
Meat salads can be an appetizer, or they can replace the main course. Hearty, light, fresh, with vegetables or fruits – there are dozens of possible combinations, and they are all good in their own way. Here are 20 of the best recipes!
1. Meat salad with egg

Hearty, tasty, but very simple.
You will need: 500 g beef, 200 g cheese, 5 eggs, 1 onion, olives, herbs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil eggs and meat until cooked, and cut into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the onion into thin rings, add greens with olives, and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
2. Salad with meat and potatoes

You can even serve it warm!
You will need: 500 g pork, 4 tomatoes, 4 potatoes, 3 pickled cucumbers, 150 g cheese, spices, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil potatoes and pork until soft, and cut all the ingredients into cubes. Lay out layers of meat, potatoes, mayonnaise, cucumbers, cheese, mayonnaise, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cheese.
3. Meat salad with vegetables

Nice sweet snack with subtle spicy notes.
You will need: 200 g pork, 1 red onion, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, spices, 0.5 chili, cilantro.
Cooking: Boil the pork until cooked and cut into strips with pepper. Grate carrots on a Korean grater. Mix oil, spices, lemon juice, honey and chopped chili, add onion half rings there. Let the dressing brew for 15 minutes and add to the salad.
4. Meat salad with cabbage

Fresh crispy cabbage and tender lean meat – what else do you need?
You will need: 250 g beef, 300 g cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. sour cream.
Cooking: Bake the beef until tender and cut into strips. Finely chop the cabbage and onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater, mix and dress the salad with sour cream.
5. Meat salad with minced meat

Naturally, the minced meat should not be raw, so fry it in advance with spices and let it cool.
You will need: 200 g minced meat, 1 pickled cucumber, 3 eggs, 1 bunch of dill, 1 carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, spices, mayonnaise or sour cream.
Cooking: Boil eggs and grate together with carrots, cut cucumber into cubes, and chop greens with garlic. Add minced meat and spices to the salad, mix and season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
6. Salad with meat and mushrooms

Such a salad is prepared in a maximum of half an hour, if you boil the meat and potatoes in advance.
You will need: 250 g beef, 2 potatoes, 250 g champignons, 2 pickles, 1 onion, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the boiled beef into cubes, and grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Finely chop the mushrooms with onions, and fry until tender. Cucumbers, too, grate and squeeze lightly. Lay out layers of potatoes, meat, cucumbers and mushrooms, and spread a little mayonnaise if desired.
7. Meat salad with peppers and pickled onions

Add a handful of pomegranate seeds or aromatic cilantro.
You will need: 500 g beef, 1 pepper, 2 red onions, 2 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 50 g nuts.
Cooking: Cut the onion into feathers and marinate in water with vinegar. Boil the meat until cooked, cut into strips, and add pepper strips to it. At the end, add onions and chopped nuts, and dress the salad with yogurt.
8. Meat salad with pineapple

Meat with pineapples is an amazing decoration of the festive table!
You will need: 300 g pork, 300 g mushrooms, 100 g onions, 300 g canned pineapples, 150 g apples, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Fry the chopped mushrooms with onions until cooked and cool, and boil the meat and cut into cubes. Peel the apple and chop all the other ingredients. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
9. Meat salad with kiwi

Beef, pickles and kiwi – is it even possible?
You will need: 300 g beef, 4 eggs, 150 g cheese, 3 pickles, 3 kiwis, green onions, sour cream and mustard.
Cooking: Cut boiled beef, eggs, cucumbers and cheese into small cubes. Chop the green onions, mix and dress the salad with sour cream and mustard. At the very end, put thin slices of kiwi on top.
10. Meat salad with apple

We recommend using a large sweet and sour apple.
You will need: 260 g beef, 1 apple, 2 eggs, 80 g processed cheese, 70 g hard cheese, 3 tbsp. sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Boil the meat, disassemble into fibers and lay out the first layer. Lightly brush with sour cream oh and put grated boiled eggs on top. Again sour cream, grated apple, sour cream, and both types of cheese.
11. Salad with meat and feta

