
Canned tomatoes are delicious, but trite. What do you do when you want something new? In this case, we offer to roll up fried tomatoes for the winter – and now you already get a completely different taste from the same basic set of ingredients. We tell you 8 interesting recipes!
1. Fried tomatoes with garlic for the winter

A simple and concise blank, for which nothing special is needed.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 7 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. sugar, 4 tbsp. vinegar, vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut into slices and fry the tomatoes in oil for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange them in sterilized jars with chopped garlic. Add salt, sugar and vinegar, pour boiling water over the tomatoes and roll up the lids.
2. Sterilized Fried Tomatoes

Such tomatoes are perfectly stored throughout the winter season.
You will need: 500 g small tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 1.5 tsp salt, vegetable oil.
Cooking: Rinse, dry and fry the tomatoes in vegetable oil for about 7 minutes. Put garlic in clean jars, add salt and sugar and pour in vinegar. Spread the tomatoes, pour boiling water and sterilize the blanks for 20-30 minutes in boiling water. Roll up the lids.
3. Fried tomatoes in circles for the winter

The original version of the snack on the same principle as fried zucchini and eggplant rolled up.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 1 tbsp. salt, 8 cloves of garlic, 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut into slices and fry the tomatoes in oil until golden brown on both sides. Lay them tightly in layers in clean jars, sprinkling with salt and minced garlic. Add boiling water, sterilize the jars for 20 minutes in boiling water and roll up for the winter.
4. Fried cherry tomatoes for the winter

The peculiarity is that cherry tomatoes can be fried whole at once.
You will need: 1 kg cherry tomatoes, 6 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tsp salt, 6 tbsp. sugar, vegetable oil.
Cooking: Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Fry them in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes and put them in jars. Distribute salt, sugar and vinegar in jars, pour boiling water and roll up fried tomatoes for the winter.
5. Fried tomatoes with olive oil for the winter

There is no vinegar in this blank, so it is better to store it in the refrigerator or cellar.
You will need: 500 g small tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt, 100 ml olive oil.
Cooking: Prick the tomatoes with a fork and fry them in olive oil for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then put the tomatoes in the prepared jar, periodically adding salt. Pour hot oil from the pan and roll up the workpiece.
6. Fried tomatoes with aromatic herbs for the winter

Herbs can be partially replaced with a dried mixture.
You will need: 800 g of small tomatoes, 100 ml of olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 sprigs of mint, basil and thyme.
Cooking: Salt and fry the tomatoes in oil on all sides for 10-15 minutes. Add the diced garlic and all herbs, and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring gently. Arrange the fried tomatoes along with the released juice in jars, roll up and store the workpiece in the refrigerator.
7. Fried green tomatoes for the winter

It is advisable to choose tomatoes of about the same size.
You will need: 1 kg of green tomatoes, 1 tbsp. salt, 6 cloves of garlic, 100 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut the tomatoes into circles and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Put them in jars, sprinkling the layers with salt and crushed garlic. Fill with boiling water, sterilize for 20 minutes and roll up for the winter.
8. Fried tomatoes with bell peppers for the winter

An original appetizer salad with a minimum of ingredients.
You will need: 2 kg of bell pepper, 1 kg of tomatoes, 700 g of onion, 400 ml of vegetable oil, 1.5 tbsp. salt.
Cooking: Cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into feathers, and the tomatoes into circles. Fry everything in oil separately from each other until light brown and lay in layers in jars. Salt, sterilize the blanks for half an hour in boiling water and roll up the lids.
