You will need: 2 eggplants, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 chili pepper, 2 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 50 g cashews, 2 green onions, 1 tbsp. sesame.

Cooking: Cut the eggplant into a medium cube, roll in starch and fry in portions over high heat. Grind garlic and chili, add soy sauce and 120 ml of water, mix and pour over eggplant. Add cashews there and fry everything until the sauce has almost evaporated. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

2. Chicken in sweet and sour sauce

Everyone’s favorite classic Chinese recipe, which is impossible to resist.

You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 4 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. sesame, 4 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. water, chili flakes and spices.

Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces, mix with starch and fry until tender in vegetable oil. In a dry frying pan, send all the remaining ingredients and another spoonful of starch. Bring everything to a boil, put the chicken in the sauce and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is a rather complicated dish, but we have found the easiest recipe for you.

You will need: 1 duck, 2 tbsp. rice wine, 2 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 5 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp ground mixture of peppers, 4 tbsp. thick invert syrup.

Cooking: Pour boiling water into the gutted duck, tie a hole and dip it in boiling water for half a minute. Let the duck dry and rub it with invert syrup with all the spices and other ingredients. Send the duck to the oven just like that, filled with water. If possible, it is better to hang the carcass. And cook for about 40 minutes at 270 degrees.

4. Stir-fried Chinese noodles

You will need: 300 g of noodles, 100 g of Beijing cabbage, 300 g of chicken fillet, 1 carrot, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bunch of green onions, 100 ml of teriyaki sauce.

Cooking: Boil the noodles until cooked, chop the garlic and green onions, chop the Beijing cabbage with carrots and cut the chicken into pieces. Saute chicken with garlic until tender. You will need: 750 g chicken thighs, 2 tbsp each soy sauce and rice vinegar, 2 bell peppers, 1 chili pepper, 2 cm of ginger, 100 ml of broth, 2 handfuls of roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate for an hour in soy sauce with vinegar. Cut the sweet pepper into strips, ginger into sticks, and chili into rings. Send everything to the pan, fry for a couple of minutes over high heat and set aside.

Separately fry the chicken in olive oil. Add peanuts, broth, sesame oil and the remaining marinade to it. Send vegetables there and cook for a couple more minutes, stirring.

You will need: 8 chicken wings, 4 tbsp. starch, 0.5 tsp each paprika, ground black pepper and dried ginger, salt.

8. Pineapple and Bell Pepper Chicken

You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 150 g canned pineapples, 2 bell peppers, 0.5 cans of chopped tomatoes in their own juice, 2 tbsp. white wine, 1 egg yolk, 3 tbsp. starch, 1 tbsp. sugar, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, spices.

Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces and mix with the yolk, wine and soy sauce. Leave for 20 minutes, mix it with half the starch and fry over high heat until cooked.

Separately, fry the tomatoes with sugar, add vinegar and a little water, and bring to a boil. Add chopped peppers and pineapple and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add a little more water and the remaining starch, boil until thickened, put chicken in the sauce, season and remove from heat after another 1-2 minutes.

You will need: 700 g pork, 100 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. honey, 20 ml rice wine, 2 tbsp. miso paste, 1/2 chili pepper, 2 garlic cloves.

Cooking: Mince the chili and garlic and mix with all other ingredients except the pork. Cut the pork into slices and marinate in this for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator. Put it on a wire rack, brush with the rest of the marinade and send it to the oven. Put a container of water in there. Cook pork at 200 degrees for 10 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other side.

Cooking: Zapar funchose according to the instructions. Finely chop Chinese cabbage, grate cucumber and carrots on a Korean grater. Whisk the eggs and fry thin egg pancakes in several batches. Cooking: Combine minced chicken, finely chopped bacon, egg white, soy sauce, ginger, spices and all herbs. Mix the filling thoroughly. Mix the sifted flour with boiling water, knead the dough, add vegetable oil and leave the dough in a film for half an hour.

Cooking: Cut the tofu into cubes, chop the garlic and green onion, finely grate the ginger. Mix stock, bean paste, starch, chili oil, sugar and soy sauce until smooth.

Fry garlic and ginger in vegetable oil for 10 seconds, add minced pork and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Send tofu, sauce and Sichuan pepper to the minced meat, and carcasses all together for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
