You will need: 2 cups of kefir, 2 cups of semolina, 1 cup of sugar, 100 g of butter, 2 eggs, 10 g of baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt.

Cooking: Pour semolina with kefir and leave for 15 minutes. Add sugar, soft butter, salt, vanilla and eggs and mix everything. Add flour with baking powder, pour the dough into a mold and bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

2. Sochniki with cottage cheese

Favorite pies with crumbly dough and juicy curd filling.

You will need:
For test: 250 g flour, 1 tsp soda, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. Sahara.
For filling: 200 g cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. Sahara.
For lubrication: 1 egg, 1 tbsp. milk, 40 g sugar.

Cooking: Add soda slaked with vinegar and the rest of the ingredients to the sifted flour. Chop with a knife, and then quickly knead a homogeneous dough, wrap in a film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Beat in a blender all the ingredients for the filling and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the dough and cut into circles 5 mm thick. Put a spoonful of filling on each, fold in half and pinch the corners of the juicer. Lay the pies on a baking sheet. Whisk the ingredients for the grease with a fork, grease the juicers and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

You will need: 110 g flour, 80 g butter, 80 g sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g coconut, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.

The whole secret here is in the spice set, so don’t be afraid to change it to your taste.

You will need: 250 g flour, 1 egg, 100 g butter, 100 g powdered sugar, 25 g honey, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp. cocoa, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 0.5 tsp each ground cardamom, cloves and allspice.

Cooking: Beat soft butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add egg and honey and stir. Mix all dry ingredients and combine both masses. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly, cut the cookies into molds and bake for about 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.

7. Biscuit roll

Instead of butter cream, you can take any other to taste.

You will need: 90 g flour, 1/2 can of condensed milk, 3 eggs, 90 g sugar, 6 tbsp. jam, 100 g butter, 1 pinch of salt.

Cooking: Beat eggs with salt with a mixer until foamy and add sugar, continuing to beat. Gradually add and gently fold in the flour. Pour the dough in a thin layer on parchment on a baking sheet, and bake the biscuit for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.

Cooking: Beat eggs with regular and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Mix kefir with soda and pour over eggs. Add melted butter there, and mix again. Gradually add the sifted flour.

Divide the dough in half and stir in one part of the cocoa. Pour the dough into the mold by spoonfuls, creating patterns. Bake the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees until a dry match.
