Are there people who don’t like baking at all? Someone prefers cakes, someone – cookies, and someone – pies with filling, but everyone will have their own preferences! Sometimes there just aren’t enough new ideas. And it is for this case that our selection of recipes for the most delicious pastries will come in handy!
1. Mannik on kefir
You can add berries, chopped fruits or pieces of chocolate to it.
You will need: 2 cups of kefir, 2 cups of semolina, 1 cup of sugar, 100 g of butter, 2 eggs, 10 g of baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Pour semolina with kefir and leave for 15 minutes. Add sugar, soft butter, salt, vanilla and eggs and mix everything. Add flour with baking powder, pour the dough into a mold and bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Sochniki with cottage cheese
Favorite pies with crumbly dough and juicy curd filling.
You will need:
For test: 250 g flour, 1 tsp soda, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. Sahara.
For filling: 200 g cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. Sahara.
For lubrication: 1 egg, 1 tbsp. milk, 40 g sugar.
Cooking: Add soda slaked with vinegar and the rest of the ingredients to the sifted flour. Chop with a knife, and then quickly knead a homogeneous dough, wrap in a film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Beat in a blender all the ingredients for the filling and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles 5 mm thick. Put a spoonful of filling on each, fold in half and pinch the corners of the juicer. Lay the pies on a baking sheet. Whisk the ingredients for the grease with a fork, grease the juicers and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Curd cake
A cupcake according to this recipe will turn out even for completely inexperienced cooks!
You will need: 270 g cottage cheese, 300 g flour, 150 g butter, 250 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 pinch of vanilla, 100 g raisins, 1.5 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Beat soft butter, sugar, vanilla and cottage cheese until smooth. Add eggs and beat again. Add the sifted flour with baking powder, and at the end, stir in the raisins into the dough. Bake the cake in the oven for about 1 hour at 170 degrees.
4. Soft Coconut Cookies
An amazing find for tea for every day.
You will need: 110 g flour, 80 g butter, 80 g sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g coconut, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat butter with sugar and salt until fluffy. Continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time. Then add coconut flakes, followed by flour with baking powder. Cover the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Form small balls, put them on parchment, flatten slightly and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
5. Muffins with chocolate drops
If there are no chocolate drops, then finely chop regular chocolate.
You will need: 180 ml milk, 2 eggs, 115 g butter, 140 g sugar, 260 g flour, 200 g chocolate drops, 2 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Whisk milk with eggs and melted butter. Mix dry ingredients, combine both masses and knead the dough. Add chocolate drops, put the dough into molds by 2/3 and bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
6. Gingerbread cookies
The whole secret here is in the spice set, so don’t be afraid to change it to your taste.
You will need: 250 g flour, 1 egg, 100 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar, 25 g honey, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp. cocoa, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 0.5 tsp each ground cardamom, cloves and allspice.
Cooking: Beat soft butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add egg and honey and stir. Mix all dry ingredients and combine both masses. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly, cut the cookies into molds and bake for about 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Biscuit roll
Instead of butter cream, you can take any other to taste.
You will need: 90 g flour, 1/2 can of condensed milk, 3 eggs, 90 g sugar, 6 tbsp. jam, 100 g butter, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat eggs with salt with a mixer until foamy and add sugar, continuing to beat. Gradually add and gently fold in the flour. Pour the dough in a thin layer on parchment on a baking sheet, and bake the biscuit for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
Roll the hot biscuit immediately with paper into a roll and let cool. Unroll the biscuit and brush with jam. Beat soft butter with condensed milk until fluffy, and brush the biscuit too. Roll the roll back and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
8. Pie “Zebra” on kefir
Favorite childhood pie – just like mom’s!
You will need: 200 g flour, 3 eggs, 200 g sugar, 20 g cocoa, 1 tsp. soda, 200 ml of kefir, 80 g of butter, 10 g of vanilla sugar.
Cooking: Beat eggs with regular and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Mix kefir with soda and pour over eggs. Add melted butter there, and mix again. Gradually add the sifted flour.
Divide the dough in half and stir in one part of the cocoa. Pour the dough into the mold by spoonfuls, creating patterns. Bake the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees until a dry match.
9. PP oatmeal cookies
There is no sugar, no flour – a solid benefit.
You will need: 120 g oatmeal, 1 banana, 30 g raisins, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of vanilla.
Cooking: Grind half of the oatmeal into flour, and leave half as it is. Mash banana into puree. Soak the raisins in boiling water for 15 minutes and pat dry on a paper towel. Mix together all the ingredients, spread the cookies with a spoon on parchment and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
10. Biscuit cake with sour cream
As simple as it gets!
You will need: 150 g sugar, 150 g flour, 5 eggs, 800 g sour cream, 200 g powdered sugar.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy, about 10 minutes. Gradually add the sifted flour, pour the dough into a mold and bake the biscuit for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Let it cool on a wire rack and cut carefully. Beat sour cream with powdered sugar until thick, brush the cakes with cream, collect the cake and send it to the refrigerator overnight.
