
Baking on kefir turns out to be very tender and airy, because it always rises well. On its basis, a universal dough is prepared for all occasions – both for sweet desserts and savory pies. We want to share some recipes with you in this collection!
1. Sugar Cookies

Sweet, tender, slightly crunchy cookies are made with a minimum of ingredients and with a minimum of effort.
You will need: 270 g flour, 100 ml kefir, 60 ml vegetable oil, 1 egg, 75 g sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, 0.5 tsp. soda.
Cooking: Whisk the egg, a third of the sugar and salt with a whisk. Add kefir and vegetable oil, soda, vanilla sugar, and mix again. Gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough, roll out with a layer, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and roll it out to 5 mm. Cut a small cookie with a knife and bake in the oven on parchment for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Cupcake without butter on kefir

Almost a diet recipe as far as it goes when it comes to sweet pastries.
You will need: 1 glass of kefir, 1 glass of flour, 1 glass of sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp soda, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with sugar and salt. In a slightly warmed kefir, add vegetable oil and soda, pour into the eggs and mix. Introduce flour in parts, mix again and pour the dough into a mold. Bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
3. Biscuit on kefir

And if you add a couple more tablespoons of cocoa to the flour, you get a chocolate biscuit. Great base for any cake!
You will need: 300 g flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1.5 cups of kefir, 150 g of sugar, 3 eggs, 120 ml of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add oil and kefir, and mix. Separately mix sifted flour with dry ingredients. In several passes, add the dry mass to the liquid, and mix. Pour the dough into the mold and bake the sponge cake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 190 degrees until the toothpick is dry.
4. Jellied pie with green onions

By the same principle, it can be prepared with any other filling. An excellent example of unsweetened baking on kefir!
You will need: 400 ml of kefir, 160 g of butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 4 eggs, 280 g flour, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, 150-200 g green onions, spices.
Cooking: Beat melted butter, kefir, sugar and salt. Add 2 eggs, flour with baking powder and knead to the dough. Boil the remaining 2 eggs and finely chop with green onions. Season the stuffing. Pour half of the dough into the mold, spread the filling and fill with the remaining dough. Bake the cake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
5. Pie “Zebra” on kefir

The popular “Zebra” on kefir turns out to be very tender and soft. There are different recipes, and today we offer an option without oil.
You will need: 250 ml of kefir, 3 eggs, 180 g of sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp vinegar, 280 g flour, 1 tbsp. cocoa, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until stable foam. Pour in kefir at room temperature, add slaked soda and salt, mix. Slowly add the sifted flour, divide the dough in half and half add cocoa. In any convenient way, pour the dough into layers or strips into a mold. Bake “Zebra” for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Chocolate gingerbread

Before serving, be sure to sprinkle the gingerbread cookies with powdered sugar or pour the finished glaze.
You will need: 250 ml of kefir, 200 g of sugar, 450 g of flour, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 1 tsp. soda, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanilla.
Cooking: Beat the egg with salt and sugar with a mixer until foamy. Add cocoa and continue beating. Add kefir, slaked soda, vanillin and vegetable oil, and whisk again. Gradually introduce the sifted flour and knead the “plasticine” dough. Divide into pieces, form small gingerbread cookies and put on parchment. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
7. Buckwheat muffins

The original PP dessert on kefir for those who follow their figure and diet. No butter or sugar!
You will need: 100 g buckwheat flakes, 60 g buckwheat flour, 1 cup kefir, 1 egg, 40 g raisins, 1 banana, sweetener, salt, cinnamon, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp baking powder.
Cooking: Pour buckwheat flakes with kefir and leave for 10 minutes. You can take oats. Beat egg with sweetener, salt and banana in a blender. Mix with cereal and slowly add buckwheat flour with baking powder and spices. Then add raisins, and at the end – vegetable oil. Put the dough into molds and bake for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Berry kefir pie

In this rThe recipe uses fresh strawberries, but other berries, including frozen ones, will do.
You will need: 150 g strawberries, 100 g butter, 0.5 cups of kefir, 1 egg, 200 g flour, 150 g sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanilla.
Cooking: Mix all dry ingredients and cut butter into them. Grind into crumbs and add the egg with kefir. Quickly knead a soft dough with a mixer and put into a mold. Arrange the berry halves on top and sprinkle with sugar if desired. Bake the cake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Pie with kefir jam

The same homemade pie with a beautiful lattice, which is loved by children and adults.
You will need: 300 ml of kefir, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 egg, 0.5 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 200 g of jam.
Cooking: Beat the egg with sugar until foamy, add kefir and soda and mix. Gradually add flour and knead a tight dough. Roll out most of the layer with a layer of 1.5-2 cm and lay it out in a mold. Form the sides and distribute the filling from the jam. Roll out the remaining dough, cut into strips and lay out a beautiful lattice on top. Bake the cake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Cupcake on kefir

This is such a simple and quick dessert that even a child can handle it. Add nuts or dried fruits to the dough, if desired.
You will need: 120 ml of kefir, 100 g of butter, 1 egg, 90 g of sugar, 0.5 tsp. soda, 130 g flour, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat the egg, sugar and butter with a mixer. Add soda to warm kefir and pour into the dough, mix again. Add salt and sifted flour, knead the dough, put it in a mold and bake for about 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Cupcake with zucchini and peaches

