
You can always just sprinkle the salad with vegetable oil, but this is too banal and uninteresting. Much better – to prepare a special salad dressing. In this collection, we have collected 20 great recipes for every taste. By the way, everything is very simple and affordable!
1. Gas station “Caesar”

There are a lot of variations of this dressing of varying degrees of complexity, but we will consider a more classic one.
You will need: 1 egg, 0.5 tsp mustard, 1 tsp lemon juice, 20 ml olive oil, 40 ml vegetable oil, 4 anchovies, 0.5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper.
Cooking: Boil the egg for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, cool quickly and break into a bowl. Add lemon juice and mustard, and beat with a blender. Pour in the oil mixture and continue whisking until thick. Finely chop the anchovies and add them to the Worcestershire sauce and spice dressing and whisk again.
2. Mustard Dressing

We recommend using Dijon mustard because it has a more interesting and spicy taste.
You will need: 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and wine vinegar, 1 tsp each. Dijon mustard and honey, spices.
Cooking: Place all ingredients in a jar and stir. Whisk tightly and shake vigorously until smooth.
3. Gas station “1000 Islands”

A popular American sauce that is also used as a salad dressing.
You will need: 1 cup mayonnaise, 0.25 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp. wine vinegar, 0.5 purple onion, 0.5 bell pepper, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Very finely chop the purple onion, bell pepper and herbs. Mix all the ingredients until smooth and season the dressing to taste.
4. Homemade mayonnaise for salads

This is a light version of mayonnaise, which is suitable even for vegetable salads.
You will need: 100 ml milk, 200 ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp. mustard, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice.
Cooking: Combine all ingredients and blend with an immersion blender for a few minutes until desired consistency. If you want to make the mayonnaise even thicker, add a little more oil and another spoonful of lemon juice.
5. Salad pesto

There are a lot of variations of pesto sauce, and this time we offer you basil with walnuts.
You will need: 60 ml of olive oil, 50 g of basil, 40 g of parmesan, 50 g of roasted walnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Chop the walnuts, grate the Parmesan and chop the garlic and basil. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend the pesto until smooth.
6. Cheese Dressing

A good alternative to mayonnaise and a great addition to vegetable salads.
You will need: 0.5 lemon, 100 ml yogurt, 30 g hard cheese, 1 garlic clove, spices.
Cooking: Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Finely chop the garlic, grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
7. Garlic dressing

If you love the aroma and spicy taste of garlic, this dressing recipe is just for you.
You will need: 4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. water, spices.
Cooking: Heat olive oil to a boil and let cool. Add crushed garlic and spices, carefully rub the mass and at the end pour in water and mix.
8. Lemon Dressing

Just two ingredients and it’s so delicious. Especially for green salads!
You will need: 1 lemon, 20 ml olive oil.
Cooking: Squeeze the juice from the lemon, mix with oil and pour into a jar with a lid. Whisk tightly and shake well until smooth and thick.
9. Orange dressing

Orange dressing is a little more original and not as sour as lemon.
You will need: 0.5 cup orange juice, 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. orange peel, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the oregano if using fresh leaves. Place all ingredients in a jar, swirl and shake until smooth and thick.
10. Berry salad dressing

A very unusual sweet and sour dressing for your culinary experiments.
You will need: 3 tbsp raspberries, 0.5 tsp honey, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Mash m Alina with a fork or rub through a sieve if desired. Mix all ingredients until honey is dissolved and smooth.
11. Dressing with pomegranate juice

This dressing is ideal for warm salads with meat or liver.
You will need: 100 ml pomegranate juice, 100 ml red wine, 1 tsp. starch, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp basil, 0.5 tsp salt, 2 pinches black pepper.
Cooking: Mix the juice and half the wine, add the sugar and all the spices, and bring to a boil. Dissolve the starch in the remaining wine, pour into the sauce, stirring, and boil for another half a minute.
12. Honey mustard dressing

A classic that is impossible to resist!
You will need: 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp spicy mustard, 2.5 tbsp. lemon juice, 7 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Place all ingredients in a jar, swirl and shake until smooth. Make sure the honey is completely dissolved.
13. Sweet and sour salad dressing

Great for any Asian style salads.
You will need: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Mix all the ingredients in one jar and close the lid. Shake the dressing until it is combined until smooth.
14. Tomato dressing

A good choice for warm vegetable or meat salads.
You will need: 2 onions, 50 ml water, 2 tomatoes, spices, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until soft. Peel the tomatoes, grate and send to the onion. Season the dressing, pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
15. Sesame Dressing

Thick spicy sauce in the best traditions of Japanese cuisine.
You will need: 2 tbsp sesame, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. soy sauce.
Cooking: Fry the sesame seeds until golden brown and grind in a blender. Add grated ginger, crushed garlic and the rest of the ingredients, and grind again until smooth.
16. Soy salad dressing

Soy sauce can also be used as a condiment. But you can change it up a bit!
You will need: 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp vegetable oil, 1 pinch of hot red pepper.
Cooking: Place all ingredients in a small jar, seal tightly and shake. Continue shaking until dressing is smooth.
17. Vinegar dressing

Choose apple or wine vinegar to taste.
You will need: 0.25 cups of vinegar, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp powdered sugar, spices.
Cooking: Mix vinegar with powdered sugar and spices. Add the oil and mix the dressing again until smooth.
18. Wine salad dressing

Depending on which wine you choose, the dressing is different each time.
You will need: 10 tablespoons wine, 10 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tsp Italian herbs, spices, 50 g feta.
Cooking: Fluff the feta with a fork and mix with olive oil until creamy. Add the spices and herbs, and gradually pour in the wine while continuing to stir.
19. Dressing with capelin caviar

An excellent dressing recipe for fish salads or crab stick salads.
You will need: 50 g of mayonnaise, 50 g of yogurt, 0.5 lemon, 2 sprigs of herbs, 100 g of capelin caviar, 1 clove of garlic.
Cooking: Chop the garlic, herbs and a little zest. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Combine both masses, add capelin caviar and mix everything again.
20. Dressing with yogurt

Yogurt is a win-win salad dressing base that you can add anything to.
You will need: 150 ml of yogurt, 4 sprigs of herbs, 0.5 chili peppers, 20 g of bell peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of zest, spices, 1 tsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Very finely chop the greens, chili, bell pepper and garlic, mix with zest and season. Mix all this mass with thick yogurt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
