
The choice of appetizers for wine is a real art, and today we would like to touch it. Therefore, we share 20 recipes, classic and original combinations, and simply useful ideas for a festive table or an evening glass!
1. Mozzarella stuffed

Very unusual appetizer with a surprise.
You will need: 5 mozzarella balls, 100 g ham, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 basil leaves, 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, 50 g parmesan.
Cooking: Make an incision in the mozzarella balls and carefully bring the center out. Finely chop the ham, tomatoes and basil, stuff the mozzarella and roll in flour. Then dip it in egg and parmesan, and deep fry.
2. Appetizer with salmon and grapes for white wine

Spicy dorblu cheese gives special notes in taste.
You will need: 250 g mascarpone, 100 g dorblu, 400 g grapes, greens, lemon, 300 g salmon, rye bread.
Cooking: Mix the mascarpone with chopped herbs and lemon juice, and spread the cream on the slices of bread. Put pieces of salmon on top, and on it – a cube of dorblu and grapes.
3. Toast with pear and gorgonzola

Other blue cheese will work too.
You will need: 4 slices of bread, 2 pears, 1 red onion, 80 g of gorgonzola, 2 tbsp. honey, olive oil.
Cooking: Chop the onion and fry in olive oil, and add thin slices of pear there for about 10 minutes. Lubricate the bread with olive oil and send for 5 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Put the pears and onions on top, sprinkle with cheese and send back for another 3 minutes. At the end of the fields are toasted with honey.
4. Tartlets with bacon and dorblu cheese

A real salvation when guests suddenly appeared with wine.
You will need: 5 tartlets, 100 g ham, 100 g dorblu, sesame.
Cooking: Cut the ham and cheese into cubes, arrange in tartlets and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If desired, send them to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Pickled cheese

We tell you how to make soft cheese even tastier.
You will need: 300 g soft cheese, 450 ml olive oil, thyme, cilantro, green onion, rosemary, a pinch of chili flakes, 3 garlic cloves, zest of half a lemon.
Cooking: Mince the garlic and all herbs, add the zest and chili, and mix with olive oil. Heat the marinade over low heat, and then let cool. Put the cheese in it and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
6. Bruschetta with strawberries for dry wine

Be sure to sprinkle the appetizer with balsamic and garnish with herbs.
You will need: 1 baguette, 200 g strawberries, 300 g ricotta, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp pepper, 3 tbsp. olive oil, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Cut the baguette into slices, sprinkle with olive oil and send for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Mix the ricotta with the remaining oil, spices and herbs, and spread on the baguette. Arrange the strawberry slices on top of the bruschetta.
7. Appetizer with shrimp for red wine

It is especially good with sweet wine.
You will need: 500 g cocktail shrimp, 2 lemons, garlic, 1.5 tbsp. orange juice, 25 g butter, 50 ml red wine, herbs.
Cooking: Boil the shrimp in boiling water for a couple of minutes, peel and thread on skewers, alternating with lemon slices. Melt the butter, pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Add chopped herbs, garlic and juice there, boil the sauce and shrimp fields.
8. Snack Meatballs

Small meat balls are good with any sauce.
You will need: 450 g minced meat, 1 egg, 30 g breadcrumbs, cilantro, green onion, 2 garlic cloves, spices.
Cooking: Mince the garlic, green onions and herbs and add everything to the minced meat. Add an egg and breadcrumbs with spices, knead, form small meat balls and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
9. Cheese sticks

It is best to serve them with dry wine with herbs, vegetables and various types of sauces.
You will need: 300 g soft cheese, 4 eggs, 100 g flour, 150 g breadcrumbs, spices.
Cooking: Cut the cheese into cubes and roll each one first in flour, then in beaten eggs, in breadcrumbs, again in eggs and again in breadcrumbs. Fry them in a large amount of oil on all sides and put them on a napkin.
10. Zucchini Ricotta Appetizer

