You will need: 250 g onion, 1 cup boiling water, 200 ml cold waters, 2 ice cubes, 5 sprigs of dill, 15 g of salt, 0.5 tsp. sugar, 40 ml of vinegar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut the onion into thick rings, rinse with boiling water and transfer to a bowl of cold water. Add ice, salt, sugar and vinegar. After 30 minutes, drain the liquid, add finely chopped herbs and butter.
