1. Marinade for chicken barbecue with mayonnaise
This marinade is perfect for making chicken fillets soft and tender!
You will need: 6 onions, 150 g mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking: Cut the onion into wide rings, mix it with the chicken and season. Pour all this with mayonnaise, put it in the refrigerator under the film and leave to marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
2. Marinade for barbecue chicken with vinegar
Vinegar gives the chicken a firmer texture and a richer flavor.
You will need: 4 onions, 5 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt and spices.
Cooking: Roll chicken pieces in salt and spices, leave for 15 minutes. Dilute vinegar with water 1:2, add sugar and stir well. Cut the onion into large pieces, add to the chicken and marinade for at least an hour.
3. Marinade for chicken barbecue with kefir
The shish kebab will turn out very juicy, with a soft and pleasant taste.
You will need: 350 g of onion, 500 ml of kefir, 5 cloves of garlic, salt, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Use your hands to mix the chopped chicken with the onion so that it releases the juice slightly. Pour kefir with crushed garlic, spices and chopped herbs, and mix again. Leave the kebab to marinate for 5 hours.
4. Marinade for chicken barbecue with honey
The savory sweet marinade gives the kebab the same attractive crust.
You will need: 60 g honey, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tsp. mustard, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt.
Cooking: Squeeze the juice of a whole lemon, mix with mustard and add chopped garlic. Add honey with olive oil, spices to taste and stir until smooth. Marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
5. Marinade for barbecue chicken with soy sauce
A very simple and quick, but always win-win marinade recipe!
You will need: 1 onion, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, pepper.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, mash it with your hands and mix with chicken and pepper. Mix soy sauce with lemon juice and olive oil, pour over the kebab, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
6. Mustard Chicken Skewers Marinade
We recommend using fragrant and spicy Dijon mustard!
You will need: 2 tbsp mustard, 100 ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, 0.5 tsp each. cinnamon, coriander, black and red pepper.
Cooking: With a fork, beat the mustard with oil and vinegar into a homogeneous mass. Add all spices, crushed garlic and salt to taste. Marinate the chicken in the mixture, mix well and leave for 6-8 hours.
7. Marinade for chicken barbecue with mineral water
Soda in the marinade makes the meat very soft and tender in just a couple of hours.
You will need: 500 g onion, 1 liter of highly carbonated mineral water, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt and spices.
Cooking: Roll the chicken in salt and spices with vegetable oil. Chop the onion, knead it with your hands and mix it with the barbecue, pour everything with mineral water and leave for 1-2 hours.
8. Marinade for barbecue chicken with wine
Red wine gives chicken meat an appetizing color and unusual flavor.
You will need: 1 glass of wine, 0.5 tsp. salt, 3 onions, spices, a bunch of herbs.
Cooking: Chop the onion as you like, chop the greens coarsely and mix it all with the chicken. Add spices and fill the meat with wine, mix again and leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
9. Marinade for barbecued chicken with beer
The alcohol evaporates during roasting, but the original beer taste remains.
You will need: 300 ml beer, 2 tbsp. adjika, salt and pepper.

You will need: 1.5 cups of tomato juice, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, a bunch of herbs, salt and spices.
Cooking: Coarsely chop the greens, chop the onion and squeeze out the garlic. Roll the chicken in salt and spices, mix with the rest of the ingredients and pour in tomato juice for 4 hours.
11. Marinade for barbecue chicken with herbs
A very unusual fragrant marinade that resembles pesto sauce.
You will need: 1 bunch of spinach, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 tbsp. mustard, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 0.5 tsp. salt and coriander.
Cooking: Grind greens with garlic in a blender. Add mustard, oil, lemon juice and spices there, and mix until smooth. Soak the chicken in the marinade for at least an hour.
12. Spicy marinade for chicken skewers
You can add chopped hot peppers or dry chili flakes.
You will need: 8 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. chili sauce, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tbsp. lemon juice and sugar.
Cooking: Mix all the ingredients, add crushed garlic and spices to taste. Marinate the chicken 1 hour warm or up to 8-10 hours in the refrigerator.
13. Marinade for curry chicken skewers
Thanks to curry, white chicken meat becomes a spectacular golden hue.
You will need: 300 ml of yogurt or kefir, 4 tsp. curry, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 2 onions.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, mash to the juice and mix with the chicken. Mix yogurt with ketchup, lemon juice and curry, pour over meat and leave for 2 hours.
14. Rosemary Chicken Skewers Marinade
When serving, garnish the kebab with fresh rosemary sprigs.
You will need: 1 cup yogurt, 3 garlic cloves, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, half a lemon, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Mix yogurt with juice and zest of half a lemon, add spices and salt. Grind approximately 2 tbsp. fresh parsley and rosemary, and add to the marinade. Leave the chicken to marinate for an hour.
15. Chicken barbecue marinade with oranges
The meat will be tasty, beautiful and with a bright citrus aroma.
You will need: 3 oranges, 2 onions, 1 tsp. turmeric, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2-3 tbsp. honey.
Cooking: Grate the zest of one orange and squeeze the juice out of it. Squeeze out the juice from the second, and peel the third and cut into slices. Mix olive oil with spices, honey and crushed garlic, cut the onion into large rings. Put the onion, chicken and cloves in a bowl, mix with the marinade, pour over the juice and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
