1. Classic chicken soup with dumplings

If the dough for dumplings is too thick, add a little broth.
You will need: 2 liters of water, half chicken, 350 g potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 120 g flour, 1 egg, 3 dill stalks, 15 g salt, 4 black peppercorns, ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking: Boil the chicken in salted water with spices for 40 minutes. Add diced potatoes. Fry the chopped onions and carrots until golden brown and add to the pan.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with salt and ground pepper. Add flour and stir until smooth. Put the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, salt and turn off.
2. Soup with chicken and dumplings without frying

This light soup is perfect for lunch or dinner.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 350 g chicken fillet, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 5 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, salt, pepper, 3 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, parsley.
Cooking: Cut the chicken fillet and boil with spices for 30 minutes. Add diced potatoes, a whole onion and finely chopped carrots.
Beat the egg with salt and ground pepper, add flour and mix until smooth. Put the dumplings in the soup and boil for 7 minutes. Add finely chopped herbs and season with salt.
3. Chicken soup with cheese dumplings

To make it easier to grate the cheese, put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g of hard cheese, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 g butter, 1 egg, 1 bay leaf, 4 black peppercorns, 2 tsp. salt, herbs.
Cooking: Pour the chopped meat with cold water and boil for 30 minutes. Add potato cubes. Fry chopped onions and carrots in butter. Pour the roast into the pan and boil for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs with salt and ground pepper, add flour and grated cheese, mix. Drop the dumplings into the boiling soup with a teaspoon and cook for 5 minutes. Before turning off, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and salt.
4. Soup with chicken, tomato and dumplings

The soup can be served with sour cream or a slice of lemon.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 2 liters of water, 250 g potatoes, 200 g asparagus, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 sprigs of parsley, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 120 g flour, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Boil the chicken for 40 minutes. Add chopped potatoes and asparagus. Fry chopped onions and carrots in a pan for 4 minutes, add tomato paste and 150 ml of broth. After 5 minutes, pour the roast into the soup.
Stir the egg with ground pepper, salt and flour. Put the small dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt, ground black pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and turn off.
5. Chicken soup with cheese and tomato dumplings

The soup takes on a delicious creamy taste.
You will need: 3 liters of water, half a chicken, 300 g potatoes, 2 processed cheeses, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 150 g green peas, 180 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tsp salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 3 peas of allspice, herbs, 30 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking: Boil meat with spices for half an hour, add potato cubes. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry them until golden brown and add to the pan.
Mix eggs with tomato paste, salt, ground pepper and flour. Spoon dumplings into soup. Add diced cheese and boil for 5 minutes. Salt and add chopped greens.
6. Soup with chicken, dumplings and cauliflower

Use only cabbage inflorescences, and thick branches are not needed.
You will need: 2.5 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 3 potatoes, 250 g of cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, herbs, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Boil chicken meat in salted water for 30 minutes, add potato cubes and chopped cauliflower. Shredded carrots, onions and sweet peppers lightly fry and add to the pan.
Stir the egg with salt, ground pepper and flour until smooth. Spoon dumplings into soup. After 5 minutes, add herbs and salt.
7. Chicken soup with semolina dumplings

After cooking, the soup should be infused for 10-15 minutes.
You will need: 2 l water, 400 g chicken quarter, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 4 tbsp. semolina, 1 egg oh, 2 tsp salt, ground black pepper, 2 bay leaves, 3 peas of allspice, herbs.
Cooking: Boil chicken with bay leaf and allspice for 40 minutes. Add chopped potatoes, carrots and cook for another 7 minutes.
Mix semolina with egg, salt and ground pepper. Drop the dumplings with a teaspoon into the soup. After 5 minutes, add salt, sprinkle with chopped herbs and remove from heat.
8. Chicken soup with potato dumplings

You can add your favorite seasonings to the dough for dumplings: paprika, turmeric or marjoram.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g chicken fillet, 200 g celery stalks, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 400 g potatoes, 50 g butter, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, herbs.
Cooking: Cut the fillet and boil with bay leaf for 30 minutes. Fry the chopped onions and carrots until golden brown and add to the soup.
In a separate saucepan, boil the potatoes until tender, cool and mash with a masher. Add flour, egg, salt and ground pepper. Put the dumplings in a saucepan, pour in the chopped celery. After 6 minutes, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
9. Soup with chicken, buckwheat and dumplings

If buckwheat is pre-fried in a pan, then its aroma will increase significantly.
You will need: 400 g chicken breast, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 egg, 120 g flour, 3 tbsp. buckwheat, 20 g salt, ground black pepper, 2 sprigs of dill, 2 liters of water.
Cooking: Boil the chicken for 30 minutes, add buckwheat and diced potatoes. Fry the chopped onion with carrots in a pan and pour into the pan.
Mix the egg with flour, salt and ground pepper. Shape into dumplings and spoon into a saucepan. After 5 minutes, add finely chopped herbs and salt.
10. Chicken soup with dumplings and champignons

You can use champignons, oyster mushrooms or dried mushrooms.
You will need: 2.5 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 300 g of champignons, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 120 g of flour, 1 egg, 3 sprigs of curly parsley, 2 tsp. salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Boil chicken in salted water for 30 minutes. Throw in chopped potatoes and carrots. Fry the chopped onion until transparent, add the chopped mushrooms and cook until the moisture has evaporated. Pour roast into a saucepan.
Whisk eggs with salt, ground pepper and flour. Spoon the dumplings into the soup and cook for another 5 minutes. Bring on the salt and sprinkle with herbs.
11. Chicken Soup with Cheesy Spinach Dumplings

