1. Carrot cutlets with walnuts

Such an unusual PP snack will appeal even to those who do not like vegetable dishes.

You will need: 2 carrots, 1 tbsp. raisins, 1 tbsp. walnuts, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. flour.

Cooking: Grate the carrots, chop the nuts and mix all the ingredients. Spread the minced meat on the pan with a spoon and fry on both sides.

2. Chicken roll with spinach

It takes time to prepare, but the result is worth it!

You will need: 1 chicken breast, 150 g hard cheese, 100 g spinach, spices.

Cooking: Cut the chicken breast into several pieces and beat it into thin layers. Sprinkle with spices. Finely chop the spinach, fry until reduced in volume and put on the chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese, roll up tight rolls and fasten them with a toothpick. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

3. Cabbage PP muffins

They taste best with young cabbage.

You will need: 200 ml yogurt, 150 g cabbage, 1 egg, 1 tsp. soda, spices, 50 ml vegetable oil, 140 g flour, herbs.

Cooking: Mix yogurt with egg, soda, spices and vegetable oil. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Add finely chopped cabbage and chopped greens, mix, put in molds and bake muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. Lavash roll with cottage cheese and olives

Lavash rolls are good because you can wrap any filling in them.

You will need: 3 sheets of pita bread, 400 g of cottage cheese, 200 g of sour cream, 1 bunch of herbs, 0.5 cans of olives, 3 cloves of garlic.

Cooking: Lubricate a sheet of pita bread with a thin layer of sour cream, cover with a second sheet and repeat again. Mix the grated cottage cheese with chopped herbs, garlic and olives, put on top, roll up the roll, wrap it in film and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

5. Herring pate with cottage cheese

Although there is butter, there is very little of it. So quite PP!

You will need: 2 herring, 250 g cottage cheese, 2 handfuls of walnuts, 2 tbsp. butter, spices.

Cooking: Peel the herring, fry the nuts in a pan and grind everything together with the cottage cheese in a blender. Add butter to the desired consistency and season the pâté.

6. Rolls of crab sticks

Cheese filling goes especially well into such rolls so that they can be neatly rolled.

You will need: 10 crab sticks, 150 g cream cheese, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 handful of nuts, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper.

Cooking: Grind garlic, chili, nuts and herbs in a blender and mix with cream cheese. Unfold the crab sticks, grease with this mass and roll back.

The main thing is to choose delicious spicy salted herring.

You will need: 150 g herring, 1 apple, 150 g cottage cheese, 100 g 25% sour cream, 30 g herbs, spices.

Cooking: Pass the herring and the peeled apple through the meat grinder several times. Beat cottage cheese with sour cream in a blender, add chopped greens, and mix everything together. Season the mincemeat.

8. Stuffed champignons

The advantage is that any meat or vegetable filling is suitable here.

You will need: 10 mushrooms, 100 g mozzarella, 5 cherry tomatoes, 2 basil leaves, spices, olive oil.

Cooking: Finely chop the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil, drizzle with olive oil and season. Remove the legs from the mushrooms and, if desired, cut a couple of them into the filling. Stuff the mushroom caps and send for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

You can add olives or other stuffing inside.

You will need: 200 g nuts, 100 g feta, 100 g cottage cheese, 20 g basil.

Cooking: Grind feta, cottage cheese and basil in a blender, and roll balls from this mass. Roll them in chopped roasted nuts and serve with skewers.

An excellent PP recipe for the lazy - with a minimum of effort. Serve caviar with bread or in tartlets.

You will need: 2 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.

Cooking: Remove the skin from the tomatoes, coarsely chop all the vegetables and put them in a sleeve. Drizzle with olive oil, season, stir and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven. Drain excess juice and chop the vegetables with a blender.

11. Classic eggplant appetizer

A seasonal snack that the whole family and guests will love.

You will need: 2 eggplants, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 0.5 bunch of cilantro, 70 g of sour cream, spices.

Cooking: Cut the eggplant into slices and place on a baking sheet. Lubricate with sour cream and put on the onion ring. Sprinkle with spices, brush with sour cream again, and put in a circle of tomato. Lubricate with the remaining sour cream, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

12. Peppers stuffed with cottage cheese

13. Tomatoes with vegetables and yogurt

You will need: 4 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. yogurt, herbs, spices.

Cooking: Grate carrot and apple, chop onion and herbs, and mix everything with yogurt and spices. Cut the tomatoes into rings, put the mixture on them and send them to the refrigerator.

14. Stuffed cherry tomatoes with tuna

Choose tuna in its own juice because it has fewer calories and extra fat.

You will need: 20 cherry tomatoes, 1 can of tuna, 1 melted cheese, 1 egg, spices, herbs.

Cooking: Boil an egg and grate with melted cheese. Mix with tuna, herbs and spices. Cut off the tops of the cherry tomatoes, remove the middle and stuff with this mixture.

15. Bruschetta with tuna

If you are preparing an appetizer for the festive table, then decorate it with red caviar.

You will need: 130 g salmon, 1 long cucumber, 40 g Philadelphia cheese, herbs, 40 g avocado.

Cooking: Cut the cucumber into very thin slices with a vegetable peeler, blot with paper towels and fold with an overlap in one layer. Brush with Philadelphia, sprinkle with chopped herbs and lay out thin slices of salmon and avocado. Roll up a tight roll and cut with a wet knife.

17. PP appetizer with shrimp

You will need: 8 large shrimp, 1 avocado, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, 1 chili pepper, 100 g curd cheese, 6-8 cherry tomatoes, herbs, spices.

Cooking: Grind the avocado, garlic, chili and spices in a blender and drizzle with lemon juice. Boil the shrimp for a couple of minutes and peel. Mix curd cheese with chopped greens, and cut cherry tomatoes into slices. Layer the avocado, cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, and shrimp on top.

Pretty original PP appetizer, which you can definitely surprise!

You will need: 3 avocados, 2 tomatoes, 0.5 cucumbers, 0.5 bell peppers, 1 garlic clove, 40 g purple onion, 2 tbsp. tahini, spices.

Cooking: Cut the avocado in half and remove some of the pulp. Cut it into small cubes, and cut all the vegetables in the same way. Mince the garlic, season the vegetables and mix with the tahini. Put everything back into the avocado halves.

19. PP hummus

Such a snack is also perfectly stored for several days in a closed jar.

You will need: 150 g chickpeas, 0.5 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. tahini, thyme, garlic, chili, spices.

Cooking: Boil the chickpeas until cooked according to the instructions and grind it with a blender, adding the broth to a convenient consistency. Add all other ingredients and spices, and again grind everything until smooth.

20. Zucchini roll

Before serving, cut the roll into slices.approximately 10 mm thick.

You will need: 600 g zucchini, 2 eggs, 50 g hard cheese, 3 garlic cloves, 100 g cottage cheese, 100 g sour cream, 1 tsp. mustard, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.

Cooking: Grate zucchini, squeeze and mix with crushed garlic and beaten eggs. Add grated cheese and spices, put everything on parchment with a layer of 1 cm and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard and chopped greens. Lubricate the zucchini base, gently roll a tight roll and let it stand for about an hour and soak.
