You will need: 2 eggplants, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 chili pepper, 2 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 50 g cashews, 2 green onions, 1 tbsp. sesame.

Cooking: Cut the eggplant into a medium cube, roll in starch and fry in portions over high heat. Grind garlic and chili, add soy sauce and 120 ml of water, mix and pour over eggplant. Add cashews there and fry everything until the sauce has almost evaporated. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

2. Chicken in sweet and sour sauce

Everyone’s favorite classic Chinese recipe, which is impossible to resist.

You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 4 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. sesame, 4 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. water, chili flakes and spices.

Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces, mix with starch and fry until tender in vegetable oil. In a dry frying pan, send all the remaining ingredients and another spoonful of starch. Bring everything to a boil, put the chicken in the sauce and fry for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Peking Duck

This is a rather complicated dish, but we have found the easiest recipe for you.

You will need: 1 duck, 2 tbsp. rice wine, 2 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 5 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp ground mixture of peppers, 4 tbsp. thick invert syrup.

Cooking: Pour boiling water into the gutted duck, tie a hole and dip it in boiling water for half a minute. Let the duck dry and rub it with invert syrup with all the spices and other ingredients. Send the duck to the oven just like that, filled with water. If possible, it is better to hang the carcass. And cook for about 40 minutes at 270 degrees.

4. Stir-fried Chinese noodles

We advise you to choose wide egg or wheat noodles.

You will need: 300 g of noodles, 100 g of Beijing cabbage, 300 g of chicken fillet, 1 carrot, 1 clove of garlic, 1 bunch of green onions, 100 ml of teriyaki sauce.

Cooking: Boil the noodles until cooked, chop the garlic and green onions, chop the Beijing cabbage with carrots and cut the chicken into pieces. Saute chicken with garlic until tender. Add vegetables and stir. After a minute, add the noodles and teriyaki, cook for another 3 minutes and sprinkle the noodles with chopped green onions.

You will need: 1 pack of rice cakes, 1 tsp. rice wine, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 8 shiitake mushrooms, 250 g pork, 5 tbsp. broth, 180 g green beans, spices.

Cooking: Soak rice cakes according to instructions. Cut the pork into strips, marinate in soy sauce, spices and wine for an hour, and fry over high heat. Add chopped shiitake and green beans, pour in the broth and simmer until tender. Put the filling on the cakes.

6. Gongbao Chicken with Peanuts

This is the best recipe for chicken thighs. Serve them with rice.

You will need: 750 g chicken thighs, 2 tbsp each soy sauce and rice vinegar, 2 bell peppers, 1 chili pepper, 2 cm of ginger, 100 ml of broth, 2 handfuls of roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate for an hour in soy sauce with vinegar. Cut the sweet pepper into strips, ginger into sticks, and chili into rings. Send everything to the pan, fry for a couple of minutes over high heat and set aside.

Separately fry the chicken in olive oil. Add peanuts, broth, sesame oil and the remaining marinade to it. Send vegetables there and cook for a couple more minutes, stirring.

7. Chinese Chicken Wings

A quick and easy way to deliciously fry chicken wings.

You will need: 8 chicken wings, 4 tbsp. starch, 0.5 tsp each paprika, ground black pepper and dried ginger, salt.

Cooking: Mix the starch with all the spices and roll the wings in it well. Fry them in a pan over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side.

8. Pineapple and Bell Pepper Chicken

There are many variations of sweet and sour dishes in Chinese cuisine, and they are all very good!

You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 150 g canned pineapples, 2 bell peppers, 0.5 cans of chopped tomatoes in their own juice, 2 tbsp. white wine, 1 egg yolk, 3 tbsp. starch, 1 tbsp. sugar, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, spices.

Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces and mix with the yolk, wine and soy sauce. Leave for 20 minutes, mix it with half the starch and fry over high heat until cooked.

Separately, fry the tomatoes with sugar, add vinegar and a little water, and bring to a boil. Add chopped peppers and pineapple and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add a little more water and the remaining starch, boil until thickened, put chicken in the sauce, season and remove from heat after another 1-2 minutes.

Such pork can be served even without additional sauce – it is already juicy.

You will need: 700 g pork, 100 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. honey, 20 ml rice wine, 2 tbsp. miso paste, 1/2 chili pepper, 2 garlic cloves.

Cooking: Mince the chili and garlic and mix with all other ingredients except the pork. Cut the pork into slices and marinate in this for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator. Put it on a wire rack, brush with the rest of the marinade and send it to the oven. Put a container of water in there. Cook pork at 200 degrees for 10 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other side.

10. Fried Rice with Egg

You will need: 300 g rice, 200 g zucchini, 50 g green onions, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 chili pepper, 100 g mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. soy sauce.

Cooking: Boil rice until tender. Finely chop all the vegetables, green onions, garlic and chili, grate the ginger, and fry everything together for a couple of minutes over high heat. Add rice with soy sauce and beaten eggs. Mix everything thoroughly and fry until the eggs are cooked.

