You will need: 150 g lentils, 100 ml broth, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 garlic cloves, 2 sprigs of thyme, spices.
Cooking: Soak the washed lentils for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry for 2-3 minutes. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes, and send to the vegetables.
