
Recipes with avocados have gained their overwhelming popularity relatively recently. First they entered the restaurant kitchen, and today the exotic product is found everywhere. Avocados are the healthiest vegetable fats. And yet – just a delicious ingredient for salads, appetizers, sandwiches and other dishes!
1. Mexican guacamole

The main and most popular dish is avocado. Catch the basic recipe and supplement it at your discretion.
You will need: 5 avocados, 0.5 bunch cilantro, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chili pepper, 0.5 tsp. sea salt, 1 tomato, 0.5 onions, 3 tbsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Squeeze out the garlic and finely chop the onion, cilantro, chili and tomato. Mash the avocado with a fork or chop with a blender, and immediately mix with lemon juice. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
2. Vegetable salad with avocado

The more vegetables you add here, the better and tastier it turns out.
You will need: 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 handful salad mix, 80 g broccoli, 80 g green beans, 1 bell pepper, 1 avocado, olive oil, lemon juice.
Cooking: Boil broccoli florets and green beans in boiling water until soft. Randomly chop the rest of the vegetables, toss the salad and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
3. Baked avocado with egg and bacon

The perfect quick breakfast to energize you for the whole day.
You will need: 1 avocado, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 stalks of green onions.
Cooking: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and some of the pulp. Beat an egg into each half and bake the avocado in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Finely chop the bacon, fry until golden brown and sprinkle over the avocado. At the same time, sprinkle it with chopped green onions.
4. Avocado ice cream

Exotic and unusual, but very tasty and healthy dessert.
You will need: 2 avocados, 6 tbsp. honey, 60 ml lemon juice, vanillin, salt, 1 tsp. zest.
Cooking: Peel the avocado and grind all the ingredients in a blender. Add more spices to taste as needed. Put the mass into a mold and send it to the freezer for 4 hours, periodically taking it out to mix.
5. Rice with avocado

Very tasty and tender side dish for all occasions. Especially for poultry or fish.
You will need: 250 g rice, 1 avocado, 2 parsley sprigs, 325 ml water, 1 tsp. lemon juice, spices.
Cooking: Pour rice with water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes on minimum heat under the lid. Grind avocado pulp and parsley in a blender, add spices with lemon juice and mix the mass into rice. Leave it covered for another minute.
6. Salad with chicken and avocado

You can cook the chicken for this recipe as you like – boil, bake, fry or take ready-made smoked.
You will need: 300 g chicken, 2 avocados, 1 purple onion, 100 g corn, parsley, olive oil.
Cooking: Chop the onion and herbs very finely, disassemble the chicken into fibers and cut the avocado into cubes. Add corn and dress salad with olive oil.
7. Chicken baked with avocado

One of the most harmonious combinations that you can think of.
You will need: 2 chicken fillets, 60 ml soy sauce, 1 tomato, 1 avocado, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 20 g basil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken fillet, unfold it with a book, carefully beat it off and marinate in soy sauce with spices for 15 minutes. Finely chop the avocado, tomato, garlic and basil, mix and drizzle with lemon juice. Put the filling on the chicken fillet, roll it up and fasten the edges with skewers. Send the chicken to the mold, pour the remaining marinade and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Baked Avocado with Tomatoes and Mozzarella

We advise you to take cherry tomatoes with their bright and expressive taste.
You will need: 1 avocado, 1 egg, 30 g mozzarella, 3 cherry tomatoes, basil.
Cooking: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and some of the pulp. Put in halves finely chopped tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Pour over the beaten egg and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
9. Avocado Cheese Chicken

Wonderful chicken chops in the oven – in the best traditions of this genre.
You will need: 2 chicken fillets, 0.5 cups flour, 1.5 cups breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. tomato sauce, 2 avocados, 100 g cheese, spices.
Cooking: Whip me eggs with milk, and mix flour with breadcrumbs. Cut the chicken into chops, season and dip in the egg and breadcrumbs. Send it for 8 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Lubricate with tomato sauce, lay avocado slices on top and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Send back to the oven for another 7-8 minutes.
10. Avocado cupcake

