
Mushroom lovers know how good and versatile mushrooms are. You can cook dozens of different dishes from them, and we have already collected 20 of the most delicious recipes for you. Snacks, salads, hot dishes – all this can be amazingly supplemented with your favorite mushrooms!
1. Fried mushrooms with onions in sour cream

The most affordable and obvious recipe!
You will need: 1 kg mushrooms, 2 onions, 200 ml sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Washed and chopped mushrooms boil for about half an hour in boiling water and put in a colander. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden. Add mushrooms and fry everything until the moisture evaporates. Season to taste, pour in sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
2. Pickled mushrooms

The main mushroom preparation for the winter or just in reserve.
You will need: 1 kg of mushrooms, 1 dill umbrella, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 liter of water, 1.5 tbsp. salt and sugar, 2 clove buds, 6 allspice peas, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp. vinegar.
Cooking: Sort and rinse the mushrooms, and boil them for 30 minutes in boiling water. Put the mushrooms in a jar with garlic and dill umbrella. Add all the other spices to the water, bring it to a boil, pour in the vinegar, and boil the marinade for 5 minutes. Pour honey mushrooms, sterilize the jar in a saucepan for another 20 minutes and roll it up.
3. Honey mushrooms in pots

Even if you are cooking mushrooms for the first time in your life, you can easily cope with this recipe!
You will need: 500 g mushrooms, 400 g sour cream, 2 onions, 100 g hard cheese, 1 tbsp. flour.
Cooking: Fry chopped and washed mushrooms until moisture evaporates. Separately, fry the onion until golden, mix with mushrooms, add flour and sour cream, and mix again. Put everything in pots, cover with grated cheese and send for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
4. Cabbage hodgepodge with mushrooms

Hearty, tasty and very original!
You will need: 500 g cabbage, 600 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 100 g of tomato paste, spices.
Cooking: Fry the chopped onion until soft, add the washed mushrooms and continue to fry until half cooked. Add chopped carrots, and carcasses for a couple more minutes. Add shredded cabbage, tomato paste, vinegar, spices and a little water, and boil the hodgepodge with mushrooms for about 20 minutes under the lid.
5. Baked potatoes with mushrooms

Potatoes with mushrooms can not only be fried, but also cooked in the oven.
You will need: 700 g potatoes, 300 g mushrooms, 200 g onions, 150 g hard cheese, 100 ml sour cream, 20 ml vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Boil washed mushrooms in boiling water for about half an hour. Separately, boil the potatoes and let cool, and then cut into slices. Cut the onion into feathers and fry in oil until golden.
Put the potatoes, mushrooms, onions and potatoes back into the mold. Lubricate each layer with sour cream and at the end sprinkle with grated cheese. Send the dish to the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
6. Rice with mushrooms

The finished dish is a bit like risotto, and is prepared according to the same principle.
You will need: 400 g of mushrooms, 2 cups of rice, 2 onions, 100 g of hard cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 1.5 l of broth.
Cooking: Fry the onion until golden. Separately, fry the chopped and washed mushrooms until the moisture evaporates. Pour spices and washed rice to the onion, fry for another 2-3 minutes, and pour in the broth. Cook over low heat until the water has almost evaporated. Add mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes. Add crushed garlic and grated cheese, stir and remove from heat.
7. Creamy mushroom soup

This recipe calls for cream cheese.
You will need: 500 g of mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 100 g of processed cheese, 1 stalk of celery, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, celery and carrots, and lightly fry them right in the pan. Add washed mushrooms, fry for another 5 minutes and season. Pour in water or broth, and cook the soup for 20 minutes after boiling. Add melted cheese and continue to cook until it dissolves.
8. Simple mushroom soup

Affordable country recipe from the simplest ingredients.
You will need: 300 g of mushrooms, 1 onion, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 80 g of buckwheat, 2 l of broth, spices.
Cooking: Cut the potatoes into cubes, fill it with broth and bring to a boil. During this time, fry the chopped onions with carrots, and then send them to the potatoes. Add washed buckwheat and chopped mushrooms, season and cook until the ingredients are ready.
9. Mushroom soup with mushrooms for the winter

Here is such an unusual version of a mushroom snack for the winter in jars.
You will need: 500 g mushrooms, 700 g tomatoes, 100 g carrots, 120 g onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 5 bay leaves, 40 g of salt and sugar, 0.5 tsp. citric acid, 15 peas of allspice.
Cooking: Rinse mushrooms thoroughly and boil them for half an hour in boiling water. Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces and chop the garlic and parsley. Throw the mushrooms in a colander and strain the broth. Add sugar, salt and citric acid to it.
Randomly cut the mushrooms and arrange them with vegetables and spices in sterile jars. Pour everything with broth and sterilize the jars in a pot of water for about half an hour, and then roll up.
10. Frittata with mushrooms

A good alternative to the regular omelet.
You will need: 500 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 3 eggs, 50 g hard cheese, 50 ml cream, spices.
Cooking: Boil the washed mushrooms in salt water for about 20 minutes, and then cut. Fry the onion until soft, add the mushrooms, season and fry for another 5 minutes, and then set aside. Whisk eggs with cream and spices until fluffy. Pour half of the mixture into the pan, put the mushrooms, pour over the eggs again, sprinkle with grated cheese, and fry under the lid until cooked.
11. Pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce

