You will need: 1 kg lamb, 2 medium tomatoes, 300 g potatoes, 2 young zucchini, 2 bell peppers, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp Italian herbs, salt.
Cooking: Cut lamb into large pieces. Peel and cut vegetables. Mix everything, add Italian herbs, salt, olive oil and lemon zest. Transfer the workpiece to a greased form, cover with a double layer of foil and send for 50 minutes in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Carefully remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
2. Lamb with potatoes in the oven

In one fell swoop, you get both meat and a side dish for it!
You will need: 1 kg lamb, 800 g potatoes, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, bay leaf, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Rub lamb with ground pepper, salt, bay leaf and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Peel and cut potatoes. Mix lamb, potatoes, vegetable oil, ground pepper and salt. Put in a prepared form, cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees. Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
3. Lamb baked with onions and tomatoes

Loin or neck will do.
You will need: 1.5 kg lamb, 3 medium tomatoes, 2 onions, 0.5 tsp. lemon zest, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp dried basil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Rub lamb with spices, lemon zest, salt and cover with cling film for 2 hours. Cut the tomatoes and onions into large pieces. Put the meat on a greased baking sheet, lay onions and tomatoes in layers on top. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with basil, salt and cover with a double layer of foil. Bake for 1 hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
4. Lamb baked in sour cream and tomato sauce

When buying lamb, give preference to beautiful pieces of pink color.
You will need: 1.5 kg lamb, 100 g sour cream, 100 ml tomato sauce, 2 bay leaves, ground black pepper, salt, 100 ml boiled water.
Cooking: Cut the lamb, mix with spices, salt and put in a greased form. Separately, mix tomato sauce, sour cream and water. Pour into a mold with meat, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
5. Lamb baked in mustard

Mustard perfectly softens both lamb and any other meat.
You will need: 1 kg lamb, 50 g mustard, thyme, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Rub the lamb with salt, spices and leave to marinate for 3 hours. Brush lamb with mustard, place on a greased baking sheet and cover with a double layer of foil. Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Carefully remove the foil and brown the meat for another 10 minutes.
6. Lamb with mayonnaise in the oven

You will need: 1.5 kg of lamb, 50 ml of mayonnaise, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 peas of allspice, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut lamb into small pieces. Mix with spices, salt, mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press. Cover with cling film and set aside for 2-3 hours. Transfer the workpiece to a greased form and send it to the oven for 1 hour. The optimum temperature for baking is 190 degrees.
7. Lamb with bell pepper in the oven

Serve cooked lamb with vegetable cuts, fresh herbs and a light salad.
You will need: 1 kg lamb, 2 bell peppers, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, lemon wedge, oregano, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Mix chopped lamb with spices and salt, sprinkle with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Put on a greased baking sheet, add chopped bell pepper next to it. Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
8. Lamb baked in spicy sauce

Red pepper flakes can be added to taste.
You will need: 800 g lamb ina, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp ground ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 peas of black and allspice, ground zira, salt.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, spices, salt and finely chopped garlic. Mix the resulting sauce with chopped lamb. Cover with cling film and set aside for 2-3 hours. Transfer the workpiece to a greased form, cover with a double layer of foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
9. Lamb with zucchini and eggplant in the oven

Be sure to cut the vegetables into large pieces!
You will need: 1 kg lamb, 2 young zucchini, 2 young eggplants, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt.
Cooking: Cut the lamb, mix with spices, salt, vegetable oil and put aside for 1.5-2 hours. Transfer the workpiece to a greased baking sheet. Slice the zucchini and eggplant and set aside. Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 50 minutes at 190 degrees.
10. Lamb baked in foil

Lemon juice gives lamb a fresh aroma and slight sourness.
You will need: 1.5 kg lamb, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 peas of allspice, ground cumin, paprika, thyme, salt.
Cooking: Prepare the lamb: cut off the film and fat. Mix paprika, thyme, ground cumin, salt and crushed allspice peas. Rub the lamb with this dry mixture, cover with cling film and leave for 2 hours at room temperature. Drizzle the meat with a mixture of vegetable oil and lemon juice, wrap in foil and put in a dish. 11. Lamb with ginger and garlic in the oven

You will need: 1 kg of lamb, 10 g of ginger root, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground pepper, salt.
Cooking: Peel and grind ginger in a blender. Add ground pepper, vegetable oil, salt and garlic passed through a press. Lubricate the lamb with the resulting mixture and leave for 2 hours at room temperature. Transfer to a greased form, cover with a lid or foil and bake for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
12. Lamb with potatoes in pots

You will need: 500 g lamb, 500 g potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 100 ml tomato sauce, ground black pepper, salt, 150 ml warm water.

13. Lamb baked with prunes and potatoes with cheese

You will need: 1 kg lamb, 500 g potatoes, 3 pitted prunes, 150 g hard cheese, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 black peppercorns, paprika, salt.
Cooking: Slice lamb and peeled potatoes. Rinse prunes with boiling water, dry and cut. Put the lamb in a greased form. Sprinkle with spices and salt. You will need: 700 g lamb, 200 g champignons, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.

Cooking: Cut the lamb, mix with spices, salt and leave for 1 hour at room temperature. Fry chopped onions and carrots in oil until golden brown. Rice pour boiling water, boil until half cooked and put in a colander. Mix rice, fried, salt and spices.
Put the rice in a greased form, spread the pieces of lamb on top. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 190 degrees.
19. Lamb with quince and plums in the oven

You will need: 1.5 kg lamb, 1 quince, 5 plums, 2 tbsp. white wine, 50 g butter, 2 cloves, 3 allspice peas, ground black pepper, salt.
