
Stuffed eggs are a great appetizer that can be made from almost nothing. They will be appropriate for a festive buffet table, and for an ordinary family dinner. And so that you do not have to rack your brains over ideas, we have already selected the best recipes!
1. Eggs stuffed with mushrooms

The recipe uses fresh champignons, but you can even use pickled ones.
You will need: 7 eggs, 5 champignons, 1 onion, spices, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the eggs, cut in half, take out the yolks and grind. Chop and fry the onion until golden, and separately fry the chopped mushrooms. Stir and season the stuffing and stuff the eggs.
2. Stuffed eggs with cheese

A very quick everyday snack that any cheese will do.
You will need: 3 eggs, 2 cloves of garlic, 70 g of cheese, herbs, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Boil the eggs, cut in half and mash the yolks. Add grated cheese, chopped herbs, spices and mayonnaise there, and stuff the halves.
3. Eggs stuffed with liver

We recommend using chicken liver. And if you take another, be sure to soak it in milk first!
You will need: 6 eggs, 200 g liver, 2 onions, 70 g butter, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter. Add the liver there, fry until cooked and grind in a blender or with a meat grinder. Add the remaining butter, grated yolks and spices to the minced meat, and stuff the halves of the eggs.
4. Stuffed cod eggs

By the same principle, you can use any white or red fish.
You will need: 250 g cod, 1 tsp vegetable oil, 1 red onion, 4 sprigs of thyme, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 8 eggs, 100 g cream cheese, spices.
Cooking: Sprinkle cod fillet with lemon juice, brush with oil, sprinkle with spices and thyme. Wrap it in foil with onion rings and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Beat the fish with onions in a blender along with cheese, and put the mass in the refrigerator for half an hour. Make deep cuts on boiled eggs and put fish mousse into them.
5. Eggs stuffed with crab sticks

A great alternative to crab stick salad if you are tired of it for a long time!
You will need: 4 eggs, 3 crab sticks, 40 g cheese, 1 tbsp. corn, 1 clove of garlic, mayonnaise and spices.
Cooking: Boil the eggs, cut in half and mash the yolk with a fork. Add finely chopped crab sticks, grated cheese, corn, crushed garlic and mayonnaise with spices. Stuff the eggs.
6. Stuffed eggs with carrots

Carrots give a beautiful color and pleasant fresh notes in taste.
You will need: 6 eggs, 100 g soft cheese, 1 carrot, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 bunch of greens.
Cooking: Boil the eggs, cut in half and mash the yolks with a fork. Add to them finely grated cheese and carrots, crushed garlic, chopped herbs and yogurt. Stir the filling and divide in half.
7. Eggs stuffed with red fish

A simple but very delicious recipe for a beautiful appetizer.
You will need: 10 eggs, 150 g red fish, 60 g cream cheese, 1 garlic clove, herbs, chili pepper, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Cooking: Finely chop the red fish and mix it with cheese, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, chopped herbs and spices. In this recipe, we recommend that you do without the yolks and save them for another dish. Stuff the egg white halves with the stuffing.
8. Stuffed eggs with shrimp

The whole secret is in the aromatic spicy yogurt-based sauce.
You will need: 6 eggs, 150 g shrimp, 1.5 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. 20% cream, 1.5 tbsp. yogurt, herbs, zest, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. grainy mustard.
Cooking: Mix boiled yolks with yogurt, mustard and cream. Add lemon juice and zest, pepper, chopped greens and finely chopped shrimp there. Fill the egg halves with filling.
9. Eggs stuffed with squid and green peas

A very original recipe to surprise guests and household members!
You will need: 6 eggs, 1 squid, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 sprigs of dill, a quarter of an onion, 2 tbsp. canned peas, spices.
Cooking: Boil the squid in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and eat in small cubes. Cut the boiled eggs in half and chop the yolk. Mix the yolk, squid, chopped onion, peas and mayonnaise with spices, and spread the filling over the eggs.
10. Stuffed eggs with dried forest mushrooms

Such mushrooms are much more aromatic than ordinary champignons.
You will need: 8 eggs, 70 g dried mushrooms, 1 onion, 50 g butter, mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Rinse the mushrooms well, pour a glass of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes and then boil for another 10 minutes in the same water. Chop and fry the onion, add chopped mushrooms to it, and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. Cut the boiled eggs in half, take out the yolks, mash and add them to the filling. Season the mushroom mixture and stuff the eggs.
11. Eggs stuffed with cod liver

