1. Burrito with chicken

Slice the burrito diagonally before serving.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 200 g boiled chicken fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 5 parsley stalks, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper, garlic sauce.
Cooking: Chop the chicken, bell pepper, tomato, onion and parsley. Fry everything for a couple of minutes in a pan, squeeze the garlic through a press, salt and pepper. Spread the filling on the tortillas and roll up. Serve the burrito with garlic sauce.
2. Burrito with beef

A real burrito uses corn or wheat tortillas, but if you don’t have those, even regular pita bread will do.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 300 g beef, 200 g canned beans, 1 sweet pepper, half a hot pepper, 2 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1 sweet onion, 80 g hard cheese, 30 g cilantro, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the beef and vegetables, rinse the beans, grate the cheese. Fry onions with sweet peppers, add tomatoes, meat, hot peppers and stew for 15 minutes. Mix the filling with cilantro, chopped garlic and onion. Salt, pepper, put on tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and roll.
3. Spicy Chicken Burrito

Instead of Chinese cabbage, you can use lettuce leaves.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 300 g chicken breast, 2 tomatoes, 100 ml tomato juice, 1 sweet pepper, half a can of canned corn, 1 sweet onion, half a chili pepper, 2 leaves of Chinese cabbage, 50 ml of vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Cut the chicken and fry until golden brown. Fry chopped tomatoes and sweet peppers, add tomato juice, finely chopped chili peppers, salt and pepper. Mix the prepared filling with chopped onions, cabbage, washed corn and meat. Put everything on tortillas and wrap tightly.
4. Burrito with minced meat

Ground beef and pork is best for making burritos.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 300 g minced meat, 2 onions, 100 g canned beans, 100 g hard cheese, 2 tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves, half a bunch of parsley, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Fry minced meat with spices and salt until tender. Add washed beans, chopped garlic, tomatoes, parsley, onion rings and grated cheese. Put the stuffing on the tortillas and roll up.
5. Burrito with avocado and scrambled eggs

Homemade scrambled egg burrito – lick your fingers!
You will need: 2 tortillas, 2 chicken eggs, 1 avocado, 1 bell pepper, 100 g of hard cheese, 3 stalks of green onions, 2 tomatoes, 50 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Add chopped onion and grated cheese. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir-fry. Mix the finished scrambled eggs with finely chopped tomatoes, peppers and avocados. Spoon the filling onto the tortillas and roll tightly.
6. Burrito with chicken and fresh cucumbers

Burritos are best cooked just before serving.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 2 fresh cucumbers, 2 sweet onions, 300 g boiled chicken breast, 200 g tomatoes, 1 avocado, 3 garlic cloves, ground black pepper, salt.

7. Burrito with beef, beans and avocado

Add sour cream sauce directly to burritos or serve separately.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 1 avocado, 200 g canned beans, 200 g boiled beef, half a bunch of cilantro, red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp. tomato sauce, 50 ml vegetable oil, lemon wedge, 2 garlic cloves, salt, ground black pepper, sour cream sauce for serving.
Cooking: Cut the beef into cubes and fry with tomato sauce, spices and beans. Add red pepper flakes, salt, chopped cilantro and garlic. Salt, pepper and put on tortillas. Add avocado slices drizzled with lemon juice and roll tightly. Serve burrito with sour cream sauce.
8. Burrito with chicken, rice and beans

Spread the filling in the middle of the tortilla, then wrap each edge in turn.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 1 cup boiled rice, 200 g boiled chicken fillet, 1 tomato, half a can of canned beans, lime wedge, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 30 g parsley, salt, ground pepper.
Cooking: Cut the tomato, chicken and parsley, rinse the beans. Mix everything with rice, salt, pepper and pour over lime juice. Spoon the filling onto the tortillas and wrap tightly.
9. Burrito with chicken, mushrooms and sweet onions

