1. Apple filling with sugar

You will need: 1 kg of apples, 2 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes and fry in butter for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and cook for 3 more minutes.
2. Apple filling with starch

You will need: 3 apples, 50 g sugar, 1.5 tsp. cinnamon, 0.5 tbsp. potato starch.
Cooking: Peel the apples, cut into small cubes, mix with sugar and cinnamon, and simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Add starch, mix and simmer the stuffing for a couple more minutes.
3. Apple filling with spices

You will need: 600 g apples, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 70 ml water, 100 g brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 0.5 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp vanillin.
Cooking: Peel and finely chop the apples, pour in the lemon juice and water, and simmer them until soft, 7-10 minutes. Mix all dry ingredients, add to apples and simmer for a couple more minutes.
4. Apple filling with cinnamon

You will need: 1 kg apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Cooking: Finely chop the apples and sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. Leave for 20 minutes, stir and put on medium heat. Simmer the stuffing for 5 minutes.
5. Apple filling for the winter for pies

You will need: 1 kg of apples, 5 tbsp. lemon juice, 100 g sugar, 100 ml water, 2 tbsp. starch, spices to taste.
Cooking: Cut the apples, add water and lemon juice and simmer over medium heat for 7 minutes. Add sugar, spices and starch, and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring. Put the filling in sterile jars and roll up.
6. Apple filling with cottage cheese

You will need: 2 apples, 200 g cottage cheese, 5 tsp. sugar, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 50 g of butter.
Cooking: Chalk chop the apples and fry for 3 minutes in butter. Add cinnamon sugar and fry for another minute. Remove stuffing from heat and mix with curd.
7. Apple stuffing with cheese for pies

You will need: 2 apples, 150 g hard cheese, 1 tbsp. raisins, 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp. chopped mint, 1 tbsp. butter.
Cooking: Finely chop the apples and stew in butter until soft, and then mash into a puree. Add finely chopped cheese and the rest of the ingredients, and mix the stuffing.
8. Apple filling with pumpkin

You will need: 1 kg apples, 500 g pumpkin, 1/2 lemon, 1 cup sugar, 50 g butter.
Cooking: Cut apples and pumpkin into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Melt the sugar in the butter, add the apples and pumpkin and simmer the stuffing until soft.
9. Apple filling with plums for pies

You will need: 3 apples, 30 g butter, 150 g plums, 6 tbsp. Sahara.

13. Apple stuffing with pectin

You will need: 5 apples, 1 handful of raisins, 30 g butter, 40 g sugar, 1 tsp. pectin, 1 tsp cinnamon.
Cooking: Finely chop the apples and stew them in oil under the lid for 10 minutes. Add sugar mixed with pectin and cinnamon. Add raisins there, pour in a little water and stew the filling for another 5 minutes.

You will need: 400 g apples, 100 g prunes, 1 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.

You will need: 2 bananas, 2 apples, 1 lemon.
Cooking: Pour boiling water over the lemon for 10 minutes, rinse and grind in a blender along with the peel. Finely chop bananas and peeled apples and mix with lemon.

You will need: 4 apples, 4 tbsp. currants, 4 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Add currants and sugar, and let the filling brew for 20 minutes.

You will need: 200 g apples, 200 g apricots, 30 g powdered sugar.
Cooking: Peel the apples and remove the pits from the apricots. Finely chop all the fruits or grate them on a coarse grater, and mix the filling with powdered sugar.
