1. Salad with cucumber, Chinese cabbage and peas

To reduce calories, replace mayonnaise with olive oil.
You will need: 7 leaves of Beijing cabbage, 1 can of canned peas, medium cucumber, 80 g of low-fat mayonnaise or a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt.
Cooking: Shred cabbage leaves with a knife or tear with your hands. Rinse the peas well with water. Slice the cucumber. Add salt, dress the salad with mayonnaise or oil.
2. Caesar salad with Chinese cabbage

An interesting interpretation of a well-known classic salad.
You will need: 500 g of chicken fillet, 2 small tomatoes, 0.5 kg of Chinese cabbage, 2 slices of bread, a clove of garlic, 100 g of hard cheese, 100 g of mayonnaise, 80 g of olive oil, salt, hot pepper.
Cooking: Cut the boiled chicken into cubes, cabbage into strips, cheese into cubes, and tomatoes into quarters. Fry the bread in butter with garlic. Gently mix everything and season with spices. Serve mayonnaise separately.
3. Salad with Chinese cabbage and carrots

A simple and healthy dish of fresh vegetables.
You will need: 5 Chinese cabbage leaves, 1 medium carrot, a bunch of spinach, vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper.
Cooking: Cut the leaves of Beijing cabbage into strips, tear the spinach with your hands, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Mix everything, add spices and oil. Ready!
4. Kimchi

There are over 180 varieties of kimchi in the world, and we have chosen the most delicious one for you!
You will need: 2 heads of Beijing cabbage, 2 onions, 7 liters of water, a head of garlic, a piece of ginger, a bunch of green onions, 50 ml of fish sauce, 3 tbsp. red pepper flakes, 100 g salt, a pinch of sugar.
Cooking: Dissolve the salt in water, cut the cabbage into large pieces and soak in this brine for 2 hours. Grind onion, ginger, pepper, garlic, sugar, salt and sauce in a blender. Remove the Chinese cabbage from the brine, rub with a spicy mixture and leave for a couple of days.
5. Braised Chinese cabbage

For cooking, use the thickest and toughest parts of the cabbage.
You will need: 1 head of Beijing cabbage, 2 onions, 150 g of carrots, half a glass of tomato juice, salt, dried paprika, ground pepper, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage and onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Saute carrots and onions with spices. Add cabbage and simmer for 7 minutes. Then add salt, pour in tomato juice, cover with a lid and then cook for another 8 minutes over low heat.
6. Salad with Chinese cabbage and crab sticks

You can substitute chicken eggs for quail eggs.
You will need: 1 half Chinese cabbage, 3 boiled eggs, 200 g crab sticks, half a can of canned corn, dill, black pepper, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. sour cream.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage, eggs and crab sticks. Mix everything, add corn and chopped dill. Separately, mix sour cream with pepper and mayonnaise, and season the salad with this dressing before serving.
7. Spicy Chinese cabbage in Korean

You can enjoy the original snack the very next day!
You will need: 1 medium head of Beijing cabbage, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp. sunflower oil, 1 tsp ground red pepper, 150 g of water, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp Sahara.
Cooking: Cut the cabbage into large pieces. Sprinkle it with salt and sugar, cover with a plate and leave under oppression for 3 hours. Meanwhile, grind the pepper with garlic and water in a blender. Take out the Chinese cabbage and mix with the spicy mixture, vinegar and oil, and then let it brew for a day.
8. Salad with cucumber, Chinese cabbage and avocado

A healthy salad for those who watch their diet!
You will need: 1 medium cucumber, half Chinese cabbage and ripe avocado, 0.5 tsp. lemon juice, a handful of walnuts, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt.
Cooking: Chop cucumber and Chinese cabbage. Drizzle the sliced avocado with lemon juice to keep it from turning brown. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add nuts, salt and oil.
9. Salad with chicken, Chinese cabbage and pineapple

A favorite combination of flavors that can be perfectly complemented by Chinese cabbage.
You will need: 5 sheets of Beijing cabbage, 300 g of boiled chicken fillet, 200 g of canned pineapple, 3 boiled eggs, 200 g of canned corn, parsley, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and salt.
Cooking: Cut the chicken and cabbage into strips. Chop greens and eggs. In a tall bowl, mix everything with corn, salt and mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with parsley when serving.
10. Pickled Chinese cabbage (not spicy)

Cabbage marinates very quickly, and is eaten even faster!
You will need: 500 g Chinese cabbage, 1 large carrot, 2 garlic cloves, 50 ml apple cider vinegar, coriander seeds, 80 g vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp Sahara.
Cooking: Cut the cabbage into large pieces, and grate the carrots. Combine Chinese cabbage with carrots, minced garlic and coriander. Separately, mix the oil with vinegar and spices. Pour vegetables with marinade and leave everything to marinate for 8 hours.
11. Cutlets from potatoes and Chinese cabbage

