1. Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and ham
Light fresh salad with the same simple dressing.
You will need: 200 g ham, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 onion, 10 radishes, 200 g cucumbers, 1 bunch of herbs, garlic, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, spices.
Cooking: Cut all the ingredients into strips and chop the herbs and garlic there. Dress the salad and drizzle with the olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing.
2. Salad with egg, ham and cheese
Instead of pickles and peas, try fresh cucumbers with corn.
You will need: 200 g ham, 100 g cheese, 2 eggs, 100 g peas, 1 pickled cucumber, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients into medium-sized cubes. Add peas and grated cheese there, and season the salad with mayonnaise.
3. Salad with rice and ham
If you boil rice in advance, the dish is cooked in minutes.
You will need: 150 g ham, 100 g boiled rice, 1 pepper, 1 fresh cucumber, 1 pickled cucumber, 2 eggs, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes along with the ham and cucumbers. Cut the pepper in the same way, add rice and mayonnaise, and mix the salad.
4. Salad with ham and crab sticks
An original salad recipe that everyone will definitely like!
You will need: 250 g ham, 100 g crab sticks, 100 g corn, 3 eggs, 200 g cucumbers, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients into cubes. Lay out layers of ham, corn, cucumbers, eggs and crab sticks, and make a light mesh of mayonnaise on top.
5. Salad with cabbage, ham and sausage
Very unusual salad with ham, sausage and raw vegetables.
You will need: 80 g ham, 80 g sausage, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g cabbage, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage and onion, and grate the carrots and cucumber on a Korean grater. Cut the sausage and ham into thin strips, mix the salad and season it with mayonnaise.
6. Salad with ham and scrambled eggs
With boiled eggs, everything is clear, but what about salad with scrambled eggs?
You will need: 400 g ham, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 2 cucumbers, 1 can of corn, 1 pepper, herbs, sour cream.
Cooking: Beat eggs with milk, fry thin egg pancakes and cut into strips. Also cut the ham and vegetables into strips, add corn and chop the greens. Dress the salad with sour cream to taste.
7. Salad with ham and green beans
Cook green beans a little in advance – literally 3 minutes in boiling water.
You will need: 200 g ham, 200 g green beans, 1 pepper, 100 g corn, olive oil, lemon juice, spices.
Cooking: Cut the ham and pepper into strips, mix with green beans and add corn. Season the salad and drizzle with oil and lemon juice to taste.
8. Salad with cabbage, corn and ham
Mayonnaise is also suitable for dressing, but then it’s better to take a low-calorie one.
You will need: 300 g cabbage, 200 g ham, 3 cucumbers, 1 can of corn, 1 bunch of green onions, spices, sour cream, mustard.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage, and cut the cucumbers with ham into cubes. Add chopped green onions and corn and season the salad with sour cream with mustard and spices.
9. Salad with Korean carrots and ham
Another interesting salad option with egg pancakes.
You will need: 300 g ham, 350 g Korean carrots, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 can of corn, soy sauce.
Cooking: Beat eggs with milk, fry a few thin omelettes and cut into strips. Cut the ham in the same way, add the corn and carrots and mix the salad. At the end of the fields are all soy sauce.
10. Salad with ham and beans
With red beans it turns out brighter and more beautiful.
You will need: 200 g of ham, 1 can of beans, 2 pickled cucumbers, 3 eggs, herbs, spices, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the ham and cucumbers into strips, and boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Rinse the beans lightly from the liquid and let drain, and then also add to the salad. For dressing, use mayonnaise with spices and chopped herbs.
11. Salad with cucumbers, ham and mustard
Corn lettuce is ideal, but other leaves are fine too.
You will need: 150 g ham, 90 g lettuce, 2 cucumbers, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar and grainy mustard, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Mix oil, mustard, vinegar and spices to taste until smooth. Cut the ham and cucumbers into strips, and rinse the leaves and tear them randomly with your hands. Mix everything together and serve.
12. Salad with ham, cheese and mushrooms
A very hearty salad that can even be used instead of the main dish.
You will need: 300 g ham, 350 g mushrooms, 3 eggs, 50 g cheese, 80 g croutons, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them until the liquid evaporates. Cut the ham and boiled eggs into cups, randomly chop the cucumbers and grate the cheese. Mix the salad and season with mayonnaise.
13. Salad with ham and peas
Put the canned peas like this, and put the frozen peas in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
You will need: 170 g ham, 150 g onions, 240 g peas, 2 eggs, 120 g cucumbers, mayonnaise.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients into cubes. Add peas there, mix the salad and season it with mayonnaise to taste.

You will need: 150 g ham, 1 carrot, 1 apple, 100 g cheese, yogurt, garlic, spices.

15. Salad with oranges, ham and cheese

You will need: 200 g ham, 50 g cheese, 150 g canned mushrooms, 2 oranges, lettuce leaves, 3 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tsp mustard.
Cooking: Peel the oranges from all films and cut into slices. Cut the mushrooms into slices, the ham into strips, and tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Mix all the ingredients and season with mustard yoghurt.
16. Salad with ham, tomatoes and cheese
For beauty, take tomatoes of different varieties and colors.
You will need: 300 g ham, 3 tomatoes, 150 g cheese, yogurt or sour cream.
Cooking: Cut the tomatoes and ham into strips, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the salad with yogurt and sour cream, and add greens, nuts or crackers if desired.
17. Salad with spinach, eggs and ham
Bright, original and very useful.
You will need: 150 g of ham, 1 bunch of spinach, 3 eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 bunch of herbs, green onions, sour cream.
Cooking: Boil the eggs and cut them into strips with ham and cucumbers. Grind all the greens with a knife, mix the salad and fields with sour cream before serving.
18. Salad with ham and feta
A variation on the theme of Greek salad.
You will need: 70 g ham, 70 g feta, lettuce, 5 cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic, grainy mustard.
Cooking: Cut the ham and feta into cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix lettuce leaves with basil, put the rest of the ingredients on top and drizzle with oil. Add some mustard and balsamic.
19. Warm salad with potatoes and ham
Small young potatoes are best here.
You will need: 150 g ham, 200 g lettuce, 500 g potatoes, 4 eggs, 250 g mushrooms, 4 tbsp. olive oil and balsamic, garlic.
Cooking: Boil potatoes with eggs and chop coarsely. Cut the ham into cubes, and the mushrooms into thick slices, and lightly fry. Mix oil with balsamic and crushed garlic. Add the leaves and dressing to the salad.
20. Salad with ham and croutons
Top the salad with balsamic or Worcestershire sauce.
You will need: 150 g ham, 3 slices of bread, 2 tomatoes, lettuce, 30 g cheese, 2 garlic cloves, yogurt.
Cooking: Cut the bread into pieces and dry it in a pan, and then immediately sprinkle the hot croutons with grated cheese and crushed garlic. Chop the ham and tomatoes with approximately the same cubes, add the leaves and mix th salad. Use yogurt instead of dressing.
