1. Soba with chicken and vegetables

Soba is buckwheat noodles that are great for Asian wok dishes.
You will need: 200 g soba, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 chicken fillet, 2 bell peppers, 1 chili pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 2 green onion feathers, 1 handful of green peas.
Cooking: Boil soba according to instructions. Cut the chicken into strips and fry until cooked through over high heat. Put it aside. Grind the garlic and chili, finely chop the bell pepper and fry everything together for a couple of minutes. Add green peas and chopped green onions, pour in soy sauce and fry for another minute. Add chicken and soba, stir everything together, heat through and remove from heat.
2. Fried rice with egg

One of the simplest, most versatile and very satisfying Asian dishes.
You will need: 150 g rice, 2 eggs, 2 garlic cloves, 100 g green beans, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. soy sauce.
Cooking: Boil rice until tender. Cut the carrots and bell pepper into small cubes, and fry over high heat. Add chopped garlic and beans, and fry for a couple more minutes. Add rice, mix with soy sauce, pour in beaten eggs and mix. Continue frying until the eggs are cooked.
3. Salad with shrimp and funchose

Funchoza is glass noodles that are steamed with boiling water and are good even when cold.
You will need: 150 g funchose, 200 g shrimp, 130 g radish, 1 cucumber, 2 handfuls of sprouts, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Fry the peeled shrimp over medium heat for a couple of minutes and season. Steam the funchose according to the instructions and rinse with cold water. Finely chop the radish and cucumber, mix everything together, add the sprouts and pour the salad with soy sauce.
4. Warm salad with funchose and chicken

Another alternative option for a quick and tasty funchose salad.
You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 Chinese cabbage, 2 carrots, 2 tsp. rice vinegar, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, 30 ml teriyaki, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into thin strips, marinate in soy sauce with spices for half an hour and fry until tender. Zapar funchose according to the instructions. Finely chop the Beijing cabbage and cut the carrots on a Korean grater. Mix everything together, season with teriyaki sauce and rice vinegar, and sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
5. Kimchi

The simplest and most affordable recipe for Korean pickled cabbage.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 1 carrot, 2 tbsp. rice flour, 1 bunch of green onions, 1 daikon, 40 g of ginger, 300 g of bell pepper, 200 g of chili pepper, 6 cloves of garlic, 50 ml of fish sauce, 2 tbsp. sugar, 7 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp coriander, 2 cups of water.
Cooking: Dismantle the Beijing cabbage into leaves, rinse them thoroughly, sprinkle with 5-6 tablespoons of salt and leave for an hour. Mix water with rice flour and boil until thickened. Grind bell pepper, garlic, chili and ginger in a blender and mix with the remaining salt.
Finely chop green onions, grate carrots and daikon on a Korean grater. Rinse the cabbage leaves, shake off the moisture and add all the ingredients to it. Mix thoroughly and leave the kimchi to marinate for 1-2 days.
6. Broken cucumbers

This Chinese appetizer is prepared in just a few minutes, although it’s hard to believe in taste.
You will need: 500 g cucumbers, 4 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper, 2 tbsp. rice vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tsp sesame seeds, half a bunch of cilantro, salt.
Cooking: Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and beat them well with a rolling pin or similar object. Cut them obliquely, chop the cilantro, garlic and chili, mix all the ingredients and leave to brew for 10 minutes.
7 Pickled Ginger

We tell you how to cook that very favorite pickled ginger for rolls.
You will need: 150 g ginger, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 200 ml of water, 1.5 tbsp. 9% vinegar, 40 g beets.
Cooking: Peel the ginger and cut it thinly with a vegetable peeler. Boil water with salt and boil ginger in it for 3 minutes. During this time, cut the beets into thin slices for a pink color. Mix it with ginger and put everything in a jar. Pour vinegar into the remaining brine and add sugar. Pour the ginger and leave to marinate under the lid for 2 days in the refrigerator.
8. Pickled daikon

Speaking of marinated Asian dishes, one cannot ignore the daikon.
You will need: 1.5 kg of daikon, 650 ml of water, 300 g of sugar, 300 ml of vinegar, 2 tbsp. salt, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tsp. black peppercorns.
Cooking: Cut the daikon into slices or strips to taste, and place in a marinating container. Boil water with all other ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Strain the marinade, pour over the daikon and leave it to marinate under the lid in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
9. Peanut Chicken

Add more hot cayenne or chili peppers, if desired.
You will need: 700 g chicken fillet, 2 garlic cloves, 100 g roasted peanuts, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 4 tbsp. starch.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips and marinate for half an hour in soy sauce. Roll it in starch and fry until cooked through over high heat. Add peanuts, crushed garlic and ginger, and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Chicken in sweet and sour sauce