Delicate vegetable cutlets in crispy breading will definitely become your favorite!
You will need: 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, half Chinese cabbage, 2 onions, garlic clove, 200 g flour, egg, half a glass of breadcrumbs, vegetable oil, salt.
Cooking: Make mashed potatoes. In a blender, chop Chinese cabbage, carrots, garlic and onions. Mix everything with mashed potatoes, add egg, spices and flour. The stuffing should not be sticky. Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
12. Shchi with Chinese cabbage

A familiar dish to everyone, but which is sure to surprise with a new taste with this recipe!
You will need: 3 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 300 g of Beijing cabbage, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, onion, tomato, garlic clove, bay leaf, black pepper, salt, herbs.
Cooking: Prepare chicken broth. Add chopped carrots and onions to it. After half an hour, add chopped Chinese cabbage and potatoes, and after 5 minutes add finely chopped peppers, tomatoes and garlic.
13. Chinese cabbage rolls

Wrapping the filling in long leaves is much easier.
You will need: 1 head of Beijing cabbage, 300 g of any minced meat of your choice, half a glass of rice, 2 onions, 1 carrot, large tomato, salt, pepper, herbs, vegetable oil.
Cooking: Mix minced meat with finely chopped onions, herbs, boiled rice and spices. Fry the onion, carrot and tomato in vegetable oil. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves, and beat off thickenings. Roll the stuffing into leaves. Put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan, add fried vegetables with tomato, salt, water and boil for 30 minutes until tender.
14. Diet salad with apple and Chinese cabbage

If you are watching your figure, this salad will be a great low-calorie snack!
You will need: 3 Chinese cabbage leaves, 1 carrot, 1 green apple, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt.
Cooking: Cut the cabbage into strips, chop the apple into cubes, and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Mix everything, season the salad with oil, salt and lemon juice. You can sprinkle green onions on top.
15. Salad with eggs, Chinese cabbage and celery

You will need: 1 stalk of celery, 200 g of Chinese cabbage, 2 boiled eggs, 0.5 cans of canned corn, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Finely chop the Chinese cabbage, green onion and celery, mix everything in a large salad bowl. Top with egg quarters and corn. Separately combine oil, lemon juice and spices. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
16. Chinese cabbage rolls with stuffing

These cabbage rolls can be boiled, baked or even steamed.
You will need: 7 small leaves of Beijing cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 medium onion, half a glass of rice, 1 tsp. salt, 70 ml vegetable oil.
Cooking: Pour boiling water over Chinese cabbage leaves. Finely chop the garlic, carrots and onions, fry them in vegetable oil. Boil rice until half cooked. Mix rice with vegetables and salt. Cut the cabbage leaves lengthwise and wrap the stuffing in them. Put the rolls in a cauldron and boil for 8 minutes in salted water.
17. Salad with Chinese cabbage and pomegranate seeds

Low-calorie salad will surprise you with original sweet and sour notes.
You will need: 350 g Beijing cabbage, 100 g pomegranate seeds, 2 sprigs of greens, 3 small tomatoes, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp lemon juice, salt, black pepper.
Cooking: Finely chop Chinese cabbage and greens. Cut the tomatoes in half or into wedges. Mix cabbage with salt and pepper, add herbs, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and oil.
18. Vitamin salad with cabbage, tomatoes and seeds

Dry the seeds in a pan for a few minutes.
You will need: 5-6 small tomatoes, 200 g Chinese cabbage, 1 avocado, 20 ml olive oil, salt, lemon wedge, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Cooking: Tear the cabbage into small pieces, cut the tomatoes in half. Chop the peeled avocado and drizzle with lemon juice. Add all other ingredients and stir.
19. Salad with tuna, Chinese cabbage and sesame seeds

You will need: 150 g canned tuna, 25 g sesame seeds, 5 leaves of Chinese cabbage, medium onion, salt, half a lemon and black pepper.
Cooking: Chop all the vegetables the way you want. Mix them with tuna, olives, lemon juice and spices. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
20. Guyru tsomyan

An amazing dish for admirers of Uighur folk cuisine.
You will need: 300 g beef, 100 g asparagus, 1 onion, 3 Chinese cabbage leaves, 2 salad peppers, half a radish, coriander, lagman noodles, 2 tomatoes, vegetable oil, salt, garlic, soy sauce, hot pepper.
Cooking: Mix beef with sauce, oil and spices and fry. Chop vegetables. Add onions, tomatoes and soy sauce to the meat. After 2 minutes, add cabbage and beans. After another 3 minutes – radish, sweet pepper and spices. Combine ready-made vegetables with boiled noodles and garnish with herbs.