11. Beef with vegetables

You will need: 600 g of beef, 300 g of onion, 300 g of green beans, 200 g of bell pepper, 6 cloves of garlic, 100 ml of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. rice vinegar, 100 g starch, spices.

Cooking: Mix half the soy sauce, vinegar, spices and half the crushed garlic. Marinate the stripped beef in this for about 40 minutes. Mix the rest of the soy sauce with the remaining garlic and dressing spices. Sweet pepper and onion cut into strips.

Roll the pork in starch and fry until golden brown over high heat. Set aside and sauté the pepper and onion until tender. Separately, fry the green beans, mix all the ingredients, fill with dressing and simmer everything together for another minute.

You will need: 300 g Chinese cabbage, 200 g funchose, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tsp sesame, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp. brown sugar.

Cooking: Zapar funchose according to the instructions. Finely chop Chinese cabbage, grate cucumber and carrots on a Korean grater. Whisk the eggs and fry thin egg pancakes in several batches. Cut them into strips. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil with sugar for dressing. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.

Chinese-style cabbage is not fried quite the way we are used to.

You will need: 1 head of Beijing cabbage, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 head of garlic.

Cooking: Separate the Chinese cabbage into leaves, cut off the toughest part, and chop the rest coarsely. Fry the garlic and the toughest part in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the leaves and fry for another minute. Add butter and soy sauce, and after 2 minutes remove cabbage from heat.

14. Fried rice with scrambled eggs and green peas

Even rice with egg can be cooked in different ways.

You will need: 1 cup rice, 3 eggs, 100 g green peas, 500 ml soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves, spices.

Cooking: Beat eggs with spices, fry an omelet and cut it into strips. Boil rice until done. Separately, fry green peas with chopped garlic for a minute, and add eggs and rice there. Pour in soy sauce and fry for another 2 minutes.

15. Vegetable Chisanchi

You will need: 1 eggplant, 1 bell pepper, 3 potatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 100 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. starch, spices.

Cooking: Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry until half cooked. Set aside and lightly fry the chopped sweet pepper in the same pan. rec. Separately, fry the diced eggplant, mix everything together, pour in soy sauce, and fry for another 5 minutes. Add starch with water and sugar, and mascara for another 5-6 minutes. At the end, add crushed garlic and spices.

16. Wontons


This is something like dumplings, steamed or deep-fried.

You will need: 300 g flour, 90 ml water, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. starch, 250 g minced chicken, 1 egg, 50 g bacon, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. grated ginger, chopped green onions and parsley, spices.

Cooking: Combine minced chicken, finely chopped bacon, egg white, soy sauce, ginger, spices and all herbs. Mix the filling thoroughly. Mix the sifted flour with boiling water, knead the dough, add vegetable oil and leave the dough in a film for half an hour.

Sprinkle the board with starch and roll out the dough into thin cakes. Lubricate them with yolk, lay out the filling and form bags. Steam them for about 15 minutes or deep-fry them in plenty of oil.

17. Funchoza with shrimps and vegetables

You will need: 200 g funchose, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 bell pepper, 100 g peeled shrimp, 1 garlic clove, 1 chili pepper, 50 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar, spices.

Cooking: Cut all the vegetables into thin strips and fry all together for 5-7 minutes. Zapar funchose according to the instructions. Lightly fry the shrimp with minced garlic and chili. Mix all the ingredients together, season, add soy sauce with rice vinegar, and fry for another minute.

18. Mapo Tofu

One of the most famous Sichuan dishes is very hot and spicy.

You will need: 450 g minced pork, 400 g tofu, 2 tsp. Sichuan pepper, 1 tbsp. broth, 3 tbsp. spicy bean paste, 2 tbsp. starch, 2 tbsp. chili or sesame oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 2.5 cm of ginger, 0.5 bunch of green onions.

Cooking: Cut the tofu into cubes, chop the garlic and green onion, finely grate the ginger. Mix stock, bean paste, starch, chili oil, sugar and soy sauce until smooth.

Fry garlic and ginger in vegetable oil for 10 seconds, add minced pork and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Send tofu, sauce and Sichuan pepper to the minced meat, and carcasses all together for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

19. Egg Soup

This unusual soup is actually very popular in Chinese restaurants.

You will need: 250 ml of broth, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp each soy sauce and sesame oil, 1 tsp. starch, 1 bunch of green onions, 3 cloves of garlic, spices.

Cooking: Bring the broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed garlic and starch. Stir, season to taste and pour the beaten egg into the broth. Boil for a couple more minutes and serve sprinkled with chopped green onions.

20. Broken cucumbers

Beaten cucumbers are cooked not only in Chinese, but also in Korean cuisine.

You will need: 1.5 kg cucumbers, 70 g garlic, 500 ml soy sauce, 130 ml rice vinegar, 25 g sugar, 60 ml oyster sauce, 35 ml sesame oil, 1 chili pepper, 1/2 cup water.

Cooking: Finely chop the garlic and chilli and mix with the rest of the ingredients into the marinade. Beat the cucumbers with the handle of a knife or a rolling pin, and cut into cubes. Pour them with marinade and leave for a couple of hours to brew.