This soup is much easier and faster to make than you think!
You will need: 400 g chicken, 300 g potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g hard cheese, 50 g butter, 30 ml vegetable oil, 50 g spinach, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 2 tsp. salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 3 allspice peas, 3 stalks of herbs, 2.5 liters of water.
Cooking: Boil chicken with spices until half cooked. Add chopped potatoes. Shredded carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil.
Sodium cheese on a fine grater, chop the spinach with a knife or in a blender. Add egg, flour, salt, ground pepper and melted butter. Spoon the dumplings into the soup and boil for 7 minutes. At the end, sprinkle with herbs and bring in salt.
12. Soup with chicken meatballs and dumplings

Minced chicken boils quickly, so try to cook it for no longer than 7 minutes.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 250 g of minced chicken, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 30 ml vegetable oil, herbs, ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Cooking: Boil water, add diced potatoes and boil for 5 minutes. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables until golden brown and add to the pan. Mix minced meat with salt, pepper, form meatballs and throw them into the soup.
Lightly beat the egg with salt, ground pepper, add flour. Put the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
13. Chicken soup with beans and dumplings

If there is dry beans instead of canned beans, soak them for 6-8 hours first.
You will need: 2.5 liters of water, 300 g of chicken fillet, half a can of canned beans, 2 potatoes, 200 g of asparagus, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 50 g of butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 10 g salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Boil the fillet in salted water for half an hour. Cut potatoes, onions and asparagus, grate carrots on a fine grater. Pour the potatoes and asparagus into the pot. Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil and add to the soup.
Mix the egg with salt and ground pepper. Add flour, melted butter and a little broth. Knead the dough until smooth. Put the dumplings in the soup, send the beans after them. After 7 minutes, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
14. Chicken soup with pumpkin kletska

Appetizing soup with a bright, but very delicate taste.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 1 chicken breast, 300 g potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. flour, 100 g pumpkin puree, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1.5 tsp salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, 3 peas of allspice, 1 bay leaf, 2 stalks of green onions.
Cooking: Boil meat with spices for 30 minutes, add chopped potatoes. Chop onions and carrots and fry until golden brown. Pour the roast into the pan and boil for 5 minutes.
Mix pumpkin puree with egg, salt, pepper and flour. Put the dumplings in the soup. After 5 minutes, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, salt and remove from heat.
15. Soup with chicken, cabbage and dumplings

Cut the cabbage into thin and not long strips so that it is convenient to catch it with a spoon.
You will need: 2 l water, 350 g chicken quarter, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 300 g white cabbage, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, salt, ground black pepper, 3 stalks of parsley.
Cooking: Boil the meat in salted water for 40 minutes. Cut potatoes, onions and cabbage, grate carrots. Add potatoes to soup. Fry onions and carrots and add to the pan.
Lightly beat the egg with salt and pepper, add flour and mix until smooth. Spoon the dumplings into the simmering soup. Add cabbage. After 7 minutes, salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs.
16. Chicken soup with garlic dumplings

Fragrant dish will not leave anyone indifferent.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 3 potatoes, 4 garlic cloves, 1 carrot, 150 g flour, 1 egg, 50 g butter, 1 tsp. salt, a mixture of ground peppers, 2 liters of water.
Cooking: Boil the chicken in salted water for 30 minutes. Pour in potato cubes and finely chopped carrots.
Lightly beat the egg with salt and ground pepper. Add flour, melted butter, squeeze garlic through a press. Form dumplings with a spoon and drop into boiling soup. After 5 minutes, bring on the spices and turn off.
17. Chicken soup with lentils, dumplings and mushrooms

Green lentils cook slowly, but keep their shape perfectly.
You will need: 2.5 water, 400 g chicken breast, 200 g mushrooms, 2 potatoes, 120 hours lentils, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, ground black pepper, salt, 1 bay leaf.
Cooking: Boil the meat in salted water with bay leaf for 30 minutes. Cut potatoes, mushrooms, onions, grate carrots. Pour the potatoes into the pot and cook for 7 minutes. Fry the onions, carrots and mushrooms until golden brown and add to the soup.
Mix flour with egg, salt and ground pepper. Spoon the dumplings out and cook for another 5 minutes. Salt the soup and turn it off.
18. Soup with chicken, rice and dumplings

To make the dough easily move away from the spoon, immerse it beforehand in the soup.
You will need: 3 liters of water, half a chicken, 100 g of rice, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 120 g of flour, 1 egg, salt, ground pepper, dill.
Cooking: Boil the chicken for half an hour, add potato cubes. After 5 minutes, add rice and finely chopped carrots.
From the egg, flour, salt and pepper, knead a homogeneous batter. Put the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Add herbs, salt and pepper.
19. Chicken soup with beet dumplings

If there is no time to cook beets, you can add a few drops of freshly squeezed beet juice to the dough.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 1 boiled beetroot, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 100 g of hard cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. flour, 30 g sour cream, herbs, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Cooking: Boil the meat in salted water for 30 minutes, add the chopped potatoes. Fry chopped onions, carrots and sweet peppers and pour into a saucepan.
Grate the beets and cheese on a fine grater. Add sour cream, egg, flour, salt and ground pepper. Put the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Salt, sprinkle with herbs and turn off.
20. Chicken soup with peas and dumplings

Soak the peas in cold water for 4-5 hours before making the soup.
You will need: Half chicken, 200 g peas, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 120 g flour, 1 egg, 30 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt, herbs, 2.5 liters of water.
Cooking: Boil the peas until half cooked and add the chicken meat. After half an hour, add the diced potatoes. Shredded carrots with onions, fry and pour into a saucepan.
Mix the egg with salt, ground pepper and flour. Put a teaspoon of dumplings in the soup, boil for 5 minutes, add herbs and salt.