11. Puff pies with cherries
Home classic, how could it be without it! You can sprinkle them with sugar or chopped nuts.
You will need: 500 g puff pastry, 350 g pitted cherries, 150 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. starch.
Cooking: Mix cherries with sugar, let excess juice drain, and then mix it with starch. Roll out the dough, cut into pieces, lay out the filling and pinch the pies. Brush them with beaten egg and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Classic New York Cheesecake
Baking a cheesecake has its own nuances, but it’s easier than it seems.
You will need: 300 g shortbread, 100 g butter, 600 g mascarpone, 150 g sugar, 3 eggs, 200 ml 33% cream.
Cooking: Crush the biscuits into crumbs, mix with melted butter and press into a cheesecake crust. Beat the mascarpone with the sugar, add the eggs one at a time and continue beating. Separately, whip the cream to peaks, and stir in the cheese. Put the mass on the cake.
Wrap the bottom of the mold with foil, put it in a deep pan with water and bake the cheesecake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and then another 1 hour at 110-120. Open the turned off oven and leave it there for another half an hour. Then let it cool on the table and put it in the refrigerator overnight under the film.
13. Delicious charlotte with apples
Lush, airy and literally melts in your mouth!
You will need: 200 g flour, 200 g sugar, 3 apples, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar and continue beating for about 5 minutes. Add the sifted flour with baking powder, and finally add the chopped apples. Bake the charlotte in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
14. Puff roll with poppy seeds
So easy and quick, but so delicious at the same time.
You will need: 500 g puff pastry, 100 g poppy seeds, 140 g walnuts, 80 g honey, 1 egg.
Cooking: Pour poppy seeds with boiling water for half an hour, drain the water, mash it with a crush and mix with honey and chopped nuts. Roll out the dough, lay out the filling, roll it up and brush it with a beaten egg. Bake the roll in the oven until a beautiful golden crust at 200 degrees – about 40 minutes.
15. Blueberry pie with sour cream filling
The perfect baking recipe for the season of fresh berries.
You will need: 320 g flour, 150 g sugar, 100 g butter, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs, 200 g blueberries, 1 tbsp. starch, 200 ml sour cream, 150 g powdered sugar, vanillin.
Cooking: Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and sugar, add grated cold butter, and grind everything into crumbs. Add eggs, knead the dough, wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the dough into a layer, put it in a mold and form the sides.
Mix blueberries with starch, and put on the dough. Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer, and pour on top. Bake the cake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
16. Yeast cinnamon buns
No one in the house can resist this aroma!
You will need:
For test: 500 g flour, 300 ml milk, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 0.5 tsp salt, 80 g butter.
For filling: 80 g butter, 3 tbsp. brown sugar ra, 3 tbsp. ground cinnamon.
Cooking: Dilute the yeast in warm milk, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, mix with a whisk, and leave the dough warm for about 20 minutes. Add melted butter, salt and the remaining flour. Knead the dough and leave it warm for another 1 hour.
Roll out the dough thinly and brush it with melted butter for the filling. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll up a tight roll and cut into pieces. Put the buns in one form, leave for another half an hour, and brush with an egg if desired. Bake them at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
17. Chocolate chip cookie
The same cookie, with mouth-watering cracks on the surface.
You will need: 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 2 eggs, 150 g butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and baking powder.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add soft butter and beat again. Add vanilla to it. Then add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder, knead the dough and put it under the film for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Spread cookies with a spoon on parchment and bake for about 8-10 minutes at 190 degrees.
18. Banana cupcake
For banana baking, be sure to take ripe or even overripe bananas.
You will need: 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 1.5 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 100 g butter, 10 g baking powder.
Cooking: Grind bananas in a blender and mix them with eggs, sugar and melted butter. Add the sifted flour with baking powder, pour the dough into a mold and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
19. Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Very bright and rich taste, which goes especially well with coffee.
You will need: 1 cup flour, 1 cup walnuts, 2 eggs, 100 g chocolate, 1/2 cup raisins, 2 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp baking powder.
Cooking: Finely chop chocolate and walnuts. Rub eggs with sugar, add flour with baking powder, and mix. Add chocolate, nuts, and raisins, and spoon the cookies onto the parchment. Bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
20. Brushwood in the oven
Brushwood is most often deep fried, but we offer an oven option.
You will need: 200 g flour, 35 g butter, 2 egg yolks, 70 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Mix dry ingredients, grate cold butter there and grind everything into crumbs. Add yolks with sour cream, and knead the dough. Put it in a film for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Then divide the dough into pieces and roll out thinly, about 1 mm.
Cut into strips 2.5-3 cm thick, make an incision on each strip and roll the brushwood. Put the blanks on parchment and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