If mushrooms are too large, we advise you to cut them into pieces.
You will need: 450 g pasta, 55 g butter, 250 g mushrooms, 150 g mascarpone, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp Italian herbs, 40 g parmesan, 1 garlic clove, spices.
Cooking: Boil pasta until done. Fry garlic and mushrooms separately in butter for about 5 minutes. Add mascarpone, milk, Italian herbs and spices, and cook for a couple more minutes. Mix the resulting sauce with pasta, warm it up and sprinkle everything with grated parmesan.
12. Mushroom sauce with mushrooms

A delicious sauce that goes perfectly with pork, potatoes or spaghetti.
You will need: 200 g honey mushrooms, 50 g each of onions, carrots and parsnips, 1 glass of cream, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the washed mushrooms and fry them for 20 minutes over low heat. Just finely chop all the vegetables, fry separately until soft, and mix with mushrooms. Pour in the hot cream, season, and simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes after boiling.
13. Fried potatoes with mushrooms

Without this recipe, the collection would definitely be incomplete!
You will need: 1 kg mushrooms, 6 potatoes, 1 onion, spices.
Cooking: Cut the onion into feathers and fry it until golden. Add finely chopped mushrooms, and fry until the moisture evaporates. After that, add the chopped potatoes, and fry everything together until it is ready. Season to taste.
14. Buckwheat with mushrooms

A good everyday side dish for any meat dishes.
You will need: 250 g of buckwheat, 200 g of mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 600 ml of water, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion with carrots, and fry until soft. Add the washed and chopped mushrooms, and fry further until the moisture evaporates. Pour in buckwheat, fry for another 1 minute, cover with water and cook under the lid until the cereal is ready. At the end, season and add chopped herbs.
15. Fried mushrooms for the winter

Yes, even ready-made fried mushrooms can be rolled into jars.
You will need: 1 kg of honey mushrooms, 250 ml of vegetable oil, 1.5 tbsp. salt.
Cooking: Boil washed mushrooms for 30-40 minutes in boiling water and drain in a colander. Then fry them in vegetable oil over low heat for about 30 minutes under the lid, remove the lid and fry for another 15-20 minutes. Add salt, put mushrooms in sterile jars and roll up.
16. Stuffed squid with mushrooms

An amazing appetizer for the New Year or just on the festive table.
You will need: 200 g mushrooms, 4 squid carcasses, 2 eggs, 250 g cream cheese, 200 g sour cream, 1 leek, 1 bunch of dill.
Cooking: Boil squid carcasses for 3 minutes and let cool. Fry mushrooms with chopped leek and dill until tender. Boil the eggs, grate and add to the mushrooms. Add cream cheese there, and stuff this with a mass of squid. Fasten the edges with a toothpick, grease everything with sour cream and put the rest of the filling on top. Send the snack to the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
17. Salted mushrooms

Such mushrooms are prepared for several days under pressure – keep this in mind.
You will need: 3 kg of mushrooms, 100 g of salt, 20 peas of allspice and black pepper, 1 bunch of dill, 3 bay leaves, 3 onions, 2 heads of garlic.
Cooking: Sort and rinse the mushrooms, boil them for 20 minutes in boiling water, and then let them cool. Cut the onion into half rings. Put a quarter of the onion, dill and spices on the bottom of the enameled container. Top – mushrooms, and so alternate the layers to the end. Leave the workpiece under pressure for 4-5 days, and then put it in jars.
18. Fried mushrooms with lard

The dish will definitely appeal to lovers of hearty home cooking!
You will need: 1 kg of mushrooms, 140 g of fat, 2 bell peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Boil the washed mushrooms for about half an hour in boiling water. Cut the fat and melt it over low heat. Add chopped bell pepper and fry everything together for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and crushed garlic, and cook for another 10-15 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
19. Salad with fried mushrooms

Another variation of the classic Mushroom Glade.
You will need: 150 g chicken fillet, 150 g mushrooms, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 4 pickled gherkins, 2 eggs, mayonnaise, butter.
Cooking: Fry mushrooms in butter until tender. Separately, boil the chicken, potatoes, carrots and eggs, and let everything cool. Lay out layers of grated potatoes, chopped chicken, grated carrots, pickled cucumbers, grated eggs and mushrooms on top. Randomly grease the layers with mayonnaise to taste.
20. Mushroom caviar from honey mushrooms

Unusual appetizer and filling for home baking.
You will need: 1 kg of mushrooms, 3 onions, 2 carrots, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. salt, 60 ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp. allspice peas, 1 bay leaf.
Cooking: Rinse the mushrooms and boil them until tender with bay leaves and allspice. Mushrooms should sink to the bottom.
Chop the onion, grate the carrots, squeeze out the garlic, and fry everything until soft. Add mushrooms, fry for a couple more minutes, and pass everything through a meat grinder. Add oil, stew the caviar for about half an hour, salt, pour in vinegar and roll the workpiece into sterile jars.
