1. Rice porridge on the water

The most delicious porridge is obtained from round varieties of rice.
You will need: 150 g round rice, 0.5 l water, 0.5 tsp. salt, 0.5 tsp sugar, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Add salt, sugar and washed rice to boiling water. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Add oil, remove the porridge from the stove and cover with a lid.
2. Rice porridge with milk

Homemade milk should be diluted with plenty of water.
You will need: 1 cup rice, 400 ml milk, 200 ml water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Boil water, add salt, washed rice and cook for 10 minutes. Pour in boiling milk and cook for another 10 minutes. Add butter, sugar, turn off and leave covered for 15 minutes.
3. Liquid rice porridge with milk

If you want to reduce the cooking time of porridge, then pre-soak the rice.
You will need: 1 cup round rice, 2 cups milk, 200 ml water, 1 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Mix water with milk, salt and bring to a boil. Pour the washed rice and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Turn off, add butter, sugar and mix well.
4. Rice porridge with chicken

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
You will need: 200 g of rice, 3 cups of water, 200 g of chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 stalks of green onions, 30 ml of vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Boil the water, salt and pour the washed rice. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat.
Chop the onion and meat, grate the carrots. Fry the onions and carrots, add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Salt, pepper and pour into porridge. Stir, boil for 7 minutes and remove from heat. Add oil and finely chopped green onion.
5. Rice porridge with pork in the oven

It is convenient to bake porridge in a spacious dish.
You will need: 200 g rice, 1 cup water, 3 cups broth, 200 g pork tenderloin, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 black peppercorns, salt to taste.
Cooking: Add salt and washed rice to the boiling broth. Boil 10 minutes.
Sliced onions, carrots and pork, fry until tender, salt and pepper. Pour in a glass of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the meat into the porridge and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Rice porridge with champignons

Instead of water, you can use vegetable or meat broth.
You will need: 1 cup round rice, 3 cups water, 200 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper, 3 sprigs of dill.
Cooking: Salt the water, bring to a boil and add the washed rice. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes after boiling.
Cut the mushrooms and onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry everything until golden brown, add salt and ground pepper. Pour the roast into the porridge, mix and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
7. Rice porridge with beans

Red or black beans will look beautiful.
You will need: 150 g of rice, 500 ml of water, a can of canned beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 30 ml of vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Fry chopped onions and carrots until golden brown. Add washed beans and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in water, salt, pepper and pour in the washed rice. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
8. Rice porridge with vegetables and sausages

Cooking this hearty rice porridge is not difficult even for novice housewives!
You will need: 1 glass of rice, 0.5 l of water, 200 g of sausages, 50 g of bacon, 1 can of canned beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf.
Cooking: Cut sausages, bacon, tomatoes, sweet peppers and carrots. Fry everything in a pan for 4-5 minutes. Salt, pepper, add bay leaf, hot water and pour washed rice. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes. Leave the cooked porridge under the lid for another 10 minutes.
9. Rice porridge with vegetables

Stir the porridge gently so that the vegetables do not lose their shape.
You will need: 1 cup rice, 3 cups water, 150 g canned corn, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 100 g green beans, 5 veparsley points, 60 g butter, ground pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the onion, sweet pepper, carrot, green beans, rinse the corn. Fry everything in a hot pan for 5 minutes.
Boil water, add salt, washed rice and boil for 15 minutes. Pour in the fried vegetables, salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the finished porridge with finely chopped parsley.
10. Rice porridge with tomatoes and cheese

Tomato paste can be replaced with juice, sauce or ketchup.
You will need: 1 cup steamed rice, 500 ml water, 1 tomato, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 50 g butter, 100 g hard cheese, salt, oregano.
Cooking: Add salt and washed rice to boiling water. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Melt butter in a frying pan, add tomato paste, salt, oregano and finely chopped tomato. Pour rice and grated cheese into the pan. Stir, cover and turn off.
11. Rice porridge with green beans

Any long grain rice will do.
You will need: 1 cup basmati rice, 500 ml water, 150 g green beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 5 sprigs of parsley, 30 ml of vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Boil water, salt and pour washed rice. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat.
Chop the onion, carrot, green beans and bell pepper. Fry vegetables in a hot frying pan, salt, pepper, add soy sauce and garlic squeezed through a press. Then wait another 2 minutes and add cooked rice. Stir, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
12. Rice porridge with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