Chinese recipe, which is simply impossible to resist.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 4 tbsp. starch, 4 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 100 g ketchup, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. water, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips, mix with starch, fry over high heat until cooked and set aside. In a dry frying pan, send sugar, vinegar, ketchup, water, sesame oil and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, add crushed garlic and spices to taste. Add the chicken to the sauce, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
11. Spring rolls with shrimp

By the same principle, you can cook rolls with any other filling.
You will need: 3 sheets of rice paper, 200 g of peeled shrimp, 4 lettuce leaves, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1/2 purple onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper.
Cooking: Grind garlic and chili, fry for a minute, add shrimp to them and fry until tender. Cut all vegetables into thin strips. Moisten the sheets of rice paper with cold water until soft, lay out the filling on each and wrap the rolls. Lightly fry them in a pan, if desired.
12. Tom Yam with shrimp

An adapted variation of Thai soup, the ingredients for which you can easily find.
You will need: 400 ml chicken broth, 400 ml coconut cream, 450 g peeled shrimp, 200 g mushrooms, 200 ml 10% cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. sugar, 3 cm ginger, zest of 1 lemon, 2 chili peppers, 5 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Finely chop the garlic with chili, fry for half a minute and grind in a blender. Add zest and lemon juice, grated ginger and sugar to them. Put everything back into the pan and simmer until smooth.
Boil the broth, pour in the coconut cream and add the chilli mass. Stir, bring everything to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Add chopped mushrooms and shrimp, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Let the soup cool down a bit.
13. Udon with beef

The tastiest of all, such noodles are obtained with teriyaki sauce.
You will need: 400 g beef, 200 ml teriyaki sauce, 250 g udon noodles, 1 bell pepper, 1 leek, 2 tsp. grated ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Cut the beef into strips, mix with spices and fry until tender. Boil udon according to instructions. Finely chop the bell pepper and leek, and fry separately for a couple of minutes. Add garlic and ginger, and after another minute add beef and udon. Pour the teriyaki sauce over everything, stir and cook for a couple more minutes.
14. Vietnamese fish

This recipe works especially well with white fish.
You will need: 450 g fish fillet, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. turmeric, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2-3 lemongrass stalks, 2 tbsp. lime juice, 1 chili pepper, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, spices.
Cooking: Blend the onion, chilli, garlic, ginger and lemongrass in a blender and blend with all the spices, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth. Marinate the fish in this mixture for 15 minutes and grill or cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
15. Bananas in batter

A very unusual Asian dessert for children and adults.
You will need: 5 bananas, 100 ml milk, 5-6 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 0.5 tsp. slaked soda, vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking: Cut bananas into slices, and beat all other ingredients until smooth in batter. Dip bananas in this batter and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil.
16. Zucchini in soy-honey marinade

Young zucchini works best for this recipe.
You will need: 2 zucchini, 20 g greens, 2 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the zucchini into thin slices with a vegetable peeler and chop the garlic and herbs. Add all other ingredients, mix andLeave the zucchini to marinate for at least half an hour.
17. Salmon in garlic-honey glaze

We tell you how to cook salmon as tasty and unusual as possible.
You will need: 300 g salmon, 30 g butter, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 30 g honey, 2 tsp. mustard, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 pinch of chili flakes, juice of 1 lime.
Cooking: Melt the butter and mix all the ingredients, except for the salmon itself, into the marinade. Pour it with this sauce for half an hour and put it together with the sauce in a baking dish. Send the fish to the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
18. Pineapple Rice

It works especially well with brown rice, but it takes longer to cook.
You will need: 200 g rice, 1 can of canned pineapple, 1 bell pepper, 1 purple onion, 3 garlic cloves, 20 g ginger, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, spices, green onions.
Cooking: Boil rice until tender. Mince the onion, garlic and ginger and fry until the onion is translucent. Add finely chopped bell pepper and fry for another 4 minutes. Add rice and chopped pineapples, pour in soy sauce, season and cook for another minute.
19. Fried cucumbers

In Asian cuisine, cucumbers are not only pickled, but also fried.
You will need: 500 g cucumbers, 2 chili peppers, 10 g ginger, 1 garlic clove, 20 g butter, 30 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. balsamic, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Peel the cucumbers from the skin and cut into medium-sized pieces. Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Grind the chili, ginger and garlic, send everything to the pan and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add butter and all other ingredients and cook for another minute.
20. Soup Ramen

Optionally, add any greens, vegetables or mushrooms to it to your taste.
You will need: 700 ml beef broth, 700 ml chicken broth, 2 handfuls of sprouts, 360 g udon noodles, 1 cup soy sauce, 4 boiled eggs, 4 green onions, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper, 10 g ginger.
Cooking: Mince the green onion, garlic, ginger and chilli and sauté all for one minute. Pour in both types of broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil and boil for a couple of minutes. Add noodles and cook until cooked through. Pour everything into bowls and add egg halves with sprouts.
