
There are dozens of ways to cook chicken wings – as an appetizer, a full-fledged main course, or even barbecue on the grill. All these recipes have one thing in common: first, the wings need to be marinated. And here the space for fantasy and imagination already begins!
1. Marinade for chicken wings in the oven

You will need: 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. mustard, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp paprika, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce until smooth. Add spices and mix marinade.
2. Marinade for chicken wings in a pan

You will need: 6 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 garlic cloves, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce with sugar until sugar dissolves and then add vegetable oil. Pass the garlic through a press and add spices to the marinade.
3. Marinade for grilled chicken wings

You will need: 8 tbsp soy sauce, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. mustard, 2 tbsp. honey.
Cooking: Cut the onion into feathers. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, mustard and honey until smooth. Mix it all with onions.
4. Marinade for barbecued chicken wings

You will need: 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 garlic clove, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix mayonnaise, tomato paste and sour cream until smooth. Add in the soy sauce and stir again. Then add spices and crushed garlic to the marinade.
5. Beer marinade with mustard for chicken wings

You will need: 250 ml light beer, 1/2 bunch green onions, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp mustard.
Cooking: Finely chop the green onion. Gently mix the beer with the mustard and spices, and then add the onion to the same.
6. Dark beer marinade for chicken wings

You will need: 250 ml dark beer, 20 g ginger, 2 tbsp. honey, 40 ml olive oil, 50 ml soy sauce, 0.5 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. sesame.
Cooking: Grate ginger or chop in a blender. Mix honey with soy sauce and oil until honey dissolves. Add the beer, stir again and add the remaining ingredients to the marinade.
7. Tomato marinade for chicken wings with Tabasco

You will need: 300 g tomatoes in their own juice, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp. tabasco, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp oregano, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Grind the tomatoes in a blender or just finely chop – to your taste. Add the crushed garlic and all other ingredients and stir in the marinade.
8. Marinade with tomato paste for chicken wings

You will need: 100 g tomato paste, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 3 garlic cloves, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix tomato paste and ketchup. Pass the garlic through a press and add it there. Season the marinade to taste.
9. Marinade for chicken wings with tomato juice and spices

You will need: 500 ml tomato juice, 5 tbsp. honey, 0.5 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, star anise and allspice, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Add honey and all spices to tomato juice. Bring it to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes. Let the marinade cool completely and marinate the chicken wings in it.
10. Chicken Wing Marinade with Balsamic Vinegar

You will need: 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp each. paprika, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Pass the garlic through a press and mix with olive oil and all spices. Add balsamic vinegar to the same and mix again.
11. Marinade for Chicken Wings with Rice Vinegar

You will need: 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. rice vinegar, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix all liquid ingredients until the honey is completely dissolved. Warm it up a little if necessary. Add spices to the marinade and mix again.
12. Teriyaki Chicken Wing Marinade

You will need: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 2 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Mix teriyaki, soy sauce and sesame oil until smooth. Add crushed garlic. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden and send to the marinade.
13. Marinade with adjika for chicken wings

You will need: 100 g mayonnaise, 150 g adjika, 1 onion, 1 bunch of cilantro.
Cooking: Mix mayonnaise and adjika until smooth. Finely chop the onion and cilantro or chop in a blender – to your taste. Stir the marinade.
14. Marinade with kefir for chicken wings

You will need: 1 cup of kefir, 1 onion, 1 bunch of dill, 4 cloves of garlic, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Finely chop the dill, cut the garlic into slices, and the onion into feathers. Mix kefir with spices until the salt dissolves and add the rest of the ingredients there.
15. BBQ Chicken Wing Marinade

You will need: 1 tsp ketchup, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 50 ml teriyaki sauce, 1 tsp. honey, 2 tsp suneli hops, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix honey, ketchup, olive oil and teriyaki sauce until smooth. Add spices and suneli hops, and mix the marinade.
16. Cilantro marinade for chicken wings

You will need: 2 cups of kefir, 2 onions, 2 bunches of cilantro, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Cut the onion into thin rings, and tear off the leaves from the cilantro. Pour everything with kefir, add spices and mix the marinade.
17. Honey mustard marinade for chicken wings

You will need: 100 g honey, 100 g mustard, 3 garlic cloves, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Squeeze the juice from the lemon and strain the seeds. Mix with the rest of the liquid ingredients and stir until smooth. Add crushed garlic.
18. Lemon and Orange Marinade for Chicken Wings

You will need: 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 bunch parsley, 2 garlic cloves, 40 ml olive oil, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Squeeze the juice from citrus fruits and strain it from the seeds. Remove a couple of pinches of zest to your liking. Pass the garlic through a press and mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
19. Apple marinade for chicken wings

You will need: 80 g apple, 80 g tomato paste, 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp Tabasco sauce, 0.5 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp paprika.
Cooking: Peel the apple from the skin and the middle, and send it to a blender. Add tomato paste, sugar and lemon juice there, and beat everything until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk again.
20. Honey Apple Marinade for Chicken Wings

You will need: 2 apples, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, honey and vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Peel the apples, cut into pieces, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer until soft. Grind them in a blender to a puree. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir in the marinade.
21. Buffalo Chicken Wing Marinade

You will need: 4 tbsp olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt, 1 tsp. ground coriander, 4 tbsp. tomato sauce, 3 tbsp. honey.
Cooking: Pass the garlic through a press. If the honey is thick, melt it in a water bath. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade until smooth.
22. Honey Soy Chicken Wing Marinade

You will need: 100 ml soy sauce, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. orange peel, 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pass the garlic through a press and grind as much as possible get the zest. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
23. Marinade for chicken wings from water and vinegar

You will need: 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 1 onion, 0.5 tsp each salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Cut the onion into half rings. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and stir. Pour in water and mix the marinade again.
24. Cherry marinade for chicken wings

You will need: 2 tbsp cherry jam, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. mustard, 150 ml vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. ground coriander, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce with sugar until sugar dissolves. Add jam, mustard and butter and stir again. Add all the spices to the marinade.
25. Tangerine marinade for chicken wings

You will need: 2 tangerines, 1 orange, 2 tbsp. mustard, 1 tsp curry, 0.5 tsp paprika, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Thoroughly wash the tangerines and grind them in a blender with the skin. Squeeze juice from an orange. Mix juice with mustard and tangerine puree, and add spices to the marinade.
