
Funchoza is a transparent noodle, the main advantage of which is its versatility. For example, it is good both warm and cold. So this time we have found as many as 20 funchose salad recipes for all occasions!
1. Warm salad with funchose and chicken liver

Instead of the liver, you can take other offal.
You will need: 200 g funchose, 500 g chicken liver, 4 tsp. mustard, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 ml of soy sauce, 100 g of corn, 100 g of carrots, 100 g of peas, 100 g of celery, spices.
Cooking: Cut the liver into pieces and fry. Separately, stew the vegetables a little and boil the funchose. Mix the ingredients and dress the salad with soy sauce with garlic, mustard and spices.
2. Salad with funchose, chicken and broccoli

Substitute turkey for chicken if desired.
You will need: 600 g of chicken, 100 g of funchose, 1 broccoli, 150 g of green beans, 1 bunch of green onions, 2 cloves of garlic, soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Divide the broccoli into florets and boil it until soft with green beans. Cut the chicken into strips and fry in spices. Boil funchose separately, mix all the ingredients and add garlic and green onions. Dress the salad with soy sauce.
3. Salad with funchose and egg pancakes

Very tender and light, but at the same time satisfying.
You will need: 50 g funchose, 3 eggs, 6 tbsp. yogurt, 3 tbsp. flour, spices, 2 cucumbers, 100 g Chinese cabbage, 200 g cooked chicken.
Cooking: Beat an egg with half the yogurt and flour, fry thin egg pancakes and cut into strips. In the same way, cut cucumbers, Chinese cabbage and chicken into strips. Boil the funchose, mix the salad and season with the remaining yogurt.
4. Salad with funchose and beef

Let the salad rest for a couple of hours in the refrigerator before serving.
You will need: 100 g funchose, 300 g beef, 1 pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 60 ml soy sauce, spices, 0.5 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Sahara.
Cooking: Cut the beef into strips and fry until tender. Cut all vegetables into thin strips and stew separately. Boil funchose, combine the ingredients and add soy sauce with vinegar, sugar and spices. Stir the salad and let it cool.
5. Salad with funchose and beets

One of the most unusual and bright recipes.
You will need: 200 g funchose, 1 beetroot, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts, herbs, olive oil.
Cooking: Boil the beets until tender and grate on a coarse grater. Add the prepared funchose there and season the salad with soy sauce with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle it with herbs and nuts.
6. Korean funchose salad

If there is a grater for Korean carrots, use it.
You will need: 200 g funchose, 150 g carrots, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, spices, olive oil, soy sauce.
Cooking: Boil the funchose, and cut all the vegetables as thin as possible and mix. Add spices and crushed garlic, and dress the salad with oil and soy sauce.
7. Salad with funchose and shrimps

Spicy dietary salad for those who follow the figure.
You will need: 60 g funchose, 100 g shrimp, lettuce leaves, half a red onion, half a cucumber, greens, 2 tbsp. olive oil and soy sauce, 1 tsp each. mustard and honey.
Cooking: Boil funchose and shrimp until cooked, cut the cucumber into strips, and the onion into feathers. Add chopped greens and lettuce leaves to the salad, and dressing with the remaining ingredients.
8. Salad with funchose and quinoa

It would be difficult to come up with such an original recipe on your own!
You will need: 150 g funchose, 1 handful of quinoa, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and olive oil, 100 g cabbage, green onions, spices.
Cooking: Boil the quinoa and funchose, and chop the cabbage and knead with your hands. Mix the ingredients, add spices and chopped green onions, sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and oil.
9. Green salad with funchose

Very fresh, light and pretty.
You will need: 100 g funchose, 2 cucumbers, 1 bunch of green onions, 1 bunch of herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil and soy sauce, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, spices.
Cooking: Boil funchose, grate cucumbers on a Korean grater and chop all the greens with garlic. Mix oil, soysauce, sugar, spices and lemon juice, and drizzle over the salad.
10. Salad with funchose, radish and cabbage

You can add fried meat here.
You will need: 200 g funchose, 1 carrot, 100 g radish, 150 g cabbage, half an onion, half a pepper, soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Boil the funchose, chop the cabbage, and cut the rest of the vegetables into thin strips. Toss the salad and top with the spiced soy sauce.
11. Salad with funchose and squid

Take canned squids or boil them raw for 3 minutes in boiling water.
You will need: 100 g funchose, 300 g squid, 5 champignons, butter, spices, lemon juice and wine vinegar.
Cooking: Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in butter with spices. Boil funchose, add squid and mushrooms, and sprinkle the salad with wine vinegar and lemon juice.
12. Salad with funchose, tomatoes and fresh mushrooms

Select the most beautiful mushrooms and be sure to clean the hats.
You will need: 50 g funchose, 100 g champignons, 100 g cherry tomatoes, lettuce, teriyaki sauce, sesame.
Cooking: Cut the mushrooms into slices and marinate in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes. Add ready-made funchose, cherry quarters and torn lettuce leaves to them. Mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
13. Salad with funchose and tuna

Choose canned tuna in its own juice.
You will need: 50 g funchose, 120 g canned tuna, 80 g peppers, 100 g tomatoes, green onions, herbs, olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Boil the funchose, mash the tuna with a fork and cut the vegetables into strips. Chop the greens, mix the salad, season it and drizzle with oil.
14. Salad with funchose and beans

Canned red beans are best.
You will need: 200 g funchose, 1 can of beans, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Boil the funchose, rinse the beans and grate the carrots on a Korean grater. Drizzle the salad with lemon juice, add crushed garlic and herbs, and season to taste.
15. Salad with funchose and red fish

Salted red fish goes very well with glass noodles.
You will need: 100 g funchose, 100 g red fish, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Boil the funchose, cut the fish into strips, and the vegetables into thin strips. Dress the salad with oil and soy sauce and add spices with fragrant herbs.
16. Salad with funchose and crab sticks

A wonderful alternative to the same type of crab salads.
You will need: 50 g funchose, 4 crab sticks, 100 g cucumbers, 100 g peppers, 100 g carrots, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, garlic, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Boil the funchose and cut all the vegetables and crab sticks into strips. Add chopped herbs and garlic. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil and spices and dress the salad.
17. Salad with funchose and radish

You can’t imagine an even simpler salad recipe!
You will need: 50 g funchose, 1 carrot, 4 radishes, half a red onion, half a green radish, spices.
Cooking: Boil the funchose according to the instructions, cut the onion into thin half rings, and the rest of the vegetables into strips. Season the salad and drizzle with vegetable oil, if desired.
18. Salad with funchose and ham

We recommend serving it warm.
You will need: 100 g funchose, 100 g ham, 150 g carrots, 1 onion, 150 g daikon, soy sauce.
Cooking: Cut the ham into strips, and the onion into half rings, and fry them until golden. Add the finished funchose there and mix. Grate carrots and daikon on a Korean grater and season the salad with soy sauce.
19. Salad with funchose and cheese

It is prepared in just a couple of minutes until the funchose is cooked.
You will need: 50 g of funchose, 10 crab sticks, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 100 g of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sour cream and mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the funchose, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and randomly chop the crab sticks with the tomato. Lettuce leaves are narvi with your hands, and for dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and soy sauce.
20. Salad with funchose and pork

Classic Beijing noodle salad.
You will need: 50 g funchose, 200 g Chinese cabbage, 250 g pork, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 cucumbers, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. soy sauce and wine vinegar, a pinch of sugar, garlic and spices.
Cooking: Cut the pork into strips and fry until tender. Boil the funchose, and cut the vegetables as thin as possible. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and spices and dress the salad.