If you love original pastries, then you should definitely try this recipe. We are sure that no one at home will guess that there is zucchini!
You will need: 150 g zucchini, 250 g flour, 100 ml kefir, 2 eggs, 80 g sugar, 100 g butter, 2-3 peaches, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Mix sifted flour with salt and baking powder. Grate the zucchini, squeeze and mix with the dry mixture. Pour kefir and melted butter there, and mix again. After that, add the eggs grated with sugar. Pour the batter into a mold and top with peach or other fruit slices. Bake the cake for about 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
12. Cottage cheese cookies on kefir

Very interesting soft cookies. Before baking, you can give it any shape you like.
You will need: 150 ml of kefir, 400 g of cottage cheese, 600 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 1 egg, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Beat the egg with sugar with a whisk and add warmed kefir. Add cottage cheese and beat everything until smooth. Pour the sifted flour with baking powder and mix the dough. At the end, add vegetable oil, divide the dough into pieces and form cookies. Bake it in the oven on parchment for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
13. Unleavened bread in the oven

You definitely won’t buy such a tasty, fragrant, and even healthy yeast-free bread in any store!
You will need: 150 ml of kefir, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 egg, 1 tsp. salt, 1.5 cups flour.
Cooking: Mix kefir at room temperature with salt and baking powder. Add the egg, mix again and add the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough, form a round loaf and make a cross cut on it with a knife. Put on parchment, sprinkle with flour and leave for 10 minutes under a towel. Bake bread in the oven for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
14. Sweet buns on kefir

Delicate buns are the perfect accompaniment to tea. And it’s also a great independent snack, after which no one will remain hungry.
You will need: 50 g butter, 250 ml kefir, 60 ml water, 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, 750 g flour, 12 g dry yeast, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Dissolve the yeast and a spoonful of sugar in warm water, leave for 15 minutes. Mix warmed kefir with sugar, salt and eggs with a mixer. Add melted butter, and then add yeast. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead a soft dough. Leave it warm for 1.5-2 hours.
Form small buns, put on parchment and leave warm for another half hour. If desired, brush them with a beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
15. Gingerbread with jam

Cheap, fast, easy and affordable recipe for every day!
You will need: 1 glass of kefir, 1 glass of jam, 1 tsp. soda, 0.5 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour.
Cooking: Mix jam, kefir and soda. Add the egg with sugar and mix with a whisk. Slowly add the flour and pour the finished dough into the mold. Bake the gingerbread in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
16. Nut cookies on kefir

Walnuts work best here, but you can use any you like. Be sure to toast them in a dry frying pan if they are raw.
You will need: 250 ml of kefir, 200 g of sugar, 150 g of butter, 500 g of flour, 1 tsp. soda, 80 g walnuts.
Cooking: Mix slightly warmed kefir with sugar. Pour in melted butter and add flour with soda, mix everything. Roll out the dough in a layer, sprinkle with chopped nuts and roll out again. Cut cookies with a thickness of 7-10 mm, put on parchment and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
17. Chocolate muffins

If you still don’t know how to cook delicious homemade kefir muffins, this recipe is especially for you!
You will need: 200 ml of kefir, 2 eggs, 100 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 250 g of flour, 50 g of cocoa, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of soda, a pinch of salt, 80 g of chocolate.
Cooking: Mix the sifted flour with soda, salt and baking powder. Separately, mix the melted butter, eggs, sugar and kefir with a whisk. Combine both masses and add grated chocolate. Put the dough into silicone molds and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
18. Jellied pie with cabbage

Such pastries are a godsend even for those who are on a diet. And it can be safely served for breakfast, lunch or dinner as a full meal.
You will need: 300 g cabbage, 1 onion, 0.5 cups of kefir, 1 egg, 6 tbsp. flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of soda, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage and onion, and fry in a pan until soft. Season the filling to taste and let cool. Beat the egg with salt, add warm kefir and mix. Add salt, soda and flour and mix again. Pour half of the dough into the mold, lay out the filling and pour the rest of the dough. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
19. Oatmeal cookies on kefir

Another PP recipe in our selection! You will need kefir, oatmeal and nothing more!
You will need: 150 ml of kefir, 150 g of oatmeal, 30 g of raisins, 1 tbsp. honey, cinnamon.
Cooking: Pour oatmeal with warm kefir and leave for half an hour. Pour raisins with boiling water for 5 minutes, dry and add to cereal. Add honey and cinnamon there, mix and form balls with wet hands. Put them on parchment, flatten and bake cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
20. Mannik on kefir

There are so many manna recipes that it is very difficult to choose the best one among them. But this kefir recipe definitely deserves your attention!
You will need: 1 cup semolina, 100 g butter, 1 cup kefir, 0.5 cup sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat melted butter with sugar and eggs with a mixer. Add semolina and kefir, and mix everything well. Add salt and baking powder there, leave the mass for half an hour and transfer to a mold. Bake the manna in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
