1. Salad of slightly salted salmon, avocado and arugula

In addition to sesame, you can add flax seeds or roasted peanuts.
You will need: 200 g lightly salted salmon, 1 large avocado, 100 g arugula, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Slice the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice. Grind salmon and arugula. Mix everything, add salt, ground pepper and lightly roasted sesame seeds. Drizzle salad with olive oil and toss.
2. Salad with salmon, mango, avocado and spinach

Exotic fruits go great with salmon!
You will need: 200 g salted salmon, 200 g spinach, 2 avocados, 1 mango, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the salmon, mango and avocado, tear the spinach into pieces with your hands. Mix everything, add lemon juice, salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
3. Vegetable salad with salted salmon

Cut the vegetables the same way or come up with your own shape for each.
You will need: 300 g of lightly salted salmon, 2 tomatoes, 3 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, a third of a bunch of greens, 30 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut salmon, herbs and vegetables. Mix everything, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Dress the salad with vegetable oil and mix.
4. Caesar salad with salmon and quail eggs

Dip the egg for 1 minute in boiling water, and then add to the dressing.
You will need: 250 g lightly salted salmon, 5 boiled quail eggs, 200 g tomatoes, 60 g parmesan, 150 g lettuce, a handful of croutons, 1 garlic clove, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 chicken egg, 2 tsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut salmon, tomatoes, boiled quail eggs and lettuce leaves, mix. Separately, mix mustard, oil, lemon juice, ground pepper, salt, garlic passed through a press and a raw chicken egg. Beat the mass until smooth, fields the salad with this dressing, add croutons and grated parmesan.
5. A simple salad of spinach, cucumbers and slightly salted salmon

Baby spinach can be added whole to a salad.
You will need: 200 g lightly salted salmon, 3 cucumbers, 1 bunch of spinach, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the salmon and cucumbers, tear the spinach into pieces with your hands. Mix everything in a wide salad bowl, salt and pepper. Pour in the olive oil and toss the salad again.
6. Salad with salmon, vegetables, herbs and oranges

Not only delicious, but also a very beautiful salad!
You will need: 300 g salted salmon, 150 g tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 2 medium oranges, 100 g lettuce leaves, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce leaves. Scald the orange with boiling water, remove the peel, films and disassemble into slices. Mix vegetables, lettuce, orange and salmon. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice and gently toss the salad.
7. Salad with eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers and salted salmon

You will need: 200 g salted salmon, 2 tomatoes, 3 boiled chicken eggs, 150 g hard cheese, 3 boiled potatoes, 1 large onion, 80 g mayonnaise, ground coriander, salt.
Cooking: Cut salmon, tomatoes, eggs and onions. Grate potatoes and cheese. Using a cooking ring, lay out the salad in layers in the following sequence: potatoes, salmon, onions, eggs and tomatoes. After each layer, add salt, ground coriander and mayonnaise. Sprinkle hard cheese on top. Infuse the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
9. Salad with shrimps, salted salmon, quail eggs and cucumbers

Boiled-frozen shrimp is enough just to rinse with boiling water.
You will need: 300 g chilled shrimp, 200 g salted salmon, 6 boiled quail eggs, 2 medium cucumbers, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 tsp lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt, water.

10. Salad with eggs, potatoes, green peas and slightly salted salmon

You will need: 250 g lightly salted salmon, 3 boiled chicken eggs, 200 g boiled potatoes, 1 boiled carrot, 150 g canned green peas, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt.

11. Salad with smoked salmon, potatoes, onions and herbs

You will need: 250 g of smoked salmon, 3 boiled potatoes, 1 onion, 20 g of arugula, 100 g of lettuce, a couple of sprigs of basil, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Chop salmon, potatoes and onions. Tear the arugula, basil and lettuce leaves into pieces with your hands. Mix everything, salt and pepper. Pour in the olive oil and stir gently.
12. Salad of smoked salmon, melted cheese, cucumbers and quail eggs

You will need: 200 g smoked salmon, 2 processed cheeses, 200 g cucumbers, 5 boiled quail eggs, 3 tbsp. olive oil, a handful of walnuts, ground black pepper, salt.

You will need: 200 g lightly salted salmon, 100 g mozzarella, 150 g cherry tomatoes, 150 g lettuce, 3 tbsp. olive oil, Provence herbs, ground black pepper, salt.

Cooking: Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Add ground pepper, salt and crushed garlic. Cut the salmon, feta and arugula. Mix salad, salt and season with olive oil.
19. Salad with Chinese cabbage, cucumbers and salted salmon

20. Salad with fried salmon, fresh vegetables and croutons