Suitable for those who care in any situationabout the right diet.
You will need: 4 zucchini, 150 g ricotta, 2 tbsp. cream, basil, 3 slices of ham, chopped nuts, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the zucchini, lightly fry, and then beat in a blender with basil until smooth. Divide the mass into glasses, and top with ricotta whipped with basil, cream and spices. Garnish with walnuts and toasted ham strips.
11. Fish balls for white wine

Roll them in dill or serve with lemon wedges.
You will need: 500 g of fish, 1 onion, 1 lemon, 1 bunch of dill, 200 g of cream cheese, 1 bay leaf and spices.
Cooking: Boil the fish until tender with spices and herb stalks. Grind it in a blender with cream cheese, zest and lemon juice. Roll up the balls and send them for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
12. Smoked chicken appetizer with red wine

It is very convenient to string it on skewers.
You will need: 300 g smoked chicken, 1 can of pineapples, 6 cucumbers, 2 lemons, 1 bunch of mint, 100 ml of olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Whip the oil with mint in a blender. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and marinate for 15 minutes in lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of oil. Randomly chop the chicken and pineapples, gather all ingredients onto skewers and drizzle with remaining mint oil.
13. Snack with red fish

Sprinkle the rolls with herbs, herbs or sesame seeds.
You will need: 150 g red fish, 50 g cream cheese, 1 cucumber.
Cooking: Cut the fish into long slices, and the cucumbers into thin slices. Lubricate each cucumber plate with cream cheese, lay out a piece of fish and roll the rolls.
14. Appetizer with seafood in tortillas

A canned sea cocktail will do.
You will need: 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup rice, 50g corn, 430g seafood cocktail, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 pepper, a pinch of salt and soda.
Cooking: Mix flour, soda and salt, add butter and knead the dough, gradually adding water. Divide it into 4 parts, roll into balls and leave for 20 minutes. During this time, boil the rice and mix with chopped peppers, corn and seafood. Roll out the dough and fry the cakes in a dry frying pan. Spread the filling in them and roll up.
15. Canned Tuna Pate

Put it in tartlets, on small pieces of bread or crackers.
You will need: 1 can of tuna, 1 lemon, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 onion, spices.
Cooking: Blend tuna, lemon zest, oil and finely chopped onion in a blender. Bring the pate to taste with spices and serve with wine.
16. Cheese in orange juice

Another interesting way to marinate cheese.
You will need: 400 g cheese, 80 ml olive oil, 4 tbsp. orange juice, 2 tbsp. oregano, 1 tsp paprika, chili.
Cooking: Beat the butter with orange juice and spices with a whisk, and warm a little, without bringing to a boil. Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes and pour over the marinade overnight.
17. Orange mousse

If you want to eat dry wine with something sweeter.
You will need: 3 oranges, 1 sachet of gelatin, 4 eggs, 140 g of sugar, 300 ml of 20% cream.
Cooking: Soak gelatin in water according to instructions and mix with the juice of 2 oranges. Mix the zest of the remaining oranges with yolks and sugar, and boil in a water bath for 10 minutes. Separately, beat the whites with cream, gradually combine all the parts, pour into molds and send to the refrigerator.
18. Tartlets with chicken for red wine

They are equally delicious hot and cold.
You will need: 5 tartlets, 100 g chicken, 50 g melted cheese, 70 g suluguni, greens.
Cooking: Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Randomly chop the greens and both types of cheese, put everything in tartlets and send them to the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
19. Rolls with ham for red wine

So that they are not too greasy, immediately put them on a paper napkin.
You will need: 4 slices of toast bread, 1 egg, 4 slices of ham and cheese, 80 g breadcrumbs, herbs.
Cooking: Cut the crusts off the bread, roll it out with a rolling pin and put the ham and cheese on top. Roll up the rolls, dip in egg and breadcrumbs with spices, and fry.
20. Bacon wrapped shrimp

Experiment with spices to suit your mood.
You will need: 200 g peeled shrimp, 200 g bacon, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 6 tomatoescherry tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, chili and paprika.
Cooking: Marinate shrimp in lemon juice and soy sauce for 20 minutes, then wrap with bacon slices. Dip each in an egg, and then in flour with spices, and fry. Thread the shrimp onto skewers with cucumber and tomato slices.
