1. Classic pollock recipe in batter

Do not add a lot of spices, they will kill the delicate flavor of the fish.
You will need: 500 g of pollock, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. milk, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground coriander, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and ground coriander. Mix eggs, milk, salt, ground black pepper and flour. Beat the mass until smooth with a mixer or whisk.
Dip the pollock in batter, put it on a heated frying pan with oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
2. Pollock in cheese batter

Very appetizing and easy!
You will need: 500 g pollock, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. flour, 100 g hard cheese, 50 ml milk, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground coriander, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock, sprinkle with salt and ground coriander. Whisk the eggs with salt, ground pepper and milk. Add grated cheese, flour and mix the batter until smooth.
Dip each piece of pollock in batter and put on a hot frying pan with oil. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Pollock in mustard-sour cream batter

Mild mustard is more suitable for this recipe.
You will need: 400 g pollock, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. mustard, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 60 g flour, 100 ml. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the pollock fillet, salt and pepper. Whisk eggs with salt and ground pepper. Add mustard, sour cream, flour and mix well.
Dip the pollock in batter and put it on a heated frying pan with oil. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Pollock in tomato batter

Replace the tomato paste with ketchup and you can skip the sugar.
You will need: 500 g pollock, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 0.5 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 ml water, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Pollock cut into small pieces, salt and pepper on both sides. Whisk the eggs with salt, ground pepper and sugar. Add water, tomato paste, flour and mix until smooth.
Dip pollock in batter and place in a hot pan with oil. Fry 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Pollock in sour cream batter

From sour cream and soda, the batter is simply incredible!
You will need: 600 g pollock fillet, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp. flour, 150 g sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 ml vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. soda, ground coriander, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the pollock fillet, sprinkle with ground coriander and salt. Whisk the eggs with salt and ground pepper. Add sour cream, soda, garlic passed through a press, flour and mix.
Dip each piece of pollock in batter and place in a heated frying pan with oil. Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Lay the fish on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. Pollock in Chinese batter

Prepare an original dish for dinner!
You will need: 400 g pollock, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. starch, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 clove of garlic, 50 g butter, 100 ml milk, 100 ml vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. ground ginger, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock, sprinkle with salt and put aside. Whisk eggs with milk, salt and black pepper. Add minced garlic, melted butter, ground ginger, flour and starch. Stir the batter until smooth.
Dip pollock pieces in batter, put on a hot frying pan with oil and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
7. Pollock in beer batter

Add beer to the batter in small portions, it is easier to achieve uniformity.
You will need: 500 g of pollock, 3 eggs, 200 ml of light beer, 1 glass of flour, 100 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the pollock fillet, salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with salt and ground pepper. Pour in the beer and stir until smooth. Add flour, 1 tbsp. oil and mix again.
Dip pollock pieces in batter, put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
8. Pollock in a lush batter of starch and sour cream

Pollock is quickly fried, and the fluffy batter keeps the juiciness inside the piece.
You will need: 600 g pollock, 4 I eggs, 120 g sour cream, 4 tbsp. starch, 0.5 tsp soda, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground coriander, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the pollock fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and ground coriander. Whisk eggs with sour cream, salt and ground pepper. Add starch, soda and mix well.

9. Pollock fillet in spicy ginger and paprika batter

Appetizing pollock in batter for connoisseurs of spicy cuisine.
You will need: 500 g pollock, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp. milk, 3 tbsp. flour, 100 ml vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. ground ginger, 0.5 tsp paprika, ground black pepper, salt.

11. Pollock in a batter of soy sauce and garlic

One of the best batters for pollock and any other fish.
You will need: 600 g of pollock, 4 eggs, 50 ml of soy sauce, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g of flour, 0.5 tsp. soda, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Pollock cut into small pieces, salt and pepper. Whisk eggs with salt and ground pepper. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, baking soda and flour. Stir again.
Dip the pollock in batter, put it in a preheated pan with oil and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
12. Pollock in sour cream batter with herbs and garlic

Any green will do.
You will need: 500 g pollock, 3 eggs, 100 g sour cream, 4 tbsp. flour, 3 sprigs of herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock, salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with salt, ground pepper and sour cream. Add chopped garlic and herbs, add flour and mix.
Dip pollock pieces in batter and fry in a heated pan with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
13. Pollock in beer batter without eggs

We recommend using light beer, as dark beer can be slightly bitter.
You will need: 600 g of pollock, 2 cups of flour, 450 ml of beer, 3 sprigs of greens, 0.5 tsp. turmeric, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock, salt and pepper. Mix flour, salt, ground pepper, turmeric and finely chopped greens. Add beer in small portions and mix everything until smooth.
Dip pieces of pollock in batter and fry in a heated pan with oil. 2-3 minutes on each side is enough.
14. Pollock in potato batter

This batter will require some skill, but in the end it will be very tasty!
You will need: 400 g of pollock, 300 g of potatoes, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grate potatoes, mix with eggs, milk, flour, pepper and salt.
Dip the pollock in the potato batter, pressing it firmly on both sides. Fry in a preheated pan with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
15. Pollock in protein batter

Pieces of such pollock in batter literally melt in your mouth!
You will need: 400 g of pollock, 5 egg whites, 3 tbsp. flour, 50 ml water, 80 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Beat the chilled proteins with salt until sharp peaks. Add water, flour, ground pepper and salt.
Cut pollock into small pieces, dip in protein batter and put in a hot frying pan with oil. Fry 2-3 minutes on each side.
16. Pollock in walnut batter

Nuts should be chopped as finely as possible.
You will need: 400 g of pollock, 2 eggs, 150 g of ground nuts, 3 tbsp. white wine, 80 ml vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. l. ginger, ground nutmeg, salt.
Cooking: Whisk the egg with salt, ginger and nutmeg. Add nuts, wine and stir until smooth.
Pollock cut into small pieces, dip in batter and put in a heated frying pan with oil. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
17. Pollock in air batter on mayonnaise

Try this pollock recipe and you will cook it again and again!
You will need: 500 g pollock, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. flour, 100 ml vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. soda, ground coriander, salt.
Cooking: Beat eggs with mayonnaise, salt and ground coriander. Add flour, soda and mix until smooth.
Cut pollock fillet, dip in batter and put on a heated frying pan with oil. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side.
18. Pollock in a batter of mineral water and cream

The water must be cold.
You will need: 500 g of pollock, 3 eggs, 100 ml of mineral water, 3 tbsp. cream, 1 cup flour, 100 ml vegetable oil, ground nutmeg, salt.
Cooking: Cut pollock, sprinkle with salt and put aside. Whisk eggs with salt, nutmeg and cream. Add flour, mineral water and mix well until smooth.
Dip pollock in batter, put on a hot frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
19. Pollock in a batter of cheese and mayonnaise