With its green color alone, it immediately attracts attention!
You will need: 200 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 150 g sugar, 1 avocado, 120 g butter.
Cooking: Sift flour with baking powder, mash the avocado with salt and separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat egg whites separately until peaks with sugar, and mix avocado with one yolk and butter. Gradually introduce flour and proteins, alternating. Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
11. Salad with avocado and eggs

For dressing here, sour cream or thick Greek yogurt is best suited.
You will need: 3 eggs, 1 avocado, 0.5 purple onion, 2 celery stalks, 1 apple, greens.
Cooking: Boil the eggs until tender and peel the apple. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add chopped greens and season the salad to taste.
12. Stuffed Avocados with Shrimp

A wonderful holiday appetizer that will not leave anyone indifferent.
You will need: 4 avocados, 100 g shrimp, 4 eggs, herbs, hard cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
Cooking: Boil the shrimp until cooked and boil the eggs. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits and pulp, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mash the flesh with a fork and add chopped shrimp, grated egg whites, a little grated cheese, herbs and mayonnaise for consistency. Pour the filling into the avocado halves.
13. Salad with avocado, arugula and orange

Very original combination of ingredients!
You will need: 2 avocados, 3 carrots, 3 oranges, 100 g arugula, olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the carrots into thin circles, the avocado into slices, and sort the oranges into fillets. Put everything on the arugula and sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
14. Lavash rolls with avocado and salmon

Any smoked or salted red fish to taste will do.
You will need: 1 sheet of pita bread, 200 g salmon, 200 g curd cheese, 1 avocado, spices, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, herbs.
Cooking: Grind the avocado in a blender with herbs, spices and lemon juice. Lubricate pita bread with curd cheese, put a lot of avocado and pieces of red fish on it. Roll up tightly, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
15. Salad with tuna and avocado

Use canned tuna in its own juice, because it will be too fatty in oil.
You will need: 2 cucumbers, 3 avocados, 1 purple onion, 0.5 bunch parsley, 2 cans of tuna, olive oil and lemon juice.
Cooking: Cut the cucumbers and avocado into thin slices, cut the onion into feathers, and finely chop the parsley. Mash the tuna with a fork, toss the salad and dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
16. Chicken cutlets with avocado

With avocado, they are much more tender and interesting than ordinary chicken cutlets.
You will need: 300 g minced chicken, 100 g avocado, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix it with minced chicken, and add crushed garlic and spices there. Shape into patties and fry on both sides.
17. Muffins with avocado and oatmeal

Especially for fans of proper nutrition and healthy snacks!
You will need: 350 g avocado, 200 g oatmeal, 2 tbsp. sugar substitute, 50 ml milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Mash the avocado into puree and mix with eggs and milk. Add crushed oatmeal, sweetener and baking powder. Mix everything well, put in molds and bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
18. Lavash rolls with crab sticks and avocado

Such a roll can be eaten immediately, sent to the refrigerator or lightly fried.
You will need: 1 sheet of pita bread, 1 avocado, 100 g crab sticks, 0.5 tomato, 0.5 cucumber, 0.5 bell pepper, 100 g cream cheese.
Cooking: Cut crab sticks and all vegetables into strips. Lubricate pita bread with cream cheese, lay out all the filling and wrap a tight roll, tucking the edges from above and below.
19. Salad with avocado and grapes

And if you manage to sprinkle it with goat cheese and pine nuts – all gourmets will be delighted!
You will need: 1 avocado, 0.5 purple onion, 2 handfuls of arugula, 1 handful of walnuts, 300 g grapes, 50 ml olive oil, 1 tbsp. honey, 1.5 tbsp. balsamic, spices.
Cooking: Cut the grapes in half, dice the avocado and chop the purple onion. Add arugula and chopped walnuts. Mix olive oil, honey and balsamic for dressing.
20. Pie with condensed milk and avocado

When the soul requires variety and new culinary experiments!
You will need: 120 g butter, 120 g avocado, 50 g sugar, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 150 g condensed milk, 300 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs.
Cooking: Mix avocado pulp with lime juice with a blender. Separately, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the eggs and beat again. Add condensed milk, mix and gradually introduce the sifted flour with baking powder. Mix everything with mashed avocado, put in a mold and bake the cake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
