For a long time it is not necessary to go to a restaurant for burgers – you can quite please yourself with your favorite food at home. And it will not only be tastier, but also much more diverse. There are a huge number of sauces for burgers alone. And we have selected 25 of the best recipes from them!
1. Tomato Burger Sauce
You will need: 200 g tomato paste, 100 ml soy sauce, 50 ml vegetable oil, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. chopped cilantro.
Cooking: Mix chopped cilantro, crushed garlic, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Add tomato paste and stir again.
2. Cheese Burger Sauce
You will need: 200 ml 20% cream, 180 g processed cheese, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp Italian herbs, 50 g hard cheese, spices.
Cooking: Put the cream on the stove, add the olive oil and melted cheese, and cook until it dissolves. Add spices, Italian herbs and grated cheese, and boil the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Garlic burger sauce
You will need: 6 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 lemon, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 4 sprigs of dill.
Cooking: Squeeze the garlic and grind it into a homogeneous pulp. Add olive oil and lemon juice and whisk. Add mayonnaise with sour cream, beat the sauce again and add chopped greens.
4. Creamy three-cheese burger sauce
You will need: 200 ml 30% cream, 100 g gorgonzola, 100 g cheese, 100 g parmesan, 0.5 tsp. oregano, spices.
Cooking: Heat cream over medium heat. Grate all the cheese, send it there and cook until it dissolves. Add spices and remove sauce from heat.
5. Peanut Burger Sauce
You will need: 80 g peanut butter, 180 ml water, 80 ml soy sauce, 15 ml apple cider vinegar, 40 ml sesame oil, 40 g sunflower seeds.
Cooking: Mix walnut butter with water and bring to a boil. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar, stir and remove from heat. Add the roasted seeds to the sauce and mix again.
6 Pineapple Burger Sauce
You will need: 2 canned pineapple slices, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 200 ml water, 100 g brown sugar, 1/2 lemon, 4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, 60 ml whiskey, 200 ml pineapple syrup, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 onion, 3 garlic cloves.
Cooking: Mix all liquid ingredients with teriyaki and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Add sugar, and reduce the sauce over low heat, stirring. Grind pineapple, onion and garlic, put in the sauce and boil to the desired consistency.
7. Honey Mustard Burger Sauce
You will need: 120 g Dijon mustard, 160 g honey, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 onion, 20 g grated ginger.
Cooking: Place the onion and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth. Throw in the rest of the ingredients and stir in the sauce.
8. Mustard-Mayonnaise Burger Sauce
You will need: 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 pickled cucumbers, 2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tsp dried garlic.
Cooking: Grate pickled cucumbers or chop very finely. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
9. Sour cream and egg burger sauce
You will need: 2 eggs, 100 g sour cream, 50 g hard cheese, 1 tbsp. flour, 60 ml 30% cream, 1 tbsp. butter.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sour cream with a mixer until smooth. Fry flour in butter, add cream and mix. Add the sour cream mixture and grated cheese, and boil the sauce until it dissolves.
10. Grainy Mustard Burger Sauce with Cream Cheese
You will need: 100 g cream cheese, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch sugar, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar.
Cooking: Mix all sauce ingredients together. Beat it with a blender until smooth for about half a minute.
11. Burger sauce with cream cheese and avocado
You will need: 1 avocado, 2 sprigs of mint, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 150 g cream cheese, spices.
Cooking: Cut the stems from the mint and leave only the leaves.Peel the avocado, send all the ingredients to a blender and beat the sauce until smooth.
12. Burger Sauce with Dor Blue Cheese
You will need: 100 g Dor Blue cheese, 150 ml sour cream, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 garlic clove.
Cooking: Mash Dor Blue with a fork and mix with crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Whip the sauce with a blender, if desired.
13. Mushroom burger sauce
You will need: 1 onion, 150 g of mushrooms, 250 ml of milk, 100 g of processed cheese, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry until golden and pour in the milk. Bring to a boil, add melted cheese and spices, and stir the sauce until the cheese dissolves.
14. Burger sauce based on yogurt and bell pepper
You will need: 150 ml yogurt, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 bell peppers, spices.
Cooking: Peel the bell pepper and beat it with a blender to a puree consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk the sauce again.
15. Almond Milk Burger Sauce
You will need: 120 ml of almond milk, 230 ml of mayonnaise, 4 sprigs of herbs, 1.5 tsp. lemon juice, spices.
Cooking: Mix almond milk, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add spices and chopped herbs, and mix the sauce again.
16. Tomato and Apple Burger Sauce
You will need: 500 g tomatoes, 2 apples, 1 onion, 30 g sugar, 1 tsp. salt, spices.
Cooking: Peel the tomatoes and grind in a blender. Grate an apple, finely chop the onion, and send everything to the saucepan. Bring the sauce to a boil, simmer over low heat to the desired consistency and add the spices.
17. Guacamole Burger Sauce
You will need: 2 avocados, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 lime, 1/2 chili pepper, 2 tomatoes, 10 g each of parsley and cilantro.
Cooking: Peel the avocado and grind in a blender with garlic, herbs, chili and lime juice. Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes and stir in the sauce.
18. Burger aioli sauce
You will need: 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. mustard, 3 egg yolks, 20 ml lemon juice, 100 ml olive oil, 2 pinches of salt.
Cooking: Rub the garlic with salt into the gruel, add the yolks and rub again. Add the rest of the ingredients and finally mix the mass until smooth.
19. Orange Burger Sauce
You will need: 125 ml dry red wine, 1 orange, 10 g grated ginger, 1 shallot, 1 lemon, 3 tbsp. mustard.
Cooking: Bring the wine to a boil and add the chopped shallot and orange zest. Boil for a couple of minutes and beat the sauce in a blender. Add the orange pulp and the rest of the ingredients and beat again.
20. Cherry burger sauce
You will need: 100 g frozen cherries, 10 g Dijon mustard, 20 g sugar, spices.
Cooking: Put the cherry in a saucepan, add sugar and spices, and cook the sauce for 10 minutes after boiling. Add Dijon mustard and grind everything in a blender.
21. Burger Pesto Sauce
You will need: 70 g parsley, 50 g parmesan, 3 garlic cloves, 30 g walnuts, 100 ml olive oil.
Cooking: Separate the parsley stalks – they are not needed. Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend the sauce.
22. Herb Burger Sauce
You will need: 100 g sour cream, 100 g mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 bunch of herbs, 3 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Grind greens with garlic in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat the sauce again.
23. Burger Tartar Sauce
You will need: 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 pickled cucumber, 1 clove of garlic, 4 sprigs of herbs.
Cooking: Cut the pickled cucumber into small strips, chop the garlic and herbs. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and combine all ingredients.
24. Cucumber burger sauce
You will need: 100 ml thick sour cream, 1 fresh cucumber, 1 clove of garlic, 1 pinch of sugar, spices.
Cooking: Grate the cucumber on a medium grater along with the skin. Squeeze the garlic through a press andwash all the ingredients.
25. Burger sauce with tomato paste and paprika
You will need: 1 purple onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. paprika.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until translucent. Add sugar and continue frying until caramelized. Add paprika and tomato paste, warm the sauce and remove from heat.
