1. Garlic Tomato Pizza Sauce

You will need: 500 g tomatoes, 70 ml olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp. oregano and basil, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Peel and randomly chop the tomatoes. Cut the garlic cloves in half, fry until golden in olive oil and discard. Put the tomatoes in the same oil and bring to a boil. Add all spices and herbs, simmer for another minute, remove from heat and let cool. Blend the sauce in a blender until smooth.
2. Tomato sauce for fresh tomato pizza

You will need: 400 g tomatoes, 1 onion, 60 ml olive oil, 1 tbsp. sugar, spices.
Cooking: Fry the onion in olive oil until golden. Peel and cut the tomatoes, and then add sugar, spices and onions with butter to them. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
3. Tomato paste sauce

You will need: 100 g tomato paste, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1.5 tsp. basil and oregano, salt.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic and fry them in olive oil until golden. Add tomato paste and pour in a little water until the consistency of ketchup. Add herbs and spices and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
4. Milk sauce

You will need: 150 ml milk, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 garlic clove, 30 g butter, 60 g hard cheese, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 tsp. Provence herbs, spices.
Cooking: Melt the butter, add chopped garlic, spices and herbs. Then add flour and fry until golden brown. Pour in the milk, stirring, and cook until thickened. Add the grated cheese and cook the sauce a little more until it melts.
5. Pizza sauce for the winter

You will need: 1.5 kg of tomatoes, 1.5 onions, 1 bell pepper, 1 chili pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 2 sprigs of basil, 1 tbsp. salt, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 50 ml apple cider vinegar, spices.
Cooking: Pass the tomatoes, bell peppers and chili through a meat grinder. Chop onion and garlic and fry until golden. Pour in the tomato puree and simmer for an hour over low heat, stirring. In the process, add all the spices and basil. Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 5-7 minutes and roll the sauce into sterilized jars.
6. Quick Tomato Pizza Sauce

You will need: 70 g tomato paste, 4 tbsp. olive oil, half a glass of water, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp oregano, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper.
Cooking: Place all ingredients, except water, in a blender and blend until smooth. Gradually add water to the sauce to the desired consistency and whisk again.
7. Canned Tomato Pizza Sauce

You will need: 400 g of tomatoes in their own juice, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tablespoons of oregano and basil, half a bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat the sauce on the stove and bring to a boil to release the spices. Take it off the fire.
8. Creamy egg yolk sauce

You will need: 300 ml cream, 2 egg yolks, 15 g butter, 100 g flour, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt.
Cooking: Rub the butter with flour and add the warmed cream. Boil everything together, stirring, in a water bath for about 10 minutes. Add the egg yolks whipped with salt and sugar, boil for another minute and remove the sauce from the heat.
9. Sour Cream Pizza Sauce

You will need: 250 ml sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 120 ml broth, spices.
Cooking: Fry flour in olive oil until golden brown. Pour in the broth and mix everything with a whisk. Add sour cream, mix again and cook the sauce for 5 minutes. Season with spices and rub everything through a sieve.
10. Tomato juice sauce

You will need: 200 ml tomato juice, 1/2 onion, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Saute finely chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown. Add tomato juice and simmer everything over low heat until thickened. At the end, season the sauce to taste.
11. Garlic sauce with milk

You will need: 200 ml milk, 4 garlic cloves, 30 g butter, 50 g flour, spices.
Cooking: Squeeze the garlic and lightly fry it in a third of the butter. Fry the flour in the remaining oil until golden brown. Pour in the warmed milk, mix until smooth and add spices. Bring the sauce to a boil, remove from heat, add garlic and grind everything in a blender.
12. Ketchup pizza sauce

You will need: 130 g ketchup, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 3 sprigs of parsley, 3 sprigs of dill, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden in olive oil. Add ketchup and bring to a boil. Add chopped herbs and spices to taste, and simmer the sauce for another minute.
13. Cheese-mayonnaise sauce for pizza

You will need: 100 g sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g of hard cheese, 1 tsp. basil, spices.
Cooking: Whisk sour cream with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese very finely. Add basil, spices, crushed garlic and grated cheese and stir again.
14. Creamy sauce with herbs

You will need: 250 ml cream, 150 g flour, 3 garlic cloves, 5 parsley sprigs, 100 g butter, spices.
Cooking: Melt the butter, fry the garlic until golden and discard. Add flour and stir until smooth. While stirring, pour in the cream and bring the sauce to a boil. Add spices and chopped parsley, and boil for another minute.
15. Ketchup and mayonnaise pizza sauce

