1. Baked broccoli in egg
For color, add finely chopped carrots, tomatoes or bell peppers.
You will need: 2 heads of broccoli, 2 onions, 6 eggs, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Divide the broccoli into florets and boil it for 3 minutes in boiling water. Fry the onion in olive oil, and with it – other vegetables, if you use. Put the onion in a mold, spread the broccoli florets on top and fill it with beaten eggs and spices. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
2. Pumpkin fritters in the oven
Quick, healthy dish and almost oil-free.
You will need: 400 g pumpkin, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar, 200 g flour, 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tsp vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp soda.
Cooking: Grate the pumpkin, leave for 15 minutes and squeeze out the excess juice. Add the rest of the ingredients to it and knead the dough, and then leave it to brew for another 20 minutes. Spoon the pancakes onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side.
3. Lula kebab in the oven
We recommend using mixed ground beef and pork.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, a bunch of cilantro, 50 ml red wine, 50 ml water, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Mix minced meat with chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce and spices, and put in the refrigerator for an hour. Beat it on the table for a couple of minutes and form a kebab on sticks. Pour water and wine into the mold, and hang the meat preparations on top. Bake for half an hour at 190 degrees, turning once in the middle of the process.
4. Ribs in wine
Even if you are cooking ribs for the first time in your life, according to this recipe they will definitely turn out!
You will need: 1 kg of beef ribs, 250 ml of red wine, 250 g of onions, 2 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, 500 ml of broth, 1 head of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs, 60 g of flour, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 50 ml cream, spices.
Cooking: Clean the ribs, salt and pepper and lightly fry in oil. Coarsely chop the vegetables and also fry, add tomato paste with flour to them, and stew. Pour wine over the vegetables, put in the ribs and simmer for another half an hour. Put in a mold, add the halves of the head of garlic and herbs, pour the broth, cover with foil and bake for another 2 hours in the oven at 180 degrees.
5. Fragrant pork in the oven
It is difficult to find a recipe for an oven dish even easier and faster!
You will need: 1 kg pork, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. dried garlic, zest of 1 lemon, 0.5 tsp. salt, oregano, black pepper, coriander.
Cooking: Rinse the pork, make cuts with a net and rub with a mixture of olive oil, zest and all spices. Wrap the meat in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Bake in the sleeve for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and then another hour at 170 degrees.
6. Breaded zucchini
The most useful and original snack.
You will need: 1 zucchini, 2 tbsp. flour, salt, 2 eggs, spices, breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Cut the zucchini into large cubes and roll them in flour and spices. Separately, beat the egg and mix the breadcrumbs with spices and herbs. Dip each piece of zucchini alternately in both containers, put on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
7. Eggplant with ham in the oven
It will take a maximum of 15 minutes to prepare the ingredients.
You will need: 1 eggplant, 10 cherry tomatoes, 100 g mozzarella, 50 g ham, basil, herbs, 2 tbsp. olive oil, garlic, 100 g of cheese.
Cooking: Grind greens with garlic in a blender and add olive oil to them. Wash the eggplant and make deep cross cuts, salt and leave for half an hour, and then rinse.
Put it in a mold, grease with green sauce, and put slices of ham, tomatoes and mozzarella into the cuts. Put everything that remains side by side, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Yogurt cake in the oven
A very delicate and quick dessert made from improvised ingredients.
You will need: 200 g yogurt, 1 egg, 30 gpowdered sugar, 0.5 cups of cornstarch, 25 g of raisins, 50 g of shortbread, 10 g of butter.
Cooking: Beat the egg with powdered sugar and yogurt, and add starch to the same. Crush the cookies into crumbs and fill the bottom of the buttered molds. Spread steamed raisins or other filling on top, pour over the yogurt mixture and sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs on top. Bake in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
9. Braised cabbage with apples in the oven
Yes, even stewed cabbage can be cooked in the oven, even with such unusual additives.
You will need: 1 kg of sauerkraut, 2 onions, 2 sweet apples, half a glass of raisins, spices, 150 ml of white wine, 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Peel and chop the onion with apples, fry them with sugar and put the cabbage in the same pan. Bring everything to a boil, pour in wine with spices, add raisins and put in the oven for an hour at 150 degrees.
10. Baked tomato soup
An amazing dish in the oven with a bright aroma of smoked meats will definitely become your favorite!
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 800 ml of broth, 300 g of smoked ham, 3 onions, 150 g of cheese, 3 cloves of garlic, spices, 3 slices of bread.
Cooking: Chop and fry the onion with garlic in olive oil, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes there. Add broth, cubes of bread and spices, and then boil for about 40 minutes over low heat. Add cubes of meat there, a little more garlic croutons to taste and grated cheese, and bake the soup in pots for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Baked barley porridge
An unusual side dish straight from the Baltics. If you still have no idea what to do with barley groats – tell us!