And for this salad, it is better to fry the meat with spices, and not boil it.
You will need: 150 g pork, 60 g iceberg lettuce, 1 tomato, 0.5 pepper, 0.5 red onion, 60 feta, olive oil, mustard, spices, chili.
Cooking: Cut the pork into strips and fry until tender. Coarsely chop all the other ingredients and dress the salad with oil, mustard, spices and chili.
12. Meat salad with nuts and pickled mushrooms

If you want to surprise your guests – choose this recipe!
You will need: 300 g pork, 150 g pickled mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, 2 eggs, 100 g walnuts, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the meat, disassemble into fibers and lay out the first layer. Grind the mushrooms with garlic, mix with mayonnaise and put on the meat. Top with grated eggs, mayonnaise and chopped nuts again.
13. Meat salad with eggplant

Be sure to add Georgian spices and aromatic herbs when serving.
You will need: 400 g beef, 1 eggplant, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, garlic, spices, herbs, a pinch of sugar.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, spices, garlic and chopped herbs, and leave the dressing to brew. Cut the meat into thin strips and fry until tender. Then add the eggplants cut into strips, after a couple of minutes – carrots, and after a couple more – peppers. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
14. Meat salad with beets

We advise you to boil meat, beets and eggs in advance.
You will need: 500 g beef, 500 g beets, 250 g pickled cucumbers, 3 eggs, 30 g nuts, 100 ml olive oil, 50 ml lemon juice, 1 tbsp. mustard, spices.
Cooking: Dice boiled beets, beef and egg whites. In the same way, chop the cucumbers, and chop the nuts with a knife. Rub the boiled yolks with mustard, gradually add the oil and mix until smooth. Add lemon juice and spices to the dressing, and fields the salad.
15. Salad with rice, meat and beans

If using dried beans, soak overnight and boil until soft.
You will need: 1 glass of rice, 250 g pork, 1 can of beans, 0.5 cans of corn, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp mustard, spices.
Cooking: Boil the rice and meat until cooked, cut the meat into cubes, and mix all the ingredients. For dressing, use oil with ketchup, mustard and spices.
16. Meat salad with chicken and corn

It turns out very tasty with smoked breast, but you can just fry the fillet.
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 2 potatoes, 100 g corn, green onions, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil eggs, carrots and potatoes, cut all ingredients into cubes and chop green onions. Add corn, mix and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
17. Meat salad with tongue and tomatoes

Keep in mind that the tongue is cooked for about 1.5 hours.
You will need: 400 g of tongue, 2 tomatoes, 100 g of olives, 150 g of cheese, 0.5 bunch of parsley, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Dice tomatoes and boiled tongue, add rings of olives and grated cheese. Chop the greens into the salad and add a little mayonnaise.
18. Meat salad with Korean carrots

Spicy, savory and surprisingly quick to cook.
You will need: 350 g pork, 100 g Korean carrots, 70 g cheese, 10 olives, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. mustard, greens.
Cooking: Cook the meat in any way you like and cut into strips. Add carrots and coarsely grated cheese, and chop greens and olives into the salad. For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard.
19. Meat salad with avocado

The same salad is great with chicken, ham or sausage.
You will need: 250 g pork, 1 avocado, 1 red onion, spices.
Cooking: Cut the onion into cubes and lightly fry or caramelize as desired. Similarly, cut the meat into cubes and fry in the onion oil. At the end, add the avocado pieces and season the salad.
20. Meat salad with pumpkin and pomegranate

Finding an even more original recipe will be problematic.
You will need: 500 g of beef, 1 red onion, 1 pomegranate, 1 can of canned mushrooms, 1 can of beans, 300 g of pumpkin, spices.
Cooking: Separately, boil the meat and pumpkin until tender, and cut into cubes. Rinse the beans a little, chop the mushrooms and lastinami, and cut the onion into rings and pour over with boiling water. Disassemble the pomegranate into grains, mix the salad and season. Top it with butter, yogurt or mayonnaise if you like.
