven to cook.
You will need: 2 zucchini, 2 carrots, 2 bell peppers, 1 onion, 500 g cherry tomatoes, spices and herbs, 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Cooking: Cut the zucchini and sweet pepper into medium pieces, and the onion into feathers. Fry for 5 minutes and add grated Korean te rke carrots. Fry for another 5 minutes, add cherry tomato halves and spices, and put rosemary sprigs on top. Cook vegetables covered until desired softness.
Potatoes in sour cream for the New Year
A simple, beautiful and very tasty side dish for any meat on the New Year’s table.
You will need: 500 g potatoes, 150 g sour cream, 100 g hard cheese, 10 g butter, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Cut the potatoes into thin slices and beautifully lay out in a greased form, like petals. Mix sour cream with spices and herbs, pour over the potatoes and send them to the oven for 25 minutes under foil at 180 degrees. Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 15 more minutes.
Spicy carrot garnish
Unusual spicy carrots – what you need for the year of the Rabbit!
You will need: 6 carrots, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and honey, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp. ground coriander, ginger and spices to taste, 2 pinches of chili flakes.
Cooking: Cut the carrots into large cubes and mix with spices and half the oil. Bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. Mix the remaining oil, lemon juice, honey and crushed garlic, and season the cooked carrots with this.
Desserts for the New Year 2023
Well, what New Year’s table is complete without desserts? Catch a few recipes to match the rest of the feast. Delicious, beautiful, and with an amazing aroma!
Christmas fruit tree
A wonderful fruit salad, the main secret of which is the right serving.
You will need: 350 g bananas, 200 g tangerines, 350 g kiwi, 170 g thick yogurt, 10 g honey.
Cooking: Disassemble the tangerines into slices, and cut the bananas into slices. Lay everything out in the form of a fruit tree pyramid. Mix yogurt with honey and coat this Christmas tree on all sides. After that, beautifully lay the pieces of kiwi in the form of prickly branches. Decorate the Christmas tree the way you want.
The original PP version of the New Year’s dessert is for 2023 the Year of the Rabbit.
You will need: 4 carrots, 1/2 cup each of coconut, raisins and walnuts, 200 g cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp lemon peel, 2 bananas, 3 eggs, 15 dates, 6 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 cup oatmeal, 0.5 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cardamom.
Cooking: Whisk the eggs. Separately, whisk bananas, dates and vegetable oil in a blender. Mix them together and add coconut, raisins, chopped nuts, oatmeal and spices. Finely grate the carrots there and knead the dough.
Put it in a mold or on parchment and bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees. Beat cottage cheese, zest and honey. Let the cake cool and coat it on all sides with curd cream. Decorate the cake with nuts and grated carrots.
Curd dessert with orange
If you need a very light diet dessert – this is it!
You will need: 400 g of cottage cheese, 200 g of yogurt, 2 oranges, 1 handful of chopped walnuts.
Cooking: Beat cottage cheese with yogurt in a blender. Add spices if desired. Cut the oranges into slices and remove all membranes. Lay the cottage cheese with oranges in layers in glasses and sprinkle with nuts.
New Year’s cheesecake with berry jam and zest
It smells so magical that immediately cheers up!
You will need: 150 g shortbread cookies, 275 g sugar, 90 g butter, 50 g walnuts, 700 g cream cheese, 4 eggs, 30 g cornstarch, 1 tsp. orange peel, 450 g jam, 1 pinch of salt and nutmeg each.
Cooking: Crumble the biscuits, chop half of the nuts and mix with 50 g of sugar and melted butter. Press the base into a baking dish. Beat the cream cheese with the rest of the sugar with a mixer and add the eggs one by one, continuing to beat. Add starch, salt and nutmeg there.
Pour the cheese filling over the crust. Mix the jam, zest and half of the nuts, and pour over the top. Put the mold in a deep baking pan with water and send the cheesecake to the oven for 70-80 minutes at 160 degrees.