You will need: 180 g barley grits, 300 g bacon, 3 garlic cloves, 2 onions, spices.
Cooking: Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it with chopped onion and garlic. Put the washed cereal in the form, bacon on top, seasoning and pour 1.5 liters of water. Bake the porridge for about an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
12. Donuts in the oven
Classic donuts in oil are far from suitable for everyone, but in the oven they turn out to be much more useful.
You will need: 1 glass of warm milk, 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. butter, 0.5 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 4 cups flour, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp salt, a pinch of nutmeg.
Cooking: Dissolve the yeast in a third of warm milk and leave for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the milk, sugar, softened butter, beaten eggs and spices. At the end, add flour, knead the dough and leave it warm for an hour.
Roll it out and cut out the donuts, cover them with a towel and leave for another 45 minutes. Bake donuts for 10 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees, and then dip them in icing or melted butter with sugar.
13. Fluffy cottage cheese cakes without flour
Only four ingredients – and diet cakes for tea are ready.
You will need: 130 g of fatty cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 0.5 tsp. baking powder and salt.
Cooking: Beat the whites with salt with a mixer until peaks, and the yolks separately until light whiteness. Mash the cottage cheese and add it to the yolks with baking powder, and beat for a couple more minutes. Gently combine the mixture with the proteins with a spatula, put it on parchment with a spoon and bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
14. Chicken legs on a cabbage pillow
Young cabbage is better, or just choose smaller heads of cabbage.
You will need: 1 head of cabbage, 3 chicken legs, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Roll the chicken legs in spices and leave to lie down for half an hour. Cut the cabbage into large washers and put in a mold. Mix the oil with spices and crushed garlic, and brush the cabbage. Put the chicken legs on top and bake everything together in the oven for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Dorada with lemon and basil in the oven
By the same principle, you can cook any other fish in the oven.
You will need: 1 sea bream, 1 lemon, 20 ml olive oil, salt, pepper, a bunch of basil.
Cooking: Clean and gut the fish, and then lay it on foil, greased with olive oil. Salt and pepper, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, and put chopped basil and slices of the rest of the lemon into the belly. Wrap the foil with an envelope and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
16. Stuffed tomatoes
Isuse strong and firm tomatoes larger.
You will need: 12 tomatoes, 500 g minced meat, 1 eggplant, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. bulgur, greens, 1 tsp zira, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Bake the eggplant for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, peel and puree with a blender. Remove the tops of the tomatoes, carefully remove the pulp and beat separately with a blender with spices and olive oil. Mix minced meat with grated onion and garlic, eggplant pulp, boiled bulgur, cumin and chopped herbs.
Put the stuffing in the tomatoes and cover with lids. Pour the tomato sauce into a mold, put the tomatoes in it, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 80 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for another half an hour.
17. Cheesecakes with fruit in the oven
Any fruits or berries are suitable, for example, a peach.
You will need: 300 g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 peach, 1 tbsp. sesame.
Cooking: Mash cottage cheese with a fork, add flour, egg, sesame seeds, honey and chopped peach. Mix the dough and form cheesecakes. Put on parchment and bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
18. Boiled Chicken Casserole with Tomatoes
If you still have boiled chicken from the broth – it can be cooked much more interesting!
You will need: 500 g chicken, leek, 4 tomatoes, herbs, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 150 g 20% sour cream, zest of 1 lemon, spices and herbs, 2 tbsp. grated cheese, 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Chop the leek, lightly fry in butter, and add sour cream, flour, zest, herbs and chopped greens with spices. Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish, pour over the sour cream sauce and mix. Put thin slices of tomatoes on top, cover with a mixture of cheese and croutons and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
19. Lavash rolls with potatoes
Add color with paprika, turmeric, or chopped herbs.
You will need: 4 sheets of thin pita bread, 6 potatoes, 100 g of cheese, 250 ml of milk, 2 eggs, 25 g of butter, spices, 1 yolk.
Cooking: Boil potatoes, grind them into puree and add spices, milk, butter, grated cheese and eggs to it. Spread the filling over the pita bread, put the next sheet on top, and continue in layers. Roll everything into a roll, wrap it tightly in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut into washers 2 cm thick, brush with yolk and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
20. Chicken pate in the oven
To make the dish juicier, replace half of the chicken fillet with turkey or use a thigh fillet.
You will need: 350 g chicken liver, 400 g chicken fillet, 1 onion, 100 ml 20% cream, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Whip the liver, meat and onion with cream and eggs in a blender. Add spices to taste, pour the mixture into a greased form and bake for an hour and a half in the oven at 190 degrees.
