
Cheese will easily decorate any dish, but it is especially good in this selection of salad recipes. We have specially collected options more interesting and with different ingredients. Choose to your taste!
1. Salad with mushrooms, cheese and carrots

Serve the salad warm or cold, whichever you prefer.
You will need: 200 g mushrooms, 100 g cheese, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 pickled cucumber, herbs, sour cream and mustard.
Cooking: Fry the mushrooms with onions and fry the grated carrots separately. Add diced cucumbers, grated cheese and chopped greens to them. Top with a mixture of sour cream and mustard.
2. Salad with beans and cheese

Beans are suitable boiled or canned, but we advise you to take red.
You will need: 100 g cheese, 200 g beans, 250 g mushrooms, 1 cucumber, olives, 3 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tsp mustard, lemon juice.
Cooking: Cut the mushrooms and fry in advance. Cut cheese and cucumber into cubes, mix everything with beans and halves of olives. Dress the salad with yogurt with mustard and lemon juice.
3. Salad with cheese and croutons

A light snack when you want to add color to your life.
You will need: 3 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, half a red onion, 100 g cheese, 50 g cream cheese, 3 slices of bread, olive oil.
Cooking: Coarsely break the bread and dry it in a dry frying pan. Also chop the vegetables and hard cheese coarsely, put the cream cheese on top, sprinkle the salad with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Salad with cheese and olives

The secret is to cut the cheese and cucumbers into equal pieces.
You will need: 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 2 cucumbers, 15 olives and olives, 100 g of cheese, half a lemon, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut cucumbers with cheese, chop olives and olives into rings, and randomly tear lettuce leaves. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and season with mayonnaise.
5. Salad with hunting sausages and cheese

Just five minutes – and a quick hearty salad is ready!
You will need: 100 g cheese, 150 g hunting sausages, 100 g tomatoes, 8 lettuce leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Narvi lettuce leaves, cut the tomatoes into slices, sausages into circles, and grate the cheese. Toss the salad, drizzle with olive oil and season.
6. Salad with chicken, cheese and apples

Apples choose sour, but you can multi-colored.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 150 g cheese, 2 apples, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 celery stalks, 1 red onion, 100 g spinach, 125 g yogurt, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp mustard, spices.
Cooking: Bake chicken in spices in foil for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut the apples into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice, chop the celery and onion into half rings. Cut the chicken, grate the cheese and mix the salad. Add spinach leaves, mix dressing and serve.
7. Salad with cheese and persimmon

Mozzarella or suluguni is ideal, but hard cheese is also good.
You will need: 200 g cheese, 2 persimmons, 75 g dried cranberries, 75 g nuts, 200 g salad mix, 35 g bacon, paprika, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar, 1.5 tbsp. poppy, 100 ml orange juice, 1 tsp. honey, 25 ml olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the bacon, melt the fat out of it and fry the nuts in it, and fill the cranberries with water in advance. Mix orange juice, vinegar and honey and reduce by half, add poppy seeds and olive oil with spices. Cut the persimmon and cheese, put them on lettuce leaves, send the rest of the ingredients and dressing fields there.
8. Layered salad with cheese

The main thing is not to add too much mayonnaise, so as not to lose freshness and difference in textures.
You will need: 200 g cheese, 4 eggs, 300 g tomatoes, 1 baguette, 100 g olives, mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Boil eggs, cut into cubes, lay out the first layer and brush with mayonnaise. Top with grated cheese and olive rings. Grind the baguette and bake at 160 degrees until golden. Put the next layer, spread with mayonnaise, lay out the tomatoes and mayonnaise again. Sprinkle the salad with spices or herbs to taste.
9. Salad with pink salmon and cheese

Smoked pink salmon is easy to replace with other smoked red fish.
You will need: 100 g pink salmon, 3 potatoes, 4 eggs, 1 carrot, 150 g cheese, mayonnaise, herbs, 1 onion.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and grate the yolk with the protein separately. Chop the onion and cut the boiled potatoes with carrots into cubes. Cut the pink salmon into the same cubes, and grate the cheese. Layer potatoes, mayonnaise, fish, onions, mayonnaise, protein, carrots,mayonnaise, cheese and yolk.
10. Salad with halloumi cheese and asparagus