You will need: 5 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. Italian herbs, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until golden. Add herbs and spices and cook for another minute. Send the onion to a blender, add ketchup with mayonnaise, and beat the sauce.
16. White pizza sauce

You will need: 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Grate garlic or pass through a press. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and season to taste.
17. Fresh Basil Pizza Sauce

You will need: 400 g tomatoes, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of basil, 1 tsp. sugar, spices.
Cooking: Peel the tomatoes and pass them through a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Lightly fry chopped garlic in olive oil and pour in tomato puree. Bring it to a boil, add all the spices and chopped basil. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes.
18. Sauce of sour cream and tomato paste

You will need: 100 g sour cream, 75 g tomato paste, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Heat olive oil in a pan, add all ingredients and stir. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
19. Tomato sauce with red wine

You will need: 300 g cherry tomatoes, 60 ml dry red wine, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, herbs and spices.
Cooking: Peel the cherry tomatoes, chop and simmer them over low heat until the liquid evaporates. Add all the spices, tomato paste and wine, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Blend the sauce in a blender until smooth.
20. Mushroom pizza sauce

You will need: 300 ml cream, 1 onion, 150 g mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. flour, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden. Add finely chopped mushrooms as well, and fry until the moisture evaporates. Add flour and spices, mix thoroughly and pour in the cream. Simmer the sauce until thickened, stirring.
21. Spicy pizza sauce

You will need: 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 chili pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. Italian herbs, spices.
Cooking: Peel the tomatoes and blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Boil the sauce over low heat until desired thickness.
22. Sauce with pickled cucumbers

You will need: 100 g sour cream, 2 garlic cloves, 1 pickled cucumber, 4 sprigs of dill, basil, oregano, salt.
Cooking: Grate the cucumber on a fine grater, chop the dill and squeeze out the garlic. Mix everything with sour cream and season to taste.
23. Grainy mustard sauce

You will need: 100 g mayonnaise, 100 g yogurt, 1 tbsp. mustard seeds, 1 tbsp. regular mustard, 1 bunch greens, 2 tsp lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, spices.
Cooking: Mix together all the ingredients except the herbs. At the end, add chopped greens, mix again and let the sauce brew for half an hour in the refrigerator.
24. Spicy tomato sauce with honey

You will need: 500 g tomatoes, 200 g chili peppers, 10 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. honey, 60 ml olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Coarsely chop the tomatoes and chili, send all the vegetables to a saucepan in olive oil, and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Grind everything with a blender, add honey and spices to taste.
25. Tomato sauce with cilantro for pizza

You will need: 500 g tomatoes, 1 purple onion, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 garlic cloves, spices.
Cooking: Peel and chop the tomatoes in a blender. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until soft. Add tomato puree and bring to a boil. Stew the sauce until thickened over low heat, add chopped cilantro and spices, and remove it from heat.
26. Pizza sauce with egg yolks and mustard

You will need: 2 egg yolks, 2 tsp lemon juice, 100 ml olive oil, 2 tsp. mustard, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp white wine, salt.
Cooking: Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in a bowl and beat with a whisk. Gradually add the oil to the desired thickness of the sauce, continuing to beat.
27. Cheesy Pizza Sauce

You will need: 500 ml milk, 60 g flour, 60 g butter, 100 g hard cheese, 100 g processed cheese, 3 egg yolks, spices.
Cooking: Finely grate all the cheese. Fry flour with spices in butter until golden. Pour in hot milk, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Add beaten egg yolks and both types of cheese. Stir the sauce until smooth.
28. Tomato sauce with celery and wine

You will need: 800 g tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. Italian herbs, 1/2 onion, 40 g parsley, 40 g celery, 100 ml dry red wine, 100 ml broth, spices.
Cooking: Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender. Fry finely chopped garlic with herbs, add tomato puree and stew until thickened. Separately, finely chop the onion, parsley and celery, add spices, pour wine with broth and carcasses until the mass is reduced by about 2/3. Add the tomato part, stir and simmer the sauce for a couple more minutes.
29. Dried Tomato Pizza Sauce

You will need: 8 sun-dried tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tsp each oregano and basil, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 170 g tomato paste, 1 cup water, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop and fry the onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. Grind sun-dried tomatoes, add there, season, pour in oregano with basil and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Pour in the wine and let the sauce simmer a little. Add tomato paste and water, and simmer over low heat until desired consistency.
30. Pizza sauce with yogurt and parmesan

You will need: 100 g thick yogurt, 1 tbsp. mustard, 60 g parmesan, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. chopped basil, spices.
Cooking: Mix yogurt with mustard. Add crushed garlic, chopped basil and spices to taste. At the end, add grated parmesan to the sauce.
