Cooking: Mix soy sauce with starch, sugar, minced garlic, ginger and spices. Add broccoli, after 3-4 minutes – mushrooms, and after another minute – pepper. Continue frying for 3 minutes, pour in the sauce and after a minute remove the dish from the heat.

You will need: 150 g lentils, 100 ml broth, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 garlic cloves, 2 sprigs of thyme, spices.
Cooking: Soak the washed lentils for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry for 2-3 minutes. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes, and send to the vegetables.