You can use asparagus instead of asparagus.
You will need: 200 g potatoes, 200 g asparagus, 1 red onion, 150 g cherry tomatoes, 1 bunch mint, 1 bunch cilantro, 200 g halloumi cheese, 2 tbsp. flour, spices, wine vinegar.
Cooking: Boil potatoes and asparagus separately, chop together with onions, chop the greens and sprinkle everything with olive oil and wine vinegar. Cut the halloumi, roll in flour and spices, fry in a pan until golden and add to the salad too.
11. Green salad with cheese

Use different mixtures and mixes so that the salad is fresh every time.
You will need: 150 g salad mix, 1 red onion, 1 cup bread crumbs, 120 g cheese, red wine vinegar, olive oil, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tsp Sahara.
Cooking: Toast the bread crumbs in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar and spices. Randomly chop the cheese, add it to the salad mixture and chop the onion there. Dress the salad and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
12. Salad with squid, cheese and apples

An exotic combination of products turns out to be surprisingly harmonious.
You will need: 300 g squid, 100 g cheese, 300 g apples, 100 g onions, 3 eggs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the squids for 4 minutes and boil the eggs separately. Cut all the ingredients into the same small cube and season the salad with mayonnaise.
13. Salad with chicken, pineapple and cheese

Mushrooms will also be very appropriate.
You will need: 250 g chicken, 300 g mushrooms, 3 eggs, 200 g cheese, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 can of canned pineapple, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Fry the mushrooms with onions until a beautiful golden color, boil the chicken and eggs. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add grated cheese and crushed garlic, and season with mayonnaise.
14. Salad with chicken, pickled cucumbers and cheese

You can decorate the salad with herbs and rye croutons.
You will need: 300 g chicken, 150 g cheese, 200 g canned beans, 400 g corn, 3 pickled cucumbers, 200 g yogurt.
Cooking: Boil the chicken and disassemble it into fibers, add beans, corn and grated cheese to it. Cucumbers cut into small cubes, mix the salad and season with yogurt with spices.
15. Salad with tongue and cheese

Beef tongue cook for a long time, but the result is worth it!
You will need: 400 g boiled beef tongue, 100 g cheese, 2 tomatoes, half a can of olives, spices, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the tongue into strips, tomatoes into cubes, and olives into rings. Grate the cheese, mix the salad with mayonnaise and season.
16. Salad with cheese, chicken and walnuts

Chop the nuts and fry first.
You will need: 500 g chicken, 200 g cheese, 300 g mushrooms, 100 g walnuts, 2 garlic cloves, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the chicken and cut it into fibers, grate the cheese and fry the mushrooms in slices. Add nuts and crushed garlic to the salad, and mix with mayonnaise.
17. Hearty salad with cheese and pasta

To make it really a salad and not a pasta, the pasta needs to cool down first.
You will need: 200 g cheese, 400 g pasta, 300 g ham, 2 tomatoes, 2 peppers, 300 g corn, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the ham into thin slices, and the peppers and tomatoes into cubes. Add corn, cooled pasta, grated cheese and season with mayonnaise.
18. Salad with radish and cheese

A great refreshing salad in just ten minutes!
You will need: 100 g cheese, 300 g radishes, 2 cucumbers, 1 egg, herbs, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the egg and cut it with cucumbers and radishes into circles, and then into quarters. Add grated cheese and chopped greens, and dress the salad with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
19. Salad with crab sticks and cheese

Cheese-pigtail is best suited here.
You will need: 2 eggs, 2 cucumbers, 250 g crab sticks, 250 g cheese, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Beat eggs with milk, fry a thin omelet and cut it into strips. Grind cheese and cucumbers with crab sticks, mix the salad and add some mayonnaise.
20. Salad with cabbage and cheese

For exotic, take brynza or dorblu, and for every day – ordinary hard cheese.
Tyou will need: 200 g of white cabbage, 1 carrot, 100 g of cheese, 1 clove of garlic, spices, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage, knead it with your hands and leave for half an hour. Chop carrots there and add grated or crumbled cheese. Squeeze a clove of garlic, season the salad and brush with mayonnaise.
