You will need: 250 g pickled mussels, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, half a bunch of greens, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Vegetables, greens cut and mix. Add mussels, pepper and salt. Drizzle the salad with oil and stir.
2. Salad of pickled mussels with eggs and tomatoes

We recommend adding light or lean mayonnaise.
You will need: 250 g pickled mussels, 3 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt.
Cooking: Chop the eggs, tomatoes and onions. Mix everything in a deep bowl, add mussels, salt and season the salad with mayonnaise.
3. Potato salad with mussels and fresh vegetables

Stir the salad gently, without unnecessary movements.
You will need: 200 g pickled mussels, 3 boiled potatoes, 150 g tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 60 ml mayonnaise, salt.
Cooking: Cut potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and mix. Add marinated mussels and salt. Season the salad with mayonnaise and gently mix again.
4. Salad of mussels, Korean carrots and potatoes

Potatoes are easier to cut if you grease the knife with vegetable oil.
You will need: 200 g pickled mussels, 150 g Korean carrots, 3 boiled potatoes, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut potatoes and onions. Mix mussels, Korean carrots and chopped vegetables. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Drizzle the salad with oil and stir.
5. Salad with mussels, cucumbers and eggs

Delicious and very simple salad in 15 minutes.
You will need: 250 g pickled mussels, 2 cucumbers, 3 boiled chicken eggs, a third of a bunch of greens, 60 g mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cucumbers, eggs, greens cut and mix. Add mussels, salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
6. Salad with mussels, vegetables and herbs

It is best to defrost mussels at room temperature.
You will need: 200 g frozen mussels, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, half a bunch of lettuce, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g butter, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Defrost the mussels and fry in butter for 7-10 minutes. Add the garlic passed through the press and turn off the heat. Cut the vegetables, tear the lettuce leaves into pieces with your hands. Mix the salad, add vegetable oil, ground pepper and salt.
7. Fresh Chinese cabbage salad, herbs and pickled mussels

By analogy, you can cook such a salad with white cabbage.
You will need: 200 g pickled mussels, 300 g Beijing cabbage, half a bunch of greens, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage into strips, grate the carrots, chop the greens. Mix the salad in a deep bowl, add the mussels, salt and olive oil.
8. Salad with mussels, shrimps, arugula and oranges

Great salad for seafood lovers!
You will need: 200 g frozen mussels, 200 g chilled shrimp, 100 g arugula, 2 garlic cloves, 1 large orange, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 40 g butter, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Defrost the mussels and fry in butter until tender. At the end, add ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through a press. Rinse the shrimp with boiling water, remove the shells and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the orange from the peel, films and chop. Mix mussels, shrimp, arugula and orange. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Dress the salad with olive oil.
9. Salad with mussels, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs

You will need: 200 g pickled mussels, 150 g sun-dried tomatoes, 200 g lettuce, half a bunch of arugula, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Slice sundried tomatoes. Tear lettuce leaves and arugula into pieces with your hands. Mix everything, add mussels, salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
10. Warm salad of mussels, pickled mushrooms and fresh vegetables

Bright and appetizing warm salad for dinner!
You will need: 300 g frozen mussels, 200 g pickled mushrooms, 3 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 40 g butter, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Defrost the mussels and fry in butter for 7-10 minutes. Before turning off the salt, pepper and add the garlic passed through the press. Cut vegetables and mushrooms. Mix the salad, add salt and season with vegetable oil.
11. Spicy salad with mussels and green beans

Beans can be boiled or fried in oil.
You will need: 250 g pickled mussels, 200 g green beans, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp. sesame, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, ground black pepper, ground ginger, salt.
Cooking: Cut the green beans and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Mix mussels, green beans, sesame seeds and garlic passed through a press. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, spices and salt.
12. Salad with mussels, mozzarella, tomatoes and herbs

With small mozzarella, the salad turns out more beautiful.
You will need: 300 g marinated mussels, 150 g perlini mozzarella, 3 tomatoes, 100 g spinach, 100 g lettuce, half a bunch of arugula, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut up the tomatoes. Tear spinach, arugula and lettuce into pieces with your hands. Mix everything, add mussels, mozzarella, oil, ground pepper and salt. Sprinkle the finished salad with soy sauce.
13. Salad with squid, mussels and chips

Not just a salad recipe, but a real lifesaver when there is little free time.
You will need: 2 squid carcasses, 250 g marinated mussels, 150 g lettuce leaves, 3 tomatoes, 100 g chips, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Boil squid carcasses for 4 minutes, cool and cut. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces with your hands, chop the tomatoes. Mix everything, add mussels, salt, ground pepper and oil. Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with whole or lightly crushed chips.
14. Layered salad with mussels, eggs and corn

The easiest way to determine the freshness of pickled mussels is by aroma.
You will need: 200 g pickled mussels, 300 g boiled potatoes, 3 boiled chicken eggs, half a can of canned corn, 1 onion, 80 ml mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Grate potatoes and eggs, finely chop the onion. Drain the corn in a colander and rinse. Layer potatoes, mussels, onions, eggs and corn. After potatoes, onions and eggs, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
15. Salad of seaweed, mussels and onions

This salad is ready in minutes!
You will need: 200 g pickled seaweed, 200 g pickled mussels, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut seaweed and onion, mix. Add marinated mussels, salt and pepper. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently.
16. Salad with pickled mussels, eggs, vegetables and croutons

Try to experiment and add several types of croutons to the salad.
You will need: 300 g pickled mussels, 3 boiled chicken eggs, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 g crackers, 60 ml mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Mix mussels, vegetables and crushed garlic. Add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise. Add croutons to salad just before serving.
17. Salad with mussels, grapefruit and feta

Ripe grapefruit is in most cases a beautiful reddish color.
You will need: 250 g marinated mussels, 1 grapefruit, 200 g feta, 100 g salad x leaves, 100 g of arugula, 3 tbsp. olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Peel the grapefruit from the peel, films and disassemble into small pieces. Cut the feta into small cubes. Tear lettuce leaves and arugula into pieces with your hands. Mix everything, add mussels, salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
18. Salad of fried mussels, Beijing cabbage and pineapples

You will need: 300 g frozen mussels, 300 g Chinese cabbage, 150 g pineapples, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g butter, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Defrost the mussels and fry in butter until tender. Before turning off, add salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through a press. Cut cabbage and pineapple. Mix the salad, add salt and season with mayonnaise.
19. Salad with mussels, celery and apples

A healthy salad that all adherents of proper nutrition will appreciate.
You will need: 250 g pickled mussels, 2 apples, 1 carrot, 150 g celery stalks, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grate the carrots, chop the celery stalks. Mix everything, add mussels, ground pepper, salt, Dijon mustard and oil.
20. Salad with mussels, funchose and fresh vegetables

Salads with glass noodles are now at the peak of popularity.
You will need: 250 g pickled mussels, 100 g funchose, 1 bell pepper, 2 cucumbers, 2 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of greens, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tsp lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Funchoza pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes, put in a colander and rinse. Cut vegetables and herbs. Mix mussels, funchose, vegetables and herbs. Add minced garlic, salt and ground pepper. Pour in lemon juice, vegetable oil and gently mix the salad.