If desired, you can add a spoonful of mayonnaise for consistency.
You will need: 6 eggs, 100 g cod liver, spices, green onions.
Cooking: Mash cod liver well with a fork, season, add chopped green onions and grated yolks. Stuff the egg halves with the mixture.
12. Stuffed eggs with red caviar

Here it is important to maintain balance and proportions so that all tastes harmoniously combine and do not interrupt each other.
You will need: 4 eggs, 50 g cream cheese, 3 green onions, 4 tbsp. red caviar, spices.
Cooking: Cut the boiled eggs in half and chop the yolks. Add a spoonful of yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise as needed for consistency. Add soft cheese and chopped green onions there, roll the filling into balls and put it back into eggs, and put red caviar on top.
13. Eggs stuffed with tuna

Suitable tuna in its own juice and in oil – as you like.
You will need: 4 eggs, 1 can of tuna, 3 green onions, 1 tsp. granular mustard, olives, spices.
Cooking: Mash the tuna with a fork along with the yolks of the boiled eggs. Finely chop green onions and olives, and add to the filling along with mustard and spices. Stuff the eggs.
14. Stuffed eggs with chicken and celery

Delicious low-calorie recipe for those who watch their diet.
You will need: 6 eggs, 3 tbsp. yogurt, a pinch of chili, 150 g of boiled chicken, half a carrot, half a stalk of celery, 2 tbsp. grated cheese, greens.
Cooking: Finely chop the chicken, vegetables and greens, and mix everything with grated cheese, spices and yogurt. Add grated boiled yolks to the filling, and spread the mass into halves of the protein.
15. Eggs stuffed with herring and beets

Almost a herring under a fur coat, only in miniature!
You will need: 5 eggs, 1 beet, 1 carrot, mayonnaise, 1 bunch of green onions, 200 g of herring, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Boil beets and carrots and grate. Cut the boiled eggs in half, chop the yolks and add to the vegetables. Add chopped herbs, green onions, spices and mayonnaise there. Put the filling in half of the egg, and put a piece of herring on top.
16. Stuffed eggs with avocado

The perfect combination of protein and healthy fats!
You will need: 4 eggs, half an avocado, a pinch of paprika, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 3 leaves of spinach, 3 sprigs of cilantro, spices.
Cooking: Mash the avocado with a fork or chop in a blender. Add grated boiled yolks, lemon juice, finely chopped herbs and spices. If the mass is too dry, add a little yogurt, sour cream or Dijon mustard. Stuff the eggs.
17. Eggs stuffed with pickles

Due to the contrast in the textures of the products, these stuffed eggs are completely different from the rest.
You will need: 4 eggs, 2 pickles, herbs, mayonnaise, garlic, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the cucumbers and mix with crushed garlic, chopped herbs and yolks. Add mayonnaise with spices to the desired taste and consistency, and stuff the egg halves.
18. Stuffed eggs with sausage

A quick and inexpensive recipe for stuffed eggs from simple products in the refrigerator.
You will need: 3 eggs, 80 g sausage, 40 g cheese, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Boil the eggs, cut in half, take out the yolks and chop them. Cut the sausage into small cubes, grate the cheese, mix all the stuffing, add spices and chopped herbs, and season with mayonnaise. Put it back into the eggs.
19. Eggs stuffed with tomatoes

This filling for eggs is juicier, softer and lighter.
You will need: 3 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 6 olives, 1 tsp. yogurt, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 20 g cheese.
Cooking: Cut tomatoes, olives and cheese into small cubes, and season them with a mixture of yoghurt and mustard. Boil the eggs, cut in half, take out the yolks and fill with stuffing. Grate the yolks on a fine grater and sprinkle the appetizer on top.
20. Stuffed eggs with olives and olives

Be sure to take olives and pitted olives.
You will need: 5 eggs, 8 olives each, 3 tbsp. yogurt, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Boil the eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks and chop. Finely chop olives and olives to them, and add yogurt with spices and herbs. You can crumble some feta if you like. Stuff the eggs with stuffing.
