1. Chicken Tortilla
Serve immediately or pan fry for a crispy crust.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 1 chicken fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 tomato, 4 lettuce leaves, 150 g sour cream, 1 garlic clove, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips, season and fry until tender. Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into strips. Mix sour cream, crushed garlic and spices, and brush the tortillas with this sauce. Lay out the lettuce leaves and the rest of the stuffing, and wrap everything in a roll.
2. Tortilla with minced meat
A very hearty version of tortilla in the best Mexican traditions.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 200 g minced meat, 150 g tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 50 hard cheese, 15 g chopped cilantro, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and fry it until translucent. Add minced meat and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Add peeled and chopped tomatoes, cilantro and spices. Fry for another minute and set aside. Put the tortilla on a dry frying pan, sprinkle with a handful of cheese, lay out the fried minced meat, sprinkle with cheese again and cover with a second tortilla. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
3. Tortilla with fish
The main secret of this recipe is in an unusual sauce with celery.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 250 g fish fillet, 1/4 bell pepper, 1/4 purple onion, 1/4 cucumber, 50 g hard cheese, 75 g celery, 4 lettuce leaves, 2 green onion feathers, juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp. l grainy mustard, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the fish into cubes, mix with spices and fry until tender. Grate cheese and chop green onions. Blend celery, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, olive oil, lime juice, spices and mustard in a blender. Brush the sauce over the tortillas, top with the lettuce, fish, green onions, and grated cheese, and fold in half.
4. Tortilla with shrimp
Delicious and satisfying snack for all occasions.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 150 g peeled shrimp, 1 tomato, 2 lettuce leaves, 4 tbsp. cream cheese, spices.
Cooking: Fry the shrimp for a couple of minutes, stirring. Brush the tortilla with cream cheese, add the fried shrimp, finely chopped tomato and lettuce, and fold in half.
5. Tortilla with sausage
Great alternative to boring homemade sandwiches!
You will need: 3 tortillas, 180 g sausage, 1 cucumber, 1 bell pepper, 2 boiled eggs, 3 lettuce leaves, half a bunch of green onions, spices, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Finely chop all the ingredients, except for the tortilla, and mix with mayonnaise. Put the filling on the cakes, roll up the envelope and lightly fry on both sides in a pan.
6. Tortilla with ham and cheese
A quick breakfast for the whole family with the simplest ingredients.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 100 g ham, 80 g hard cheese, 2 tsp. tomato sauce, 2 tsp mayonnaise, greens.
Cooking: Lubricate the tortillas with mayonnaise and tomato sauce, sprinkle with chopped herbs and lay out pieces of ham. Sprinkle with grated cheese, roll up the envelopes and fry on both sides.
7. Tortilla with beans
Very hearty tortillas, and at the same time completely without meat.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 250 g canned red beans, 100 g corn, 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, 100 g hard cheese, 4 sprigs of cilantro, 2 green onions, 4 tbsp. tomato sauce, 4 tbsp. sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the bell pepper, tomato, cilantro and green onion. Mix with beans, corn and grated cheese. Lubricate the tortilla with tomato sauce and sour cream, lay out the filling, fold in half and fry on both sides in a dry frying pan.
8. Tortilla with cheese
A chic tortilla recipe with four types of cheese.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 80 g of hard cheese, 60 g of Dor Blue cheese, 60 g of parmesan, 60 g of mozzarella, 1 chili pepper, half a bunch of cilantro, half a bunch of green onions.
Cooking: Finely grate all the cheese and mix with chopped chili, cilantro and green onions. Spread the filling on the tortillas and wrap them randomly. Fry in a pan to melt the cheese inside.
9. Seafood tortilla
It is most convenient to take a small package of a ready-made sea cocktail.
You will need: 3 tortillas, 400 g seafood, 1 bell pepper, 100 g corn, 70 g hard cheese, 1 chili pepper, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves.
Cooking: Fry seafood in a pan. Add chopped chili, garlic and soy sauce, and fry for another minute. M Finely chop the bell pepper, grate the cheese, put all the filling on the tortillas and wrap. Fry them on both sides.

You will need: 2 tortillas, 1 banana, 50 g jam, 60 g peanut butter.

Cooking: Cut the tofu into slices or cubes and lightly fry in soy sauce. Finely chop the cabbage and all other vegetables, add the corn and tofu, and stir to combine. Lubricate the tortilla with yogurt, lay out the filling and fold in half.
20. Eggplant and Egg Tortilla
An interesting fact: this is a very popular snack in small Spanish restaurants.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 1 eggplant, 3 eggs, spices.
