You will need: 300 g cottage cheese, 3 oranges, 250 ml 33% cream, 1 glass of orange juice, 3 tbsp. honey, 4 tsp gelatin.

Cooking: Pour 0.5 cups of water into gelatin and leave for half an hour. Then heat until dissolved. Remove the zest from the orange and boil in a small amount of water for 15 minutes. Whisk cottage cheese, honey and orange juice with a blender. Add zest with gelatin and mix.

Separately, whip the cream into foam and gently fold into the curd. Arrange circles of oranges in the form, pour over the curd mass and send it to the refrigerator overnight.

You will need: 100 g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. semolina, spices.
