3. Tomato sauce for pasta

Slightly spicy, aromatic and very tasty - this sauce will turn ordinary pasta into a full-fledged main course.
You will need: 100 g tomato paste, 0.5 cup water, 0.5 bunch parsley, 1 chili pepper, 5 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. paprika, spices.
Cooking: Fry the chopped garlic and chili for just a couple of minutes, add the tomato paste with water and bring to a boil. Boil the tomato sauce until it thickens, add spices and chopped herbs, and after a minute remove from heat.
4. Tomato sauce for pasta

Good Italian for both lean pasta and pasta with meat.
You will need: 300 g tomatoes, 100 g onions, 1 bell pepper, 2 tsp. tomato paste, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Grind the peeled tomatoes, onion, garlic and bell pepper in a blender until smooth. Bring the sauce to a boil, add the tomato paste, season to taste and boil for 3 minutes.
5. Tomato sauce for fish

To make the sauce blend better with the fish, use fish broth instead of water. Boil it ahead of time or use Hondashi pellets.
You will need: 50 g tomato paste, 200 ml tomato juice, 300 ml fish broth, 6 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 chili pepper, 0.5 bunch of dill, 2 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Chop onion and garlic and fry until golden. Add chopped bell pepper, chili and peeled tomatoes, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour in tomato juice and broth, add tomato paste, spices and chopped dill, and boil everything together for 7 minutes.
6. Tomato sauce for meat

This sauce turns out to be a little spicy, slightly reminiscent of adjika and goes well with any meat.
You will need: 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp each salt and paprika, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 0.5 tsp hot pepper, 1 tsp balsamic, 1 bunch of parsley, 4 green onions, 1 chili, 4 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Grind all vegetables and herbs with garlic in a blender until smooth. Mix olive oil, tomato paste and spices, add balsamic and combine both masses. Boil the tomato sauce on the stove for 5 minutes.
7. Tomato sauce for chicken

The chicken sauce should be a little more tender, like the chicken itself.
You will need: 600 g tomatoes in their own juice, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 sprigs of rosemary, spices.
Cooking: Chop onion and garlic and fry until soft in olive oil. Grind tomatoes with juice in a blender, pour in onions and simmer until thickened. Add chopped rosemary and spices and remove sauce from heat.
8. Tomato sauce with beer

An original sauce that goes well with beer snacks, sausages and meat.
You will need: 2 cups meat broth, 2 tomatoes, 5 tbsp. dark beer, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 onion, 40 g butter, 1 chili pepper, 3 tbsp. tomato paste, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the parsley root, chili pepper, carrot and onion and fry lightly in butter. Add flour and tomato paste, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Peel the tomatoes, chop in a blender and send there too. Add beer and spices, and cook the tomato sauce over low heat for about 15 minutes.
9. Tomato sauce with herbs

You will need: 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 6 sprigs of herbs, 3 tbsp.tomato paste, 50 ml of water, spices.

10. Tomato sauce with garlic

You will need: 800 g tomatoes, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 sprigs of basil, 4 sprigs of cilantro, 1 tsp. Provence herbs, 2 chili peppers, spices.
Cooking: Remove the skin from the tomatoes and send all the ingredients to a blender. Grind the mass until smooth and boil over low heat for about 30-40 minutes in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

You will need: 2 tomatoes, 200 ml cream, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil until soft. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, finely chop and add to the onion. Add tomato paste and spices, and simmer all 7 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer the sauce for a couple more minutes.
13. Tomato sauce with cinnamon

A very interesting and spicy sauce recipe, especially for beef.
You will need: 4 tbsp tomato paste, 3 pcs. prunes, 1 tsp cinnamon, 250 ml water, 4 parsley sprigs, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tsp sugar, spices.
Cooking: Dilute the tomato paste with water, add all the spices and bring to a boil. Reduce the sauce to the desired consistency over low heat. Grind prunes and parsley in a blender, add to the sauce and mix.
14. Homemade ketchup

Universal tomato sauce for all occasions - for barbecue, pizza, potatoes or pasta.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 3 onions, 400 g of bell pepper, 5 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic, and simmer everything together for 7-10 minutes. Peel the tomatoes from the skin, finely chop or grate, and simmer all together for another 10 minutes.
15. Tomato sauce with apples

This sauce can also be served immediately or rolled into jars for the future.
You will need: 700 g tomatoes, 125 g apples, 60 g onions, 1 tbsp. salt, 0.5 cup sugar, 25 ml apple cider vinegar, spices.
Cooking: Randomly chop the peeled apples, tomatoes and onions. Put it all on fire, bring to a boil and boil for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar, salt, spices and vinegar and remove sauce from heat.
16. Tomato sauce for the winter

A basic recipe to which you can then add herbs, chili or spices to taste.
You will need: 2 kg tomatoes, 200 g onions, 0.5 tsp. salt, 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tbsp. vinegar, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 3 allspice peas.
Cooking: Peel the tomatoes from the skin and pass them through a meat grinder along with onions. Add all the spices, put the mass to boil, and boil for 40 minutes over low heat. At the end, add vinegar, pour the tomato sauce into sterilized jars and roll up.
17. Tomato sauce with sun-dried tomatoes

You will need: 1 fresh tomato, 4 dried tomatoes, 2 dates, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 chili pepper, 1 garlic clove, spices.
Cooking: Remove the skin from the tomato and cut into cubes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend sauce until smooth.
18. Spicy tomato sauce

Most often, ground hot peppers are simply added to the sauce for spiciness. And you can make it a little more interesting!
You will need: 500 ml tomato juice, 1 tsp. mustard seeds, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 chili pepper, 3 cloves, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, 1 tsp each starch, salt and coriander, 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Melt the butter and fry all the spices, ginger and chopped chili in it for literally a minute. Pour in tomato juice, bring to a boil and add starch. Simmer the tomato sauce for about 5 minutes until thickened and remove from heat.
19. Sweet and sour tomato sauce

This sauce goes especially well with Chinese-style dishes.
You will need: 2 tsp tomato paste, 50 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 0.5 bell pepper, 2 cm ginger root, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp starch, 1 onion, 150 ml of pineapple with juice, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and fry until soft. Grind pineapples with juice and ginger with a blender. Mix soy sauce, sugar, starch, vinegar, tomato paste and spices. Add pineapple with ginger there and pour everything to the vegetables in a frying pan. Simmer until sauce thickens and remove from heat.
20. Tomato plum sauce

Bright and original sauce in Georgian style for all occasions.
You will need: 250 g plums, 4 tomatoes, 2 apples, 1 onion, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar, 30 ml of water, spices.
Cooking: Remove the pits from the plum and coarsely chop the apples and tomatoes. Add chopped onion, pour in some water and boil everything together over low heat for about an hour. Grind the mass with a blender, add vinegar and season the sauce to taste.
