
Jam is not necessarily kilograms of sugar. Especially if you try to avoid sweets, watch your figure or stick to proper nutrition. For this occasion, we have collected as many as 20 excellent recipes for sugar-free jam!
1. Berry jam without sugar

Thanks to several stages of cooking, the jam still turns out thick.
You will need: 600 g berries, 1 tsp lemon juice.
Cooking: Put the berries in a saucepan and sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil for 5 minutes after boiling over medium heat, turn off and leave for an hour. Repeat the procedure twice more and immediately roll up the hot jam.
2. Berry jam with honey

Or berry honey – whichever you prefer!
You will need: 1 kg of wild berries, 1 kg of honey.
Cooking: Sort through the berries and gently mash them with a crush. Add honey and mix the jam thoroughly until smooth, and then roll into jars.
3. Jam with erythritol and stevia

Add a couple of tablespoons of chia or flax seeds for even more benefits.
You will need: 1 kg blueberries, 2 tbsp. stevia, 3 tbsp. erythritis.
Cooking: Boil the berries for 5-7 minutes or a little longer so that the juice is slightly reduced. Add sweetener, burn for another 10 minutes on fire and pour the jam into sterile jars.
4. Citrus jam without sugar

With hints of ginger for a richer taste.
You will need: 4 oranges, 2 lemons, 150 g ginger, 1 glass of water.
Cooking: Peel oranges and lemons, pass through a meat grinder, pour in water and boil for 15 minutes over low heat. Rub the ginger on a fine grater, add to the jam, mix and roll up.
5. Strawberry jam without sugar

You can take a whole berry or cut it into large pieces.
You will need: 600 g strawberries, 1 tsp lemon juice.
Cooking: Peel the strawberries, cut and send to medium heat. Boil it for 5-7 minutes after boiling and then let it cool to room temperature. Repeat this step twice more, at the end add lemon juice and put the jam in jars.
6. Cherry jam without sugar

An interesting recipe for making jam in a water bath.
You will need: 1.5 kg of cherries.
Cooking: Remove the pits from the cherries, put them in a bowl and leave for 30 minutes in a water bath over high heat. Lower the temperature slightly and continue to cook for another hour, stirring occasionally. After that, put the fire on a minimum and cook for another 1.5 hours. Roll up the jam.
7. Currant jam without sugar

A great option when you want to keep the pure taste of the berry, but there is no more space in the freezer.
You will need: 1 kg currant.
Cooking: Rinse the currants, arrange in jars and put in a saucepan on a thin towel. Pour water into the pan until about the middle of the jar and sterilize the berry for about 15-20 minutes, and then roll it up.
8. Strawberry jam without sugar

Depending on the desired result, add more honey.
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 4 tbsp. honey.
Cooking: Grind strawberries in puree in any convenient way and add honey. Divide the raw jam into sterilized jars and roll up immediately.
9. Blackberry jam without sugar

Blackberries are quite sour on their own, so we recommend adding some honey again.
You will need: 300 g blackberries, 150 g honey.
Cooking: Carefully cut large berries in half. Bring honey to a boil, add blackberries to it and boil for a couple more minutes. Divide jam into jars.
10. Redcurrant jam without sugar

But with sweet apples!
You will need: 2 kg of red currant, 1.5 kg of sweet apples.
Cooking: Put the currants on the stove and bring to a boil. Finely chop the peeled apples and add to the berries. Bring to a boil again and boil for 5-7 minutes 3 times, stirring constantly. Roll up the jam.
11. Apricot jam without sugar

By the same principle, but with more water, compote can also be prepared.
You will need: 1 kg of apricots, 1 glass of honey, 1 glass of water.
Cooking: Remove pits from apricots and cut into halves nki cube. Boil water with honey, put fruits in syrup and boil for 5 minutes after boiling. Roll jam into jars.
12. Apple jam without sugar

Delicious jam for the whole family!
You will need: 1 kg of apples, 250 ml of water.
Cooking: Cut the apples into slices, cover with water and boil for 15 minutes. Grind everything with a blender or rub through a sieve, and boil the mass again, but until it thickens. Roll jam into jars.
13. Pear and peach jam without sugar

Especially good with pancakes or as a filling for pies.
You will need: 400 g pears, 400 g peaches.
Cooking: Cut the fruit into cubes and grind with a blender until smooth. Boil the mass for 20 minutes over low heat, and then look at the desired consistency. Roll jam into jars.
14. Gooseberry jam without sugar

The jam has a beautiful green color with bright patches of zest.
You will need: 1 kg gooseberries, 4 oranges, 1 kiwi.
Cooking: Peel the orange completely and grind all the ingredients with a blender or meat grinder. Add a little zest, mix and immediately spread the jam into sterile jars.
15. Plum jam without sugar

We advise you to choose dense sweet varieties, like Hungarian.
You will need: 1 kg plums, 1 glass of water.
Cooking: Divide the plum into halves, remove the seeds and fill with water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring, until thick. This may take several hours. Roll up the jam.
16. Cloudberry jam without sugar

Cloudberries in their own juice are best stored in the refrigerator or cellar.
You will need: 1 kg of cloudberries, 1 glass of water.
Cooking: Pour the berry with water, bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes. Grind it through a sieve or grind it with a blender and roll it up.
17. Banana jam without sugar

Sweet, thick, healthy and very tasty.
You will need: 1 kg of bananas.
Cooking: Cut bananas into rings, put in a saucepan and mash with a crush. Boil the jam for about 45 minutes, stirring regularly, and remove the foam. Roll it up in jars.
18. Dogwood jam without sugar

So few calories that they can be neglected.
You will need: 2 kg dogwood, 4 tbsp. honey, 1 liter of water, 2 tsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Pour dogwood with water and boil for 10 minutes after boiling. Grind the berry through a sieve and remove the seeds, add honey and lemon juice, and then boil the mass again for another 10 minutes. Roll jam into jars.
19. Kiwi jam without sugar

For a nice consistency, add some gelatin.
You will need: 1 kg kiwi, 3 apples, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 sachet of gelatin.
Cooking: Finely chop the peeled kiwi and apples, add lemon juice and gelatin, and pour in a little water as the kiwi becomes juicy. Mix everything well, bring to a boil and boil for half an hour over low heat, and then roll up.
20. Sugar free peach and pumpkin jam

We recommend adding a pinch of vanilla to the jam.
You will need: 1 kg of peaches, 400 g of pumpkin, 100 g of dried apricots.
Cooking: Cut pumpkin and peaches into cubes, and dried apricots into strips. Cover the pumpkin with a little water and boil until soft. Then add the rest of the ingredients and boil for a couple more minutes. Divide jam into jars.