After wrapping, the porridge becomes more fragrant.
You will need: 1 cup rice, 3 cups water, 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, half a bunch of spinach, 50 g butter, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Boil water, salt, add washed rice and cook for 15 minutes. Fry chopped onion until transparent, add sun-dried tomatoes, chopped garlic and spinach. Transfer the frying to the porridge and boil everything together for another 2 minutes. Cover and wrap in a warm towel for 15 minutes.
13. Rice porridge with vegetables and shrimps

Shrimp can not be fried, but simply put for 1 minute in hot water with spices.
You will need: 200 g long-grain rice, 0.5 l water, 100 g peeled shrimp, 100 g green beans, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 garlic cloves, 40 g butter, 3 green onion stalks, 3 parsley sprigs, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Salt the water, boil and add the washed rice. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat. Cut the vegetables and fry for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, chopped garlic, onion and herbs. Transfer vegetables with shrimp to a saucepan, salt, pepper and mix. Warm up for 2 minutes on fire and turn off.
14. Rice porridge with mussels and shrimps

Rice and seafood – what could be better?
You will need: 200 g of round rice, 0.5 l of water, 100 g of tiger prawns, 150 g of mussels in shells, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, 50 g of butter, 30 g of parsley, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Boil rice in salted water. In a frying pan, fry chopped onions with carrots, add shrimp, mussels, squeeze garlic through a press. After 3 minutes, add salt, pepper and boiled rice. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, turn off and leave covered for 10 minutes.
15. Rice porridge with boiled eggs

Hearty porridge from the simplest and most affordable products.
You will need:1 cup rice, 3 cups water, 1 onion, 2 boiled eggs, 40 g butter, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking: Bring water to a boil, salt, add washed rice and cook for 15 minutes. Fry the chopped onion in a pan until golden brown and add to the porridge. Add finely chopped eggs and mix.
16. Rice porridge with pumpkin

Pumpkin puree can be used instead of pumpkin.
You will need: 150 g rice, 500 ml water, 150 g pumpkin, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 50 g butter.
Cooking: Bring the water to a boil, salt and add the diced pumpkin. After 5 minutes, add sugar, washed rice and simmer for another 15 minutes. At the end, fill the porridge with oil and wrap it with a warm towel. After 15 minutes the dish is ready!
17. Rice porridge with pumpkin, raisins and dried apricots

Such porridge may well replace even dessert!
You will need: 200 g of rice, 600 ml of water, a handful of raisins, 150 g of pumpkin, 5 pieces of dried apricots, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, vanillin on the tip of a knife, 40 g butter.
Atcooking: Rinse and soak dried fruits, cut pumpkin and dried apricots into small pieces. Salt water, bring to a boil, add pumpkin and washed rice. Boil for 15 minutes, add butter, raisins, dried apricots and cook for another 5 minutes over low heat. Remove from the stove and wrap in a warm towel for 10 minutes.
18. Rice porridge with prunes

Use pitted prunes.
You will need: 1 cup rice, 2 cups milk, 150 ml water, 100 g prunes, 2 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla on the tip of a knife, 40 g butter.
Cooking: Mix water with milk, bring to a boil, salt and add washed rice. Boil for 10 minutes over low heat. Add butter, sugar and finely chopped prunes. Boil for another 10 minutes, add vanilla, stir and remove from heat.
19. Rice porridge with honey and oranges

Add honey only to cooled rice porridge.
You will need: 200 g rice, 2 cups milk, 1 cup water, 1 orange, 30 g butter, 2 tbsp. liquid honey, a pinch of salt, ground cinnamon.
Cooking: Mix water with milk, salt and bring to a boil. Add washed rice and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Add butter, sliced orange, sugar and ground cinnamon. Add honey to the bowl when serving.
20. Rice porridge in a slow cooker

In a slow cooker, porridge turns out to be as rich as on the stove.
You will need: 1 cup of round rice, 400 ml of milk, 100 ml of water, a pinch of salt, a bag of vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp. sugar, 30 g butter.
Cooking: Pour water with milk into the multicooker bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and washed rice. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on the Milk Porridge program. Leave the finished dish under the lid for another 15 minutes.
