1. Oatmeal pancake

Cook separately and wrap any filling in it: chopped vegetables, fruits, cottage cheese with herbs.
You will need: 1 egg, 3.5 tbsp. oatmeal, 3.5 tbsp. milk, vegetable oil, salt.
Cooking: Grind oatmeal in a blender and mix all the ingredients with a whisk. Fry the pancake on both sides with a minimum amount of oil, immediately lay out the filling to taste and fold it in half.
2. Egg roll with ham

A more interesting variation of the banal omelet.
You will need: 1 egg, spices, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tbsp. yogurt.
Cooking: Beat the egg with spices, spread a thin layer over the pan and fry a thin omelet for literally half a minute on both sides. Let it cool slightly, brush with yogurt, put on a slice of ham and cheese, and roll up.
3. Japanese snack

It is best to take sushi rice here, because it sticks together well.
You will need: 1 nori sheet, 120 g boiled rice, 50 g cucumber, 75 g crab sticks, 1 lettuce leaf.
Cooking: Cut the cucumber and crab sticks into strips. Place half of the rice in a square in the center on the nori, all the stuffing and then half of the rice again. Wrap the nori in an envelope.
4. Baked apples with cottage cheese

Apples bake very quickly, so they can pass for a healthy quick snack.
You will need: 3 apples, 100 g cottage cheese, walnuts, raisins.
Cooking: Mix cottage cheese with walnuts and raisins. Remove the cores of the apples and stuff with this mass. Bake apples in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Sandwiches with chicken and vegetables

For such a snack, you will need boiled or baked chicken.
You will need: 2 slices of bread, 100 g chicken fillet, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 tsp. olive oil, 0.5 tomato, 0.5 cucumber, 0.5 purple onion, 1 garlic clove.
Cooking: Dry the bread in a dry frying pan, rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Put lettuce leaves, chicken and vegetables cut into plates on one piece. Top with second slice of bread.
6. Oatmeal in a jar

Prepare it in advance, and then a healthy snack will always be at hand!
You will need: 50 g oatmeal, 0.5 cup yogurt, 0.5 apple, 1 tsp. cocoa.
Cooking: Peel the apple and grate. Send all the ingredients in a jar, shake well and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
7. Bread with avocado and salmon

Choose any rice or cereal to taste.
You will need: 2-4 loaves, 1 avocado, 100 g salmon, 80 g curd cheese, 4 sprigs of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Lubricate the bread with cottage cheese. Mash the avocado with a fork, mix with spices and chopped herbs, and put on top. Place salmon pieces on top.
8. Quick Tuna Pate

Canned tuna in oil is great because a little extra fat is a plus.
You will need: 2 cans of tuna, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 sprigs of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Randomly chop the onion and carrot, and lightly fry until soft. Chop the greens and grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season the pate.
9. Baked tomatoes with cheese

If you have an oven and 15 minutes of time, you will definitely like this tasty and healthy snack!
You will need: 3 tomatoes, 100 g hard cheese, 1 tbsp. olive oil, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Cut all tomatoes in half. Lay them cut side up on parchment, sprinkle with spices and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle tomatoes with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
10. Eggplant with garlic and cheese

A very quick, tasty and healthy snack during eggplant season.
You will need: 1 eggplant, 40 ml of yogurt, 40 g of curd cheese, 40 g of hard cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 sprigs of herbs.
Cooking: Cut the eggplant into slices and fry on both sides. Mix all the other ingredients in a blender and put the cheese-garlic mass on the eggplants.
11. Bulgarian pepper with cottage cheese

It needs to be baked in the oven, but literally 10-15 minutes is enough for you.
You will need: 2 bell peppers, 100 g cottage cheese, 20 g basil, spices.
Cooking: Mix cottage cheese with spices and chopped basil. Cut the pepper in half, remove the middle and stuff with cottage cheese. Send it for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.
12. Lavash roll with crab sticks

If you wish, you can fry the roll until crispy, or vice versa – send it to soak in the refrigerator.
You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 4 tbsp. yogurt, 1 processed cheese, 120 g crab sticks, 1 tomato, 0.5 bell pepper.
Cooking: Cut all the ingredients into strips. Lubricate pita bread with yogurt, lay out the filling and wrap a tight roll, tucking the edges from below and above.
13. Quick zucchini rolls

In fact, any filling is suitable for such quick and tasty rolls.
You will need: 2 zucchini, 150 g curd cheese, 0.5 bunch of greens, 1 tomato, 0.5 bell pepper.
Cooking: Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry on both sides for a couple of minutes. Mix cottage cheese, chopped greens and finely chopped tomato with bell pepper. Wrap the stuffing in zucchini slices.
14. Curd and berry mousse

When you want something tender and light, but at the same time affordable and fast.
You will need: 150 g cottage cheese, 70 g yogurt, 100 g berries, 20 g dark chocolate.
Cooking: Mix cottage cheese with yogurt, add grated berries and mix again. Put the mass in a glass or bowl and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
15. Tuna sandwich

We advise you to choose whole grain bread, because it is much healthier.
You will need: 2 slices of bread, 0.5 cans of tuna, a handful of arugula, 1 tomato, 0.5 bell peppers, 0.5 tbsp. balsamic.
Cooking: Place arugula, sliced tomato and bell pepper on one slice of bread. Add tuna and drizzle with balsamic. Cover everything with a second piece of bread.
16. Salad with radish and cottage cheese

Nothing needs to be boiled, fried or cooked for a long time. Healthy and quick snack in 5 minutes!
You will need: 200 g cottage cheese, 100 g radish, 30 g yogurt, 4 green onions, spices.
Cooking: Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, finely chop the green onion and cut the radish into thin slices. Dress the salad with yogurt and season.
17. Apple canapes with peanut butter

A very interesting and tasty snack for children and adults.
You will need: 2 apples, 40 g peanut butter, 40 g granola.
Cooking: Cut out the apple cores and cut them into thin slices. Brush one slice with peanut butter, crush with granola, and top with apple again. Alternate layers as many times as you want.
18. Curd-banana dessert

Suitable for breakfast, and for tea, and just when you want a sweet snack.
You will need: 150 g of cottage cheese, 2 bananas, 60 ml of kefir, 1 tbsp. cocoa, 1 handful of berries.
Cooking: Beat cottage cheese, bananas and kefir with a blender, add cocoa and mix until smooth. Serve this dessert with fresh berries or nuts.
19. Bruschetta with mozzarella and tomatoes

Drizzle with basil, if desired, or add a dash of pesto.
You will need: 4 slices of baguette, 1 handful of arugula, 1 tsp. olive oil, 80 g mozzarella, 4 cherry tomatoes.
Cooking: Dry the baguette pieces in a pan and drizzle with oil. Arrange the cherry tomato wedges, mozzarella balls and arugula leaves on top of the bruschettas.
20. Smoothie with cottage cheese

What could be easier and faster for a snack than just whipping all the ingredients in a blender?
You will need: 100 g cottage cheese, 100 ml milk, 1 banana, 50 g oatmeal, 1 tsp. honey.
Cooking: Lightly grind the oatmeal in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk everything well until smooth.