You can use any mushrooms.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 200 g boiled chicken, 200 g mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet onions, 50 g butter, ground pepper, salt, 1 bell pepper.
Cooking: Mushrooms cut and fry in butter until tender. Chop the meat, tomatoes, and onions. Mix everything, salt, pepper and put on tortillas. Roll up tightly and grill the burrito.
10. Burrito with meat and carrots in Korean

Depending on the spiciness of Korean carrots, the taste of the burrito also changes.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 150 g of Korean carrots, 200 g of boiled meat, 100 g of canned corn, 100 g of canned beans, 1 sweet onion, 3 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of herbs, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Chop the meat, onion and herbs. Mix everything, salt, pepper and squeeze garlic through a press. Mix beans and corn with carrots. Spoon the filling onto the tortillas and wrap tightly.
11. Burrito with minced meat and potatoes

Try not to overdry the burrito filling in the skillet.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 300 g potatoes, 300 g minced meat, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet onions, 2 eggs, salt, ground black pepper, 100 ml vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut the potatoes into cubes, beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Fry all 10 minutes, add the minced meat and continue to simmer until tender. Mix the filling with finely chopped tomatoes, garlic and onions. Salt, pepper, put on tortillas and wrap.
12. Burrito with chicken, sweet peppers and pickled onions

If you don’t have lemon, use apple cider vinegar.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 2 sweet peppers, 200 g chicken fillet, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, lemon wedge, a pinch of sugar, salt, ground black pepper, salsa sauce.
Cooking: Cut the onion into rings and marinate for 10 minutes in lemon juice with sugar. Cut the pepper, chicken, chop the garlic. Mix everything with onions, salt and pepper and put on a burrito. Roll the tortilla tightly and serve with salsa.
13. Burrito with rice and vegetables

Vegetarian version of the Mexican burrito.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 1 cup boiled rice, 2 sweet peppers, half a can of canned beans, half a bunch of parsley, 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet onions, 50 g butter, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut vegetables, mix with washed beans and put in a frying pan with warmed butter. Fry the filling for 3 minutes, salt, pepper, put on tortillas and roll tightly.
14. Burrito with turkey and vegetables

You can serve your favorite sauce with burritos – salsa, garlic, sour cream, chili or any other to your taste.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 200 g boiled turkey, half a bunch of cilantro, a sprig of cherry tomatoes, 100 g hard cheese, 1 onion, 1 fresh cucumber, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Chop the turkey, cilantro, tomatoes, onion and cucumber. Put everything on tortillas, salt and pepper. Add grated cheese and roll tightly.
15. Burrito with ham and pineapple

Wrapping a burrito in foil will keep it warm longer.
You will need: 2 tortillas, 200 g ham, 1 chicken breast, 100 g mozzarella, 1 bell pepper, red pepper flakes, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 50 ml tomato sauce, 100 g canned pineapples, salt.
Cooking: Cut the chicken and fry with tomato sauce until tender. Top the tortillas with chicken, sliced pineapple, ham, bell peppers and mozzarella. Salt, pepper and roll tightly.
16. Burrito with chicken, avocado and cilantro

If you don’t like cilantro, then just replace it with parsley.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 300 g boiled chicken fillet, 1 avocado, half a bunch of cilantro, 100 g cream cheese, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the fillet, cheese and cilantro. Chop the avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice. Top the tortillas with meat, cheese, avocado and cilantro. Roll up tightly and grill the burritos on both sides.
17. Burrito with chicken, scrambled eggs and rice

Burritos are very convenient and quick to fry on an electric grill.

Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side.

Soak prunes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
You will need: 4 tortillas, a glass of boiled rice, 300 g of boiled beef, 4 tbsp. spicy tomato sauce, 8 pieces of pitted prunes, ground black pepper, salt.

20. Classic Mexican Burrito

Canned beans can be substituted with baked potatoes.
You will need: 4 tortillas, 3 tbsp. salsa, 2 onions, 300 g beef, 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet peppers, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. cream, 200 g canned beans, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper.
